Amazing 15min reasonably priced, she knew how to push deep in to the pressure points that relived all the tension in my neck. Very precise and knowledgeable. I will def come back for the foot treatment.

Masseuse really good at using her thumb, and great pricings! Not very relaxing music though as u can hear the streets of nyc and people walking throughout the hallway

Sadly the Second time here was a disaster after a great first massage so maybe it depends who you get or maybe it’s on the way down as that was five months ago.

Lisa was amazing and checked in with me multiple times to adjust pressure and strength. She focused on the areas I wanted and took extra care in making sure I was comfortable. I walked out of there feeling like a new person! The rest of the staff were lovely as well. Place is clean, new, and relaxing

Every time I am in NYC, a massage at Rio Grande in Chinatown is always in my itinerary. Now I don't have to travel from Washington Heights all the way to Chinatown. The Upper East location is a shorter trip to full body relaxation. No one can crack my back like Yang!!! I always feel taller after each session at Rio Grande.

I highly recommend this place. The owners and staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and kind. I am a certified instructor for trucks, buses, cars, and motorcycles, so I spend most of my time seated in a bad posture. Which leads to severe back and shoulders pains. I have been coming to see Dr. Yang (the owner) at his other location for several years and he has always helped me resolve and relief my pain through his experience as a chiropractor and extensive knowledge on holistically. Strongly suggest this place for anyone experiencing pain or want a massage to relax themself.

I passed by this new place on the way to work and the next day I decided to pop in and try it out. In short, I was amazed.. The staff were so friendly and welcoming to me. They were extremely professional. I asked for a foot massage and walked out feeling so much lighter on my feet. The massages are definitely worth the price. I will definitely come back again!
