I was very impressed with the haircut I received. Usually I get a business/almost military haircut which I think it's pretty simple but you'd be surprised how many people screw it up. I went in as a walk-in waited 15 maybe 20 minutes and got a really terrific haircut in no time. I met Crystal she did a terrific job she was very pleasant and chatted with me the whole time and I walked out of there with a fantastic haircut for under 20 bucks in New York that is unheard of. I was very pleased and looked presentable for the rest of my vacation.

I've been coming to Rio's my whole life and Rachiel has been my hairdresser since I was high school. I don't know what I'm going to do when she decides to retires! Either way I highly recommend Rio's.

I stopped by to get a haircut today, the lady in the first chair to the right helped me who gave very little effort to provide a quality haircut. She didn’t make sure my sideburns were even, didn’t clean up my neckline and didn’t make sure hair wasn’t left behind around my ears; I did this when I got home. Even after I had asked to her to redo a specific area, it was clear she was giving minimum effort. Overall, the haircut I received was valued at $2 and I regret giving a generous tip. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I've be going to Rios on and off for years. For the past five years now. I have been going consistently. Ever since, I met Crystal. She is an amazing barber. She cuts my hair. The way I like it. Every single time. I won't go anywhere else. Great price for a great cut... I highly recommend coming here. Ask for Crystal. You won't be disappointed... ☺️☺️☺️

The stylist, Crystal, was polite and thorough with my son's haircut. She took the time to make him feel comfortable and with ease. The stylist took her time and did not rush the haircut. At the end of the haircut, she made sure to correct any deficiencies and offered to style the cut before leaving the salon. It is difficult to find good customer service at barber shops and salons these days. However, this salon and stylist proved great customer service still exist.

Crystal is an amazing barber! She does it right every time, listens to what you’re telling her and takes pride in her work. I drive 30 min just to visit this Rios because she’s the best! And you can’t beat the price.
