After going to get my hair cut I hate my hair so much now .. I show her a picture of the length I wanted and she said “ yes I can do that “ the picture also had layers and I said “ no layers please “ then the lady said “ okay so you want it full with no layers “ then I replied with “ yes “ .. so it started off as she cut it waaaaay to short then it was in the photo and I didn’t realize she was putting layers in my hair because she was not using the proper tool to cut layers .. if I knew what she was doing I would have stopped her .. I don’t recommend this place ever .. they don’t listen very well & now I just hate my hair what so ever

I’ve cut my hair on several occasions there and by far today’s 45 minutes wait, 30 minute hair cut and service was horrible someone tell me how his lady got her license. I will never go back again. Their staff is very inconsistent when you go back there’s always someone new. Last time I spend my money in worthless business like this. Oh by the way the satylist name is Esther.

Horrible,the lady messed up my sons hair and when I asked her to fix she did but did not ask me if I liked. Instead she let my son down from the chair and back into the waiting room. Quickly went to the register and charged me. Horrible horrible haircut, worst haircut he’s gotten in his 6 years

ugly old lady with ugly manners whole time was on her phone she asked us to pay before she was done since we were the last ones.didn't like my son's or husbands haircut. my poot baby has his bday party tomorrow and his bald!!1st and last time im coming! sticking to lunas hair salon!

I was getting my hair done but when they were bleaching it , it burnt my hair and I had to cut it all of cuz my hair was falling off 😠😠😠

Take long to attend, they just talk and talk, don't go when they open either, they take breakfast breaks with in 30 min of opening and do each others hair first then the customer. Go to greatclips don't the road, by 9 they're open and ready to work with a full staff.

Got highlights here and they turned my hair orange. The woman who did the highlights even put a “bleach cap” on at the end because she knew she’d screwed up. They put literally no product in my hair and it was frizzy when I left. Also felt like straw. Had to get it redone elsewhere and costed more than it was worth.

This place is usually not bad but today was the worse service I've received. I suggest don't go during lunch, they are more concerned about their lunch than their customers. Took 1 1/2 hours to get a hair cut and only one customer in front of us.
