I went to Stacey F for laser hair removal and she was the absolute best. Had such an amazing experience for my first time. Everyone there is amazing, so sweet and kind. Even while scheduling my appointment they were awesome giving information. The place is super clean and welcoming.

Stacey and Lauren are great. I've had 8 rounds of laser hair removal on my face so far. The results have been good considering how dense and thick my hair was. I still need a few more sessions but that's to be expected with an adult male face. The girls are always nice, answer any questions you may have, and do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. The equipment is top of the line. Their pricing is very reasonable. Their scheduling is flexible, and they never leave you lingering in the waiting room for long periods of time like other places do. I'm usually in and out in under 30 minutes. I'll definitely be returning for more work. Trans friendly.

First time visiting. Stacey was amazing! Sat me down and asked me if I had any questions. She then gave me a run down of what was going to happen. She spoke slowly and clear. Her calm persona helped lower my anxiety. Once we went into the room she asked again if there was any other questions I may have before we begin. Process went very quickly. It does get very hot and feels like sharp pains but it’s very quick and manageable. Stacey ensured to give me breaks of cool air throughout the process too. Overall experience took no more than 20 minutes from when I walked into door to when I walked out. The laser process itself maybe took 10minutes and that was with several breaks of cool air. So far, Im looking forward to next visit. Will post an after review once I have a few visits. If I get amazing results I will give it a 5 star. But Stacey’s customer service is already at 5 stars! She truly was wonderful.Thank you Stacey!

Wow, awesomeness! Lauren went beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I love how all the treatments have made me look so refreshed. The TRI Lift was super easy and the results awesome. Thank you so much RISE !!! Definitely recommend this wonderful place, I can’t wait to go back for more refreshment for my face! Sun damage on hands gone. After IPL treatment.

Lauren was warm and wonderful. Having some weight on me can make going to spas uncomfortable and feel the stares and disregard. I felt welcomed, normal and cared for. It is a beautifully decorated and graceful environment with exceptional service. I'm going back next week. :)

I can’t begin to express how grateful I am that I found this place. It’s absolutely amazing. The customer service that I have received is amazing but it’s like an all in one place. In one week I was able to get full legs armpits, half arm HAIR REMOVAL for an exceptional price and I didn’t feel any pain at all. It literally took 15 minutes for Stacy to help me. Then I went in a few days later for IPL for my face to get rid of my dark spots. I know it’s going to be a process, but they are there to help you through it. The massage therapist that they have is literally one of the best massages I have ever experienced I think his name is JC… when I tell you I get a massage at least once every two weeks I have gone to several people in Colorado Springs. I have never received such an amazing massage. He’s truly passionate about what he does and will take care of all of your needs and concerns in your visit this place is a true gem in a true unicorn establishment. No pushy sales people just people that are happy at their job and loving what they do big shout out to the owner Meghan for her exceptional attention to my needs .

I saw Lauren for the first time last week. She is warm, friendly, and makes you feel at ease almost immediately. She took time to explain procedures, answer my questions, and make suggestions. I was interested in the tri-lift and IPL procedure and we decided to do the IPL first. Lauren talked me through the procedure as she was doing it and the discomfort was minimal. I saw results immediately- I have had a vein near my nose that I’ve been self conscious about for my entire life. Lauren handed me a mirror and I almost burst into tears because it was gone. I didn’t even know that was possible. I am so happy to have found this place and Lauren and I can’t wait to go back!

I can’t say enough about this place. I found, Sarah, my esthetician here, and I’m so happy I did. She has helped me and educated me on so many things. I also see TJ for massages. Every person who works here is so helpful and sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone!
