I have been coming here for a few years and have never had a problem, always like the service and all. However, I recently went in to get my eyebrows threaded on Saturday, December 28th and I’m a bit disappointed. Service was alright, but these people charged my card more. It was $12 so I tapped my card, but I didn’t press the “skip & pay” button when it asks for my number and just said thank you and walked out. I know they added an $8 tip because my card was charged $20. Screenshot attached. Filed a dispute. Idc if it’s only $8. I’m pissed because I like coming to this place but really? Why?

Feryal is always amazing at doing my eyebrows! I recently brought my mother in law for a hair makeover and Marisela did an amazing job with her haircut and color transition from brown to grey. Highly recommend this salon. Very satisfied every time I come.

I love going to Rishi’s and get my eyebrows threaded and my Brazilian waxing done by Feryal! She is gentle, efficient and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. Feryal is very sweet and professional I highly recommend her!

I saw one of the stylists handle cash and then proceed to thread someone’s face without washing or at least sanitizing her hands. Walked out because I couldn’t believe how unsanitary that is 🤢

Marisela got me new Highlights! She has been my 5 star stylist for more than 10 years, super professional and focused on taking care of your hair, I have highlights and my hair has no breakage at all despite the chemicals, I would recommend her for any hair treatments as coloring, highlights, balayage if you want to keep your hair beautiful and healthy!

I usually go this location and there’s a very nice lady who does a great job, but last Tuesday she was off and there was someone else. First of all she was talking on the phone for a very long time and I was setting in the chair waiting for her. And then she did a horrible job. I came home noticing that half of my face was not waxed and she waxed so harshly that I have pimples all over my face.

I've gotten my hair cut by Marisela multiple times and everytime she gives me exactly what I want! She is through in discussing the type of haircut wanted, is friendly, welcoming, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows/upper lip threaded here for years across their different locations and EVERY member of their staff always does an incredible job, and I am so picky about my eyebrows. Never been disappointed here, they do an amazing job every time!! Staff is always so kind and patient, one star reviews are all from K*rens as you’d expect. Went there for a cut and color and neither turned out how I wanted it. The color was wrong, the highlights were wrong, and the cut makes my hair look like a triangle, layers weren't short enough. The length was exactly what I wanted though, so that was the only good thing. I let them do my eyebrows too and ended up with a breakout when I've never had one in that area. Overall, not a good experience, wish I hadn't tipped, and I won't be returning.
