Everything about Ritual is a 10/10! The staff, the setting, the quality of treatment.. excellent. The girls are so genuine, they really treat you like they care about you - not just a typical “please be seated” waiting room experience. At my first visit, they took the time to greet me and gave me a tour of the entire office, which is so stunning! My favorite part must be the beverage bar- cozy sage green sofas and Nespresso.. yes, please! The quality of service by Andrea is simply above the rest. She makes you feel like a personal friend that she’s hooking up with the best treatment she saves for her besties lol. I always feel beautiful when I arrive and when I leave. Highly recommend in all aspects 🙌🏻💯

I have been to Ritual several times now since there opening. Each time a great experience! I remember being nervous the first time I walked in, Roxy instantly made me feel at ease. There is no doubt that these women genuinely care about my experience and well being. Patient care at its finest, not to mention the facility is gorgeous! Most of all I have been blown away by Riley’s knowledge and passion to help me feel my best. I have had several services now and will keep coming back!

Honestly, just WOW! My experiences at Ritual have been the absolute best and I actually can’t get enough. I had high expectations walking in to my first appointment as I’d seen on social media how beautiful the location was and how much work, effort, thought, and love had gone into the space but in-person is even better as the girls who work there truly make you feel so welcome! I was greeted by Roxy at the front with a huge smile, she took me on a tour, offered me a variety of beverages and encouraged me to relax. Everyone who walked past me at any point was friendly. Riley then took me back for pictures and Botox and was so incredibly kind and knowledgable. She made me feel comfortable and really emphasized the importance of natural beauty/ wellness and also how important it is to love myself. I left feeling excited for my follow-up (which was another 10/10 experience) and now look forward to my first ever microneedling appointment later this week. Overall, Ritual not only met, but exceeded my expectations tenfold. The team of women, the location, the services, the love- they’ve got it all.

I loved every minute of my experience at Ritual Aesthetics and Wellness. I went in for a consultation. I was greeted by Andrea (the owner). She showed me around and then took me to her office to proceed with my consultation. Andrea walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable, she answered any questions I had, is very knowledgeable, and so sweet! Her staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. I can’t wait for my upcoming appointment.

I’m so happy I chose Ritual for my first time getting injectables! Roxy greeted me and showed me around while sharing a bit about the spa then taking some before pictures. I saw Andrea for my treatment and loved her from the very beginning! She took her time in explaining the procedure and made me feel comfortable at all times. She truly has your best interests in mind while making you feel beautiful inside and out. I absolutely love my tox results and will be recommending her to my girlfriends in town!!! RUN TO RITUAL! Do yourself a favor and get on their books ASAP. First of all, the clinic itself is STUNNING. You can tell that every inch of this place was thought out and designed with love for the details. Secondly, the staff. WOW! The best care & customer service I have every received while being injected. The treatment itself was so easy. I currently live in the Bay Area and would recommend Ritual to any of my family and friends down there. It is worth the trip! I can't wait for my next appointment at Ritual in just a few weeks.

Going in for my appointment I was a little nervous, but as soon as I walked in the team made me feel so welcomed. The space was absolutely stunning! I was greeted with a smile and even given a tour of the office. Andrea was great and made my lips look so beautiful. If you want a little confidence boost or some relaxation definitely go to Ritual!

I am seriously in awe by this place! It’s so gorgeous! You would be making the greatest decision of your life coming here to get any kind of service. Micaiah is nothing short of amazing. With her six years of experience as an aesthetician she was able to give me so many pointers, information and the absolute best facial possible. I would give this place infinite stars if I could. I am certainly no stranger to aesthetic and wellness services, and Reno certainly doesn’t lack offices that provide them.. HOWEVER, Andrea and her team have created something entirely unique. Not only is their office S.T.U.N.N.I.N.G., from the moment you enter their space, every member of their staff Is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel seen. They are truly the most authentic and kind women, who make you feel cared for as more than just a client. I’ve been coming to Ritual since their opening the get Vitamin Injections with one of the Nurse Practitioners, Riley, who is absolutely amazing. These injections have helped to keep me healthy and energized during busy work weeks/ holiday travels. Ritual is such a gorgeous space and has a warm and welcoming environment with staff to match! Every detail of the patient/client experience was well thought out and executed well. Such a great addition to the Reno community. 10/10 recommend!

My experience at Ritual was wonderful! Everything was beautiful and clean! I noticed and appreciated that they focused on every small detail to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dani was my injector and she was lovely. My consultation was very thorough and she took the time to answer all of my questions. I had Dysport injected and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Andrea and her team are THE BEST in town at injectibles, aesthetics and skin treatment. They are so sweet, thoughtful and conservative with their approach, and always make me feel so comfortable. The office is gorgeous and they carry great skin care lines I had never heard of before, but I am obsessed with them now. I cannot express how happy I am to be back with Andrea at Ritual. Andrea was my injector and friend for years before she went back to school and opened her own place. I would not let anyone else do anything beyond Botox while I waited for her. She is that good. Her new salon is absolutely stunning and reflects her warmth, attention to detail and truly elevated aesthetic. She is interested in you as a whole person and focuses on your strengths and natural beauty, not your flaws. She helps you to shape an overall aesthetic goal and you feel confident and comfortable. So many other wellness services are also offered at Ritual which I plan to fully take advantage of. Andrea is truly a shining light in an industry that can sometimes feel vapid. Where do I even start!? When you first walk in, you have a warm welcome and offered tea, espresso, flat/sparkling water, and a cozy inviting place to relax before your apt. Once in the exam suite, they go over your goals… but not without going over some self love first. Andrea has cultivated a safe and cozy environment where you can go to love yourself or learn to love yourself again! I love my Botox results and can’t praise this business enough for the way I felt leaving after my services.

My appointment was with Andrea for Dysport injection. We started off w/consult and discussed my likes and dislikes, then her background and experience and offered me no-pressure advise and service options available to help achieve my complexion goals. When we started, she is a true professional. She has a gentle touch with minimal pinch and no bruising. I will certainly continue being a client and cant wait to try out her other services. They also offer Memberships which allots savings and discounts. SCORE!!!
