Last August, I chose Lacy to cut my hair for the first time in over 25 years. She put me at ease and walked me through the process, making sure I was comfortable with each step. I came away feeling amazing, with a style that received raves from everyone I know. I’ve had 2 more sessions with her, and each one has surpassed my expectations. She is intuitive, but listens to what to want, and puts such great heart and skill into her work. 💗

Kristina is incredible! She helped me fix the color that I totally messed up trying to do it myself and she gave me the most amazing cut along with tips on how to restore the health of my hair with product recommendations. You’re in such good hands with Kristina!

Lacy has been cutting my hair for a little over a year now so this review is a bit overdue. I have wavy, thick hair and I have never been able to air dry it without it looking like a frizz bomb went off. Lacy's haircuts changed allllll that. I don't know how she does it but her haircuts are magic. Also, she's a super genuine and lovely person!

Lacy is the most amazing stylist I’ve ever had. Period. I say that it took my 50 years to know that I had good hair, and Lacy made that happen. She is a magician and her salon is a place of comfort and warmth.

I've worked with Lacy for a couple years now; she's such a fun, loving person that puts a lot of care into making your vision come to life. I'm obsessed with the cuts and color I get- all with low-toxic products too! I can't recommend her and RBC enough <3

I recently had my pixie cut styled by Michelle Patton, and I want to say what a kind and skilled stylist she is. She was incredibly patient, professional, and so nice to talk to, which made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. As someone who is ultra picky about my pixie cut, I know I can be hard to please. I truly appreciate the care and effort she put into it. The salon was clean and inviting, and I left feeling well taken care of. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and talented stylist!

Michelle and Lacy are my hairdo dream team. Michelle is an artistic director for over 20+ years from the east coast and we're lucky to have her in the PNW!! Expert cuts, with incredible energy + healing techniques. Lacy is a color wiz and has balayage'd my hair perfectly, with natural shades so it grows out beautifully forever. I love them. Also a beautiful, cozy space.

I was visiting Portland for graduation, and saw Jess for a haircut. What a delightful experience! She absolutely transformed my hair, and was such a kind and comforting presence throughout. She asked thoughtful questions about my preferences, and did some lovely reiki work. Highly recommend Ritual Beauty Collective. It’s wonderful.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Jess Langella for several years and she’s the best. I’ve had everything from a longish shag to a pixie (and everything in between) - pretty sure she can do any haircut you could dream up with ease. Jess truly listens and has such a good sense of what will work well for me … even when I don’t really know what I want, I leave completely thrilled with her work. She’s so good at knowing what will work with my texture (wavy) and lifestyle (busy) - my hair often looks best when I do nothing to it, which is testament to what a great cut Jess does. The way she makes my hair look soooo cute with very little maintenance is kind of amazing. She also excels at giving me natural looking highlight that don’t require a lot of upkeep. Go see Jess, you won’t regret it. The salon is also gorgeous and relaxing - I always look forward to my appointments and leave feeling recharged.

Michelle at Ritual is absolutely incredible. By far, my favorite haircut experience ever. Not only did I leave with a fantastic haircut, but I left feeling refreshed and focused, light and beautiful. Michelle creates a very special experience, one of care and thoughtfulness. She is warm and patient, listens completely, and is very skilled with hair. Highest recommendation for Michelle!

Absolutely LOVE Michelle Leep!!!! I have been so fortunate to find her! I have curly hair and she is a MAGICIAN! The salon is beautiful and calming - great vibe with plants and open space and beautiful windows. Michelle is super friendly and radiates positivity! She listens to what I want (and has also been willing to do her own thing when I ask!), she truly gets some of the struggles of having curly hair which is unique! Every time I see her I get tons of compliments and my cut lasts for weeks and weeks! I will continue seeing Michelle as long as I possibly can!!!! I cannot recommend her enough - you will leave your session with a beautiful hair cut and a deep sense of calm and being cared for. Michelle weaves in her loving energy work into her practice which truly enhances the experience and transforms it from 'just a hair cut' into an expression of who you are and what you are releasing. 10/10!!!!

Not only does the shop offer a great vibe, but Amelia was able to give me some consulting on styles that fit my face shape and executed incredibly. I look forward to every session I have with Amelia. I love Amelia because she is such an authentic being with a calm and creative energy. She really listens and asks great questions to help support the natural beauty of my hair. She gives great recommendations for products that are really effective at nourishing the hair and are also made with care and simplicity. I also see Amelia for hair color and she is great at matching my natural tones and helping me bring out brighter hues that suit my skin tone. My hair can be wavy or straight depending on the length and time of year/season. Amelia has helped me find a variety of cuts and styles that work for my hair type. Amelia also offers extras for your appt so when I want to give my hair a little extra love I can choose a deep conditioning treatment or some essential oils. I could write more and more about Amelia but the last thing I’ll mention is that she is such a present and very kind gem of a human being. Go see Amelia! It’s a lovely experience. P.S.- this is the most gorgeous, earthy, and cozy salon you will ever see!

I’ve been seeing Amelia here for the last 6 months or so and am SO happy I found her and this salon! I absolutely love the way she has transformed my hair and I really enjoy the whole experience. She listens and truly cares for the health of your hair, your lifestyle needs concerning style & color, and you as a person. One of the big draws for me is that the salon uses high quality eco friendly/natural products that are so much better for my fine hair and sensitive skin and scalp. The space has such a welcoming energy with the plants and natural light. It’s a place I don’t mind spending time at. Highly recommend!

Ritual Collective is a super cute salon, and I always feel welcome and comfy when I go in. I always go in to see Amelia. She is the best! I highly recommend getting a service from her, she has done my hair (cut and color), now for over 4 years, and I love what she does. Amelia is 100% client centered. She listens to you and combines your requests with her own extensive experience, expertise, and intuition, always honoring and hearing what you want your hair to look and feel like. Throughout my time seeing her, she has given me different kinds of haircuts, lengths, and color. (She does amazing blonde, and does it in a way that keeps my hair so healthy :) On top of being an excellent stylist, Amelia is just a super kind, thoughtful, and magical person, who is just a real gem of a human. She brings her grounded and bright energy to every session, and shows up open to however you want your time to go. (I never feel pressured to talk the whole time or be silent.) With Amelia, you can come as you are, and leave feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommend booking with her!

Amelia is absolutely amazing! I’ve been searching for someone I trust with my hair and am so happy that I found Amelia! My hair needed some TLC pretty desperately after about 6 months of neglect. When Amelia was finished, I felt like myself again. She is so talented and also just awesome to be around. I’ll definitely be scheduling with her regularly!

I have been a client of Lacy's (one of the owners) for about 7 years. She is beyond a hair stylist, she is a healer as is evident through her incredible artistry with cut and balayage. This salon cares and it shows in their product choice and beautiful crown chakras walking out the door!!!

I was visiting Portland and really wanted to try this place! I was super excited that there was a spot open when I was in town. I’ve followed this salon on IG and knew I could trust any of the stylists there. I love my cut and the whole experience!!! They are only using clean products, and the vibe is great! Jordan did such a great job!! She listened to exactly what I want, and even helped me see some new ideas for my hair - that I love :) I wish there were spots like this in my town!

I was visiting Portland and was excited to have my hair colored for my event beforehand. Fortunately there was an open spot, but unfortunately, when I arrived I was told they couldn’t color my hair due to it taking longer than the allowed 2 hours. I can’t help but feel there was some other reason for not wanting me as a customer since she basically did not want to do even the roots. Instead of inviting me back as a customer for another longer time slot, she referred me to someone else. I understand she underestimated the time it would take to do my hair, but communication is key. I was hoping to be a returning customer as I am here often, but certainly did not feel welcome here.
