Katy did a wonderful job on my hair! She not only gave me a great cut and color but she provided me with some awesome tips for my hair and gave me great recommendations for products to use. She's also a very warm and pleasant person! I will definitely return to this salon!

Nichole slays my hair every time. I get compliments on her balayage skills often...even weeks after the service happens. I travel a lot and usually get a blowout in those other destinations - the stylists are always asking where I go for color because it's so beautifully blended. She's the real deal.

Prior to going here, I had not had a professional hair cut in well over a year. My hair was lifeless and tacky. Nichole did such a good job at cutting and styling it. I still can’t get over how much I like it. It looks much healthier and smoother now. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to my friends.

Katy is amazing!!! I've been seeing her 2.5 years now and followed her over from a different salon. She's been with me from short and blonde, to red, to blonde again and now long. I don't think I'll ever be able to go see anyone different here in CLT!

Nichole at Ritual us absolutely incredible! I was looking for a new hairdresser and I've absolutely found mine in Nicole! Really good and affordable but most importantly she is an perfectionist and so patient with my hair! That's so important for my hair Type and I will absolutely stick with Ritual.

Nichole has been doing my hair for well over a decade and she's never disappointed. I can't seem to walk into a single store without having a random stranger compliment my hair--and I'm not exaggerating. I love that I could literally ask her to do anything she pleases and trust that the result will be amazing. My hair has been bleached so many times and it's still in fantastic condition. She takes her time and listens to her clients, and has created a very calm, relaxing atmosphere. Plus, she's a really awesome person herself. She's very easy to talk to and has a wonderfully uplifting personality. I highly, highly recommend.

To say Katy is amazing is an understatement. Not only is she a cute lil nugget who exudes all the good vibes, but she kills it with the hair. I did a consult with her to go over what I wanted. She listened to me and gave honest feedback. She also wanted to know what my last colorist did on my hair which I feel is going above and beyond. She’s always been available by text to receive hair inspo pics and she wrote out a thoughtful list of Charlotte must-go-to restaurant/bars just because I was asking. I’ve been wanting lighter brown hair for a long time now to warm up my fair skin tone - something that my previous stylists have not been able to really achieve. Katy got it on one shot and she gave me a killer layered cut, too. There’s no reason to ever look elsewhere for a stylist in Charlotte.

I have known Katy and Nicki since before they left their previous salon. Katy has been styling my hair since 2017/2018 (it’s been a while!). She has always been so intuitive about my vision and keeps me grounded when I might want something unrealistic (because let’s be honest, Pinterest doesn’t show ALLLL the work that goes into those transformations). Times when I’m not sure what I’m going for I know I can fully trust her to take the creative reins and it always comes out amazing!! Hair health is priority #1 for these ladies and mine always looks and feels 10X better every time I walk out. Not only is Katy talented AF— But so is Nicki! My mom has seen her before and was in love! She couldn’t stop raving about her hair, but lives far out so hasn’t had a chance to re-book. These wonderful humans are extremely professional, but know how to make someone feel at home in their salon. They also go above and beyond to ensure the salon is clean and sterile per CDC guidelines. I cannot recommend them enough and have found a salon for life!!!

So I followed Katy here after she left her previous salon, and I’d follow her off a cliff so take that as you will BUT the salon is so dreamy and comfortable. The vibe these two women bring is incredible and they LOVE what they do and it absolutely shows. Can’t recommend enough.

Nikki is a Fantastic hair colorist and stylist. She's the best colorist I've found in years, decades! She cares about her clients being happy with there hair. You can tell she loves what she does.. Wow. I just got a cut and color from Nichole and I haven’t loved my hair this much in YEARS. The price was insanely reasonable and Nichole is super friendly and bubbly and kind. She did exactly what I asked her to do after talking through a couple of ideas with me beforehand. My hair looks way better than I thought it could. So happy to have found such an awesome salon!
