Love this place! I was searching for a ‘precision cut’ and the Owner, Bridget Zufeldt, delivered in style! The salon is so very well designed and all staff is really friendly. Hooray!

I've been following Gracie around since we were kids. Let me tell you .... she has been doing hair since her high school yrs!! What can I say? She's got skills. Cut and color pro. <3 She knows Oribe up and down. Which I love!! Like the wall full of Oribe here. They carry sets occasionally and have goodies. Like this week I went by. I got a travel Oribe texturizing spray free with my 2 full size items. :) I had a glass of white and enjoyed a quick bite across the street at PicNik.

Sharamey is the best! My husband has been a loyal, every few weeks customer, for 10+ years, and he will continue for another 50, or until she decides to retire :)! She treats her clients like family, and her skills are unmatched. I look forward to taking our toddler to her one day!

A word of caution! I enjoyed my experience at the salon the first time but something happened this past time. My blond highlights have turned orange, within just two weeks of the visit! I went in for my appointment the day before my vacation, and notified the salon as soon as I returned to the country, two weeks later. Because it was outside of their very short window (which is 24 hours...of course, before you'd know the color was going to tarnish!), they would not fix my hair at no cost to me. I would have to pay some $80 (on top of the $200 I already paid to get it done) to get the color corrected even though I have been coloring my hair blond for years and this has never happened. Of course, I'm aware that blond color tarnishes with time. But definitely not just two weeks in. :( Really disappointed in the recovery (or lack thereof); for this reason, I wouldn't return.

Hair cut and style looked beautiful. However, the color wasn’t what I was looking for. The reference picture I showed had a girl with cool blonde highlights, and my stylist gave me very warm highlights instead. One piece in the front looks particularly yellow. Color is pretty overall, just not what I asked for.

I absolutely love Savannah at Ritual!! She’s incredibly talented at what she does and pours into her craft like it’s an art! She’s completely honest with me when it comes to what my hair can and cannot handle as far as bleaching or color options. This last time she completely transformed my hair into a beautiful masterpiece! I am obsessed with the color and have never felt more like myself! She’s so funny and great to talk to! I don’t just come in for my hair, I come for the experience! I value her opinion the most when it comes to my hair and will be coming to her for as long as she’ll have me!!

I love this salon! My family and I have been coming here for years and have gotten services from multiple stylists and have always been happy. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the experience is overall such a treat. Mackenzie is doing my hair now and did the most gorgeous color! She also was super knowledgeable about the products and was able to guide me in purchasing things that really helped my hair and kept it looking amazing!

I’ve been seeing Mackenzie for almost two years now and she is absolutely fantastic!! I love to change my hair up often, I switch between bold colors and natural colors and I’ve always loved my results. She’s also so sweet and fun to talk to! I am so grateful to have a stylist that I can trust and who knows my vibe and what works for my hair. My mom has been seeing Bridget for YEARS and loves her. My sister also just started seeing her and has had an amazing experience as well. Super easy bookings and great service all around. I can certainly say that I will continue going to Ritual Salon for as long as I stay in Austin and highly recommend them!

I’ve been to a few hair salons around Austin trying to find “my place” and Ritual is absolutely the best one I’ve tried. Everything from the ambiance to the mirrors and hair wash stations is top notch! I see Mackenzie who is one of my favorite people, I feel like we’re old friends and it’s so fun to catch up while she does my hair. I’d never colored my hair prior to seeing her and she made me feel so comfortable to step outside of my comfort zone, and walks me through the process and never makes me feel dumb or uncomfortable for asking questions. I’ve done haircuts and full/partial highlights with her and can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend both Ritual and Mackenzie if you’re looking for a salon and artist to make your own. 🫶🏻

Ritual salon is an upscale salon I was thrilled to find when I moved to Austin. I see Savannah and she an expert colorist for my high maintenance blonde. Any changes I make she is game. They use high end products and offer drinks.

i’ve been coming to Ritual for about two years now and i have nothing but good experiences. i regularly see Mackenzie once a month or every other month. she’s always spot on with the styles i throw her way. she’s done everything from a simple trim and root touch up to cutting all my hair into a pixie and dying my whole head pink. she’s creative and professional and i recommend her to everyone that compliments my hair (which is often). gotta give credit where credit’s due!!!

Every 8 weeks I go to Sharamey to get my roots touched up and have a blast! Sharamey is the best human, and she kills it every time. She’s kept my fine, fragile hair blonde and healthy for almost a decade now. She’s a pro at non-skunky babylights so I’ve been able to successfully con everyone in my life into thinking I’m a natural blonde. I have to schlep up Mopac from South Austin to get here and I still make appointments religiously, so enough said.

I've been going to Robin Houk for Keratin Express treatments for years. My hair is fine and extremely fragile and other artists have ruined my hair with a too hot iron, but it comes out perfect when Robin does it. She really knows what she's doing.
