The Spa at the Ritz is an extremely peaceful experience! We would highly recommend it - you can use all their facilities for the whole day. They give complementary snacks, their pool is heated, and their services/staff are wonderful! We had our deep tissue massages with Nelly and Luis and they are truly incredible massage therapists! They listened to what you needed in terms of focus points and we really felt like whole new people afterwards - rejuvenated and tension-free! We will be back!! What pleasant time!! :)

Let’s just say, the Ritz was not Ritzing. Not a 5 star spa by any means. I’ve been to nicer medspa’s. The ladies locker room and amenities were very tired. The staff in the locker room could not be bothered. I asked for a hair brush instead of the men’s combs they offered and the attitude I received in response was wild. A lady next to me asked for a bathing suit bag for her wet suit and she received the same reaction. Zero customer service skills. JP at the pool was accommodating and so was the front desk staff. The masseuses were also great but the rooms were kind of dingy and cold air was blowing the entire time (it was 50 degrees that day).

Beautiful SPA!! Service is excellent! From the moment you arrived you know you’re being pampered! Snacks, fresh fruits, teas and coffees are always available. Guest experience is above and beyond. Will come back! ❤️❤️❤️

I was at the Ritz today for a facial and some relaxation. Let me just preface by saying my facial was excellent! The Aesthetician was amazing! She was the best part and only good part of the experience. The spa area was extremely loud with women having full blown loud conversations. I expected to have a drink and relax but that never happened. I was thinking to use the amenities after the facial but again - the women in the whirlpool and other areas were talking so loud that i just decided to go home. It was one of the worst spa experiences i have ever had and i am not sure i will go back: Even the employees were very loud and one greeted someone shouting “Hey girl!. If you would like quiet and relaxing this isnt the place! Go to the Four Seasons instead. For rhe exorbitant Spa prices- The Ritz did not deliver a good spa experience.

My visit to The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Orlando was absolutely perfect. The stress relief massage was exactly what I needed, leaving me relaxed and refreshed. The outdoor pool and hot tub were superb, providing a serene and luxurious way to unwind. The entire experience, from the amenities to the impeccable service, was truly exceptional. I can’t wait to return!

I had one of the worst pedicure experiences I've ever encountered. They removed my gel polish using a regular nail file, which took 20 minutes and was quite painful. Additionally, the water was scalding hot, causing my feet to swell and turn dark red. When I asked them to lower the temperature, they responded, "If I turn it down, it’ll get cold," leaving me to repeatedly take my feet out of the water when she wasn’t looking. Furthermore, I was there with my 15-year-old sister and was not informed that the spa has an 18+ age restriction. After the pedicure, we went into the locker room to put our robes back on and get ready for dinner when they cornered my sister without my knowledge. They escorted her out of the facility, and she called me crying from outside. I love the Ritz Orlando in general, but I am deeply unimpressed with the spa facility and will not be returning for any nail services again.

On the occasion of my 31st orbit around the sun, a dear friend decided I deserved a lavish escape and whisked me off to the Ritz Spa—a decision that, quite frankly, should be enshrined in the Friendship Hall of Fame. From shedding my street wear at the door to donning the plush robe that whispered sweet nothings to my skin, every moment there was steeped in tranquility and opulence. The pièce de résistance was undoubtedly my massage session with Louis. Now, I'm not saying Louis has magic hands, but I am heavily implying it. His meticulous approach and deft touch transformed what I assumed would be a mere massage into a transcendent journey of rejuvenation. Exiting those doors felt less like leaving a spa and more like being reborn as someone who now knows what clouds feel like. In short, if you're on the prowl for an unparalleled spa day, direct your feet (and your stressed muscles) to the Ritz Spa—and do yourself a favor by booking time with Louis!

Two things, 1.- Spa, my husband paid for 50 min massage for me I just got 30 min or less, and second at the knife and spoon restaurant I ask for a bottle of 140 dollars, the waiter suggested one rose bottle for 180 we said no, we want the 140 dollars and we have that bottle, and at night when I see the ticket they charge a 180 dollars bottle, we let them know and they say sorry we are going to fixed and guess what they don’t!

Best spa in Orlando …. Management and team are amazing and everything is always clean and ready for your relaxation needs ! I had 4 massage therapist for treatments and they are all great . I also had a pedicure and I loved the service provided. Very peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. Smells great in here plus all the complementary snacks while you wait for treatment gives you the most satisfaction during your visit. The spa shop has the most incredible selection of products. Stop by and grab your at home relaxation items! The pool the sauna the steam room and the jacuzzi !!!!!! Can’t wait to go back .

I had a pedicure service by a wonderful individual named Dee. She was hands down the most personable spa associate I’ve encountered. She was exceptionally competent and was very kind. I would highly suggest you go to the spa when staying at either of the Grande Lakes hotels and ask for her!

I booked a massage with Nelly for my birthday and it was just phenomenal. She tailored the massage to my fit my needs and made it a very relaxing experience. Nelly was so kind and professional—I will definitely come back again!

The spa services are absolutely amazing! It's true physical therapy for me. The spa pool is so relaxing and a wonderful place to spend time before and after your service. It can fill up and can be challenging to get a chaise so be sure to get there early, especially if it's a nice day outside. It would be nice if the spa didn't overbook reservations so that everyone can enjoy time at the pool, comfortably. Same for inside the locker rooms. Sometimes there is no where to sit in the waiting areas. The ladies' locker room and the reason for my 3-star review: It can feel very overcrowded and loud. The hydro therapy areas can be too full to really enjoy relaxation. The last 2 visits I had to ask multiple times for items and was given an attitude. The last visit, there were no towels or washcloths and when I asked for one the attendant never came back. When I went to look for another attendant 2 were hiding and on their phones. The one I originally asked rolled her eyes and sighed. I was taken aback by this and it soured the entire experience. We pay a premium to come to this spa and the level of service that is expected at a place like this, should be given. Period! We are never rude to staff and are very generous, when deserved. The last visit was such a a turn off for me that I actually pulled the Spa manager aside at checkout to share my experience. Although she apologized, it felt insincere. We haven't been back.

Truly a whole experience! Staff is so friendly and very accommodating going above and beyond to meet your needs! Highly recommend! We have done couples massages and pedicures. Ending with hours in the pool and spa! What a way to relax and unwind!

Don’t sleep on going here—it’s the full experience! I love the Body Balancer treatment. 50 mins dedicated to my back, neck and scalp? Yes please. Get lunch out by the pool, the crab salad is amazing. and if you’re a FL resident you will receive 15% off Mon-Wed.

Sorry Ritz Spa in Orlando but it's time for a massive makeover and retraining of staff. I literally felt like I was in the back room of a strip-mall nail salon during my facial. The upselling was disgraceful and distasteful at best. The overall facility is old and worn out. There were few exceptions but mostly the staff seemed insincere and robotic. The pool was clean and lovely, but between a $200 lunch for three ladies, and $900 of spa services, the refreshing pool water was of little need for reprise. Next stop, Four Seasons.

I purchased some spa packages for my sister in laws and they had an amazing experience. Both had 80 minute stress relief massages and 80-minute Hydrofacials, which they raved about. The techs treated them extremely well. We ended their sessions with lunch by the pool, which was a great end to their treatments.

We enjoyed incredible massages and reflexology today. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the opening lounge attendants (much better than previous visits). Sofia exceeded our expectations with exemplary service at the pool very fitting of Ritz Carlton standards. We look forward to our next visit!

Wow this places was great . Friendly staff and great atmosphere. The mens area was great . Had a private spa inside mens area. The outside spools were great too with alot of seating too. The inside had a great cpls area to sit and relax with. This place is a must do if you like to have a relaxing time. Book early and stay all day and enjoy the main pool or the spas private area. The restaurant was great as well.

I had an extra day around a conference and decided to hit the spa but there are so many in Orlando, and I’m so happy I settled at the Ritz! The entire staff was warm, welcoming and hospitable. The square footage and separate lounges all were inviting and relaxing. My services were exceptional and the pool and sauna areas located Mear the locker rooms and in the women’s lounge were the perfect wind down. I did leave the pool early because a woman came in on her phone and was using it and taking pics etc. They have signs posted but the staff didn’t seem to know how to address it and honestly, in that setting, it makes you uncomfortable as a guest. The only hang up I give them is that I’ve seen it addressed and handled well in other spas. Overall the day was fantastic and the property and staff were wonderful.
