Service is great but I did not get what I asked for. I asked for ombré and ended up with highlights. Kind of a patchy job on the back on my head as well. Going to just be buying drug store hair dye to fix it because I can’t afford to go back and pay for their mistake. Not sure my stylists name, either. I should’ve been honest on how I felt about it but I didn’t want to hurt feelings. But now that I’m at home inspecting it, it does not look good. I understand that the full ombré look could take a couple appointments to achieve but there’s blonde patches in my bangs that are more blonde than my ends. There’s one noticeable spot where the bleach was not blended at all, honestly, it’s embarrassing. The hair cut I got from this establishment was great, I love it. The ombré? Eh. Pictures of the “ombré” which is clearly not an ombré and very blotchy.

What a wonderful place, my husband gets his hair cleaned up and cut every couple of weeks here. Jodi is his stylist and she is such a sweetheart, she always does such a good job. This place is perfectly affordable, hometown local, and great for a chat when getting a hair cut. My husband never goes anywhere else but here, we are lucky to have a good salon in town like this.

This is now my place to get a haircut!!! What an awesome place!! Great prices and they actually listen to how you want your hair cut and cut it that way!! My wife went a could of weeks ago and lives it! This is where my family will get all their haircuts from now on. They also like to talk and want to get to know you and actually have a good friendly relationship. So glad we came here. River Edge Salon, keep up the great work!!!

Dawn and Melissa came down to Oshkosh to do hair for my wedding back in January; including me, there were 9 of us that needed this done. Between the two of them, they knocked it out of the park! We were all done and ready by the time the photographers got there and they were really fun to have in the room getting ready with us! Melissa actually did my hair and at our trial my veil would not stay in! On the wedding day she brought this donut looking thing and finally got the veil to stick to that, I wasn't worried, I knew she'd be able to make it work for me!
