Do not hesitate to book your next service here! From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted in a welcoming way. Despite being stressed out from a time mix up, they were very accommodating and were able to allow me to get my whole 90 min massage. I was offered water to relax while I filled out my paper work. Although I was late to my appointment, I never felt rushed through the process of getting into the locker room to change and meet my massage therapist in the room. Kelly was AMAZING! She was so kind, understanding, and a great listener! She really went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and receiving the best services possible. The 90 min signature massage itself was also amazing and included a heating pad, hot stones, and a heated eye mask. After my massage, I was able to relax in the lounge with a glass of champagne. Kelly was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, including turning on the sauna for me. The infrared sauna was a perfect touch post massage and it was very clean. To end my experience, I used the showers that were clean, roomy, and equipped with yummy smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels were fully stocked! I was able to use their bathroom getting ready area to dry my hair and freshen up before leaving. I loved that Kelly assured me that there was no rush and I was welcome as long as I wanted. All in all, I will be back! Kelly was amazing and you should definitely book with her :)

River Falls spa in downtown Greenville was an amazing place to celebrate our 20 year Anniversary, with the table for two couples massage with hydro therapy.... It was so elegant and relaxing. We will definitely do that again. The massage therapists were fantastic. They were very skilled and knowledgeable. That is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend and will definitely be doing again. The strawberry's and champagne at the end was a very nice touch and great end to our experience. They offer a bunch of different packages and services. The infrared sauna was my favorite. It was very elegant and very clean. Check them out.

Very nice when I called to inquire about services. They fit me in the next day. Very nice when I arrived. Massage was extremely relaxing. They have a locker room, robes to wear, even a red light sauna to relax in. Very clean facility too!

We had the best time! We don’t live in the area but we still plan to come back. We did the Table for Two package and it was so relaxing. The massage was the best we’ve had, the aromatherapy tub was amazing, the strawberries and champagne were so romantic, and we even had access to the infrared sauna. 10/10 will definitely be back,

I loved all the attention to detail. How warm the receptionist was when I arrived. The welcoming notes on the locker. Eileen gave me the best 90 minute massage that I’ve ever had. I sat with a warm tea and soaked up the infrared sauna. All in all I rebooked and will be adding this to my monthly self care routine. Thank you ladies 🤗

Daughter got me a gift certificate for Christmas. I was pleased to park beside the building and not in public parking. As I walked in I felt welcoming. They offered something drink. Went back as soon as I filled out paperwork. Chelsea was wonderful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Did the Table for 2 and it was amazing! Massages followed by time in the hydrotherapy tub. Then champagne and strawberries. The staff was fabulous and we loved every minute. They took great care of us and I would give 10 stars if I could! If you are in Greenville and looking for an amazing experience, definitely try this!

Great massage. Relaxing-ish. Great service. We did a couples massage and it was decent enough. The basic massage come with hot stones, which is nice. They all were very hospitable, even though we were super early. We had mimosas while we waited. After the massage they treated us to a special treat, along with more mimosas! Also, super nice, they fit us in on a short notice. The only other thing I would say is that there is no bathroom (in the actual spa) or showers I was confused after words since I’m accustomed to those things afterwards being easily accessible. They charged us the same price as if they did have those amenities. Holly and Clarissa were great as well.

Had such a wonderful experience. Brooke was absolutely amazing. Definitely would recommend getting a facial with her. She was so so kind and so knowledgeable. You can tell she really cares about her clients. The massage and lunch were just as good. Definitely going back. Already bought a gift card for my niece so she can experience such a wonderful spa!

I was greeted and welcomed immediately when entering. I had a signature facial with Sharon. Absolutely delightful lady and very experienced. My skin felt so soft and clean, and I ended up purchasing a facial oil she used because I loved it so much. Beautiful space, very clean locker room, and I enjoyed my cranberry infused water. I'd highly recommend this spa and will come back.

My aesthetician did a great job and the spa has the potential to be fantastic with a few tweaks. 1. When booking a new client always give the address of the spa especially since you moved just 3 months ago. My gift card was printed with the old address. 2. Please don’t assume every female client is short and wears a size 7 sandal. It does not make for a pleasant experience to be faced with a robe too small and sandals too short. Wouldn’t it simply be a better experience all around to simply ask what size robe and sandals are required when booking the appt? 3. Have an employee available for clients to engage if they are having an issue (see #2). 4. Allow clients at least 5 mins to relax before beginning. I had a beverage thrust into my hand while trying to fill out intake form, then immediately sent to the locker room. When I tried to sit in the relaxation room to finally drink the beverage, I was immediately taken back to the service room. Never did get to drink the beverage. 5. The ladies locker room needs more sinks and less locker. 6. Work on curb appeal.

My sister treated me to a facial at River Falls Spa and it was fabulous! My esthetician Brooke was super professional--she talked about my skin in a way that didn't feel judgmental, while giving me some good advice on how to better care for it. It was so relaxing, felt amazing, and my face was literally GLOWING after the treatment. Will be coming back for sure!

What an Amazing experience! Clear directions texted the day before so that we could navigate our way to the temporary location. Welcomed by name into a softly lit open space and promptly given our choice of beverage (I chose Champagne 😃). The massage room was so peaceful and the full body message by Holly was phenomenal! She applied just the right amount of pressure to help this mom finally get a chance to relax! I didn’t want it to end! Such sweet staff all around! I enjoyed my time so much. I will definitely be back!

We had a great “spa morning” for my girlfriend’s birthday. We both received a signature massage and agreed they were incredible! I had Leah and she had Cheryl! The massage was so relaxing, it incorporated hot stones and deep tissue. The customer service was over the top from booking to walking out the door. As a local business owner, this is what makes or breaks any experience for me…and it sold this experience 100%. (The massage was great, too!) Yes, the spa is in a temporary location but it’s a nice, trendy location. This is listed on the site and I was informed before booking. My massage was still relaxing, private and quiet. You have zero doubt you are entering a spa when you open their door. Will visit again!
