The nail salon seems to have a fair rating of 4.5 stars which is great. My service was a pedicure. Upon arriving I was seated promptly since there was no one there when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. I was very pleased with the service an older gentleman had provided. However, I noticed he used an old file which is usually reserved to shape and file artificial nails (only)not to be used on the natural nails of the feet. (Potential for injury). He did a pretty good job otherwise but you run the risk of getting dirty nail files used on you. Finally, he handed me off to be polished by a woman whom I had to ask a total of two times to fix my nail polish and started to gaslight me by saying it was because I chose regular nail polish versus Gel which out of the 25 years I’ve been getting pedicures that has never been the case. Please do better and acknowledge mistakes not by blaming customers but by simply doing better. Thank you!

my experience was very pleasant , i got a full set n tony did my nails and they came out so cuuutee lol, i liked them a lot n he was very nice n reasonable with the pricing as well !. 10/10 would definitely recommend !

Check my photo, They call this cat eye !! Nails are totally not in shape !!! When I asked him to fix it .. he did nothing only argued .. they charge me 107 for such a poor service.. they are so rude… do not want to listen and I do T want to fight.. But I will never go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone too!!!!

I stopped by this place on a Thursday afternoon for some beetlejuice inspired manicure nails, and a pedicure. I got the diamond gel pedicure and it was so relaxing. My feet are so baby-soft. My manicure is so gorgeous. I love my hand painted spiderwebs. The quality and price are very good, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I went in for a manicure and a fill and was helped right away. Tony did a fabulous job and really took her time with my nails. The salon was very clean and welcoming. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

This place was amazing. Friendly staff and amazing services. I went in for a mani and pedi, and they did such an incredible job. Ice been to other salons, but I'll be coming back to this one.

Tried this place today and was extremely happy with my nails! Tony did a wonderful job on executing exactly what I wanted! They were extremely kind and well priced! Definitely would come back! (July 25th) The ring got upgraded and so did the nails! Let me start off by saying Tony executed my vision today! He went above and beyond to get my nails the way I liked. I’ve never done chrome to my nails and wasn’t sure how it would look with the blue I chose so he had them do a test nail with the combo before he did it on my nails. Extremely happy with the results! Thanks again Tony! (August 8th)

Great place. Treated my 9yo and myself for a mani pedi combo and the staff were great. My daughter and I loved it. They were very attentive and thorough. They were not too busy so all staff available worked on my daughter and me me immediately. The foot and hand massages were so relaxing. The only reason i gave it a 4 was because i got nicked on my toe, nothing big but i still had to treat at home. The prices are just like any other nail salon.

Went in for a basic pedicure and clear gel. Last time I was here it was excellent. An older gentleman with glasses did the service. I asked for clear gel but instead he used some pink gel. Didn't look bad, but not what I asked for. So he re did it. Only this time he smudged the gel all over my skin and the gel wasn't even put on to the edges of the nail. Dull blotchy finish. So I asked him to redo it. This time a lady who identified herself as Jessica got to work. Except at that point a I was asking is that the gel be either reapplied or touched up on the edges. What does she do? Starts digging up the edges of the nails, claiming I should have asked for ingrown toenail removal. I don't have ingrown toenails, I did not ask for Ingrown toenail removal. Plus they are not even licensed to do so. Then I ask if the blotchy, u evenly applied gel would be fixed, to which she responded "get out" Also none of their tools appeared sanitized, and the pumice pads looked reused. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed, which consisted of just a touch up. Waste of $42 + $8 tip.

I went in for a full set 2 weeks ago. The service I received was great. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and throughout my visit, the attention to detail that Tony gave was great; making sure I liked the shape and color I picked out. Wonderful, relaxing experience at River Nails and Spa! I felt welcomed and pampered during my whole visit. Tony made lovely conversation and did an incredible job on my manicure and pedicure. I will absolutely come here for future services and recommend others to do the same.

Worst experience ever. I asked for a medium-long set. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted. I explained to him that I did not want them rounded. While he was doing my nails, I asked him to make them pointy. He continued to form a round shape. I asked again, and he didn't listen. As he was finishing up, people were coming in. He decided to rush on my nails. He didn't bother to clean the dust off and applied oil to my cuticles. I asked him about the acrylic around my cuticles and fingers, and he replied that when you wash your hands, it will come off. I got up and went to wash my hands. I noticed acrylic all over my hands and fingers. I showed him, and he started spraying rubbing alcohol and using a nail file to scrape it off. I told him no but he continued. I still paid for the service, but I will not be going there.

It was so good. They offered so many ways to keep my fingers and toes healthy and that is information that i feel like i should have paid for. They are very knowledgeable at questions I asked and if someone didn’t know they asked someone to help. It was all teamwork and they were so humble and nice. They even took the extra mile and got a dry paper towel for me to dry my nails. They were all happy smiles and I will go back time and time again I think I just found my new nail home! I also got a pedicure which was so good also
