Kim gave me a choppy, uneven hair cut. I returned to the salon within an hour to discuss this, just to be argued with. She stood by her work instead of admitting to her wrongdoing. This resulted in me writing a bad review 😩 We won’t be returning.

It is not clean or organized They over charged me compared to the price board. Horrible place, don't go. They charged me 50.00 to put my feet in water.

Kimberly Le, did an amazing job in cutting my hair, coloring and putting high lights. It was my first time in this salon and I really appreciate that she is so helpful to suggests what I needed to do with my hair without being pushy . She is honest to tell you how much will it cost to do it, & she gave me a discount. They are all friendly, Elizabeth too is kind, they all support each other in attending customers. Thank you again for making my first visit a good one. 🤓

When I first got to my appointment I was nervous because I don’t trust anyone with my hair but it needed some love! I’m so happy I found this place! There were three staff members in there Kimberly, Elizabeth and Tia and they were very friendly and accommodating. Kimberly did an amazing job on my hair!! She’s a hidden gem! When she says she will make your hair beautiful, she does! I posted pics on here for you all to see. She brought it back to life! Elizabeth did a wonderful job on my nails too! If you tell them exactly what you want they will listen, after all it is all about you! Thank River Salon! You guys are awesome and I will definitely be coming back. Prices are reasonable too. Very please and happy. 🤩🥰

I showed up in the morning to get a hair cut and the older Asian lady told me to come back at 2 and so I said ok I came back at 2 she said I didn’t know you were going to come back !!bad business inconsistent treatment and no care for the customer ,needs a lot of imporovement.

Such a great place, its nice to be able to communicate your wants and needs. I really like that they line the pedicure bowl with a disposable plastic similar to a shower cap for sanitation. I go to Elizabeth shes very knowledgeable and keeps it real with you.

Came here to get my sons hair cut - $10. Satisfied with the price and the way it came out! Nikki was so sweet, my son was comfortable w her. Would absolutely come here again!

Kathy decided on a last minute cut (😜) on way to Aftershock, and was happily able to get a seat with no wait at all. The stylist did a great job. He listened and executed her vision with professional skill! Best cut ever!! Would definitely recommend this salon . Although a bit pricey - $31 - it was worth the quality.

Ok manicure - some bubbles in the gel. Definitely not a friendly experience. Biggest concern was same another person had with price changing after service was done. I asked about filling with powder and getting a gel manicure. Agreed to $27 for smoothing out powder edge and having gel done. At the end, charge was $30 - he said for taking off powder. It's not off - there is a clear ridge. Also charged a dollar for using a credit card. There are too many other places to go...

So I paid $100 for my gel full set and a pedicure. The man who did my nails made me so upset and he kept messing up on them. Before he even started doing my nails I showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted and I I specifically asked him if he can do the exact same thing and he said yes I can... he lied and I ended up getting a whole different design on my nails that I didn't even want in the first place and the only reason why I got the design was because that's the only thing he knew how to do and I didn't have time that day to run around and look for a new nail salon that day I was so upset when I came home and also the man who did my nails made one of my pinky nails look literally bent to the left so it looks like my nail is growing sideways it was completely not worth the amount of money that I paid but I will say that the pedicure was amazing and that was the best part of the entire experience the lady who did my pedicure she was super nice and she did an amazing job but I don't think that makes up for what the man did on my hands it was a horrible experience

So mad. Used to love the ladies in this shop, but then the owners messed it up, and all the women who worked together for years left for other shops. So stupid.
