April gave me the best Swedish massage I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm. April asked questions to ensure she knew everything necessary to provide me with the best experience possible. I would highly recommend April and Riverside Beauty Boutique!

Let me give you the story set up…for new years I had my nails ruined by someone who didn’t care and rushed the process. I brought my damaged, ugly nails into this place and they FIXED ME. Omg I’m so happy with the care and patience they had with me! She fixed me and helped me out and they were so friendly! Thank you for all the help and advice! :)

This was my first time at Riverside Beauty Boutique and it was great. April was amazing. She was so nice and attentive. The massage was the best that I've truly ever had. I definitely will be going back because the service was 5 star.

I went here for a manicure. I didn't know they didn't do any type of acrylic nails. I had a few nails with tips, and they had broken. I was told they only do natural nails. The young lady had taken the top layer of my gel polish off. I left with my nails with dull color in search of someone else to fix them. I was s told its all of the page that they only do natural nails. I explained I wasn't on the website and booked over the phone and wasn't told that. I wouldn't have wasted my time and gss driving there or wasted their time either. I purchased it on group on. I was given a refund. The chair used for nails was uncomfortable and awkward. The place was clean and bright. The pedicure area looked to be more comfortable and more of a spa setting than the nail area.. The response she posted is a lie. I did not insist on the young woman service me. Yes, I had selected the wrong group on location in error to redeem. Also, I was not rude or loud. There were no other customers in the place. This review was for this place. There was only 4 people in the place and that included me. The other 3 were workers.

I had my very first pedicure/manicure and can't say enough good things about my experience. The atmosphere and ambience was very relaxing. Started in the waiting room and by the time I got to the chair any concerns I had were completely erased. Shaunah is fantastic and made me feel very welcome. Growing up, men didn't get manicure/pedicures but I understand it's a new day and time. Thank you Shaunah for making my first experience the best it could be. Can't think of a thing you need to improve on. Keep doing your thing. Very proud of you my sister!

My first time going to a spa and I loved the whole experience ! Such friendly staff and they were all so accommodating and made me feel so pampered for Mother’s Day. Definitely recommend they were all so welcoming

The place is adorable, decorated very nicely. Travis was a FANTASTIC massage therapist and I highly recommend him. He also does manicures!

Super cute place. I had a Groupon so I could check it out, and I definitely was not disappointed and will be back. The boutique was easy to find with adequate parking. The doors stay locked, but the greeting was prompt and professional. I was take back to the mani/pedi room. The restored home is cutely decorated and spaces flow well. The room was comfortable and the technician, Sharice, was good. The other staff passed through and everyone was very social. Overall great experience, with plans to return to try other services.

Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. First had to take my daughter back home because there's a strict no kids policy. Then when I get back they say I can't get my nails done because I had acrylics on. Never have I ever heard of a nail place that can't remove acrylics. They were very rude and made sure I left quickly. What a waste of my time, energy, and gave me a horrible experience. Today was about self-care and peace but they didnt care. I would never recommend this place to anyone Horrible.

Bought a Groupon for my wife.. Tried to use it for a wedding before it expired. The owner booked her appt a week later after the wedding then canceled the day before.. She lied about not having someone available to take care of her to avoid honoring the Groupon.. This place and the owners are what gives businesses a bad name.. You lied on the review to cover yourself I see.. My wife didn't change her appointment liar

I bought a groupon this year for a classic Mani-pedi. It says to go to their website to make appt but there was no item listed as "Mani-Pedi", Only individual manicures and Pedicures. How do you set up an appt for both when the stylist are not available at the same time for both.. I called 4 times including today. Each time I get their voicemail and leave voicemail. I NEVER got a call back. I can see when this business calls on my cell, but there were no calls and no voicemail left. I had referred to Groupon but no response to original support message i sent. I finally got a response today, and asked for refund. Since this business does not feel the need to return calls, I would not ever recommend them as that is so unprofessional.

I purchase a Groupon for to receive a manicure, and scheduled an appointment with no issues. However, on the day of my appointment I woke up with Covid-like symptoms and they still charged my card for the no-show fee after I explicitly informed them that I was sick and had a Covid-test scheduled. This is absolutely ridiculous since I just paid almost $70 for receiving no services.

I scheduled a girls day of pampering for me and my mom and I tell you that is just what we received: pampering to the “nth” degree! Hannah, Amie and TJ delivered first class treatments and world class customer care. Mom is still talking about it. Do yourself a favor and book your services today. Just say no. This is not a place I will ever try to work with again. Overall bad experience. your response is untrue. Your exact words to me were that you were not responsible and I needed to get in touch with Groupon, when I ask what I could do you did not offer to accomodate you imfrmed me that yuo told Groupon not to sell it and you would not honor it. I don't work for groupon I just wanted tp get a little pampering for myself. You were rude and I felt frustrated and that you did not care for me at all as the customer.

Riverside Beauty Boutique is a cute facility with an amazing and welcoming staff. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about products, services, and most importantly, is into skin care/health. Her staff is definitely a reflection of her expertise and training and they each possess great customer service skills and a deep understanding of skin care as well. This place was the best! It was so comfortable and relaxing. I am a mom of 4 and desperately needed a spa day! I got a massage from Travis and it was phenomenal! He treated me with care and professionalism. He was detailed oriented and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. I also got a facial from Hannah and it was so relaxing! My face has never felt better! She was funny and a great conversation. She made my day with her amazing personality. Love love love! Will definitely be back!

I loved everything about this experience. This was my first time getting a vagacial and my first time gettin waxed here and I am for sure going to be a forever customer. The wax is very detailed any there is not ONE SINGLE HAIR LEFT YA HEAR ME! She even took care of my ingrown hairs. I 100/10 recommend. Yes I said 100/10. Do yourself a favor and book. I wasnt going to say anything. People said just call them and tell them how bad it was. But I am 99% sure she did it on purpose. There was another person there whose package cost $100 dollars more than mine we got the same thing. Difference i questioned it she didnt. But i could see it on her face that is not what she was expecting. I dont want a redo i just will not ever go back or reccomend this place.. my advice is when you call to make an appointment. And call dont do it online. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting and what it is. So when you go tou your appointment they wont charge more for what they were supposed to be doing.

This is just the cutest little spot! I found out about it through Groupon of all things, and I couldn’t be more in love. The ladies are so friendly, so bubbly, and so much fun! They make you feel so welcome and like family. My nails look beautiful - Regina took her time and really made sure I was happy with my service. I will DEFINITELY be back. 5 stars for beautiful atmosphere, amazing service, and hilarious staff!
