I had a fabulous haircut here with Ilka - she did a wonderful job and she was such a pleasure to talk to and brightened my day! I loved how she cut my hair after she blow dried it so I could what she was doing. Will be going back!!

Owner was rude and seemed miserable that his place was empty. He was looking out the window instead of focusing on my haircut. Haircut was disappointing! There are so many better places nearby.

Had a great first-time experience at Rizzo Salon. Mariel gave me amazing blonde highlights and a fantastic haircut. She took the time to listen and understood what my concerns were. It was so easy to communicate with everyone here. I couldn't be happier - I feel like a new person with my new hair;) The whole vibe of the salon is warm and relaxed- From the front desk to the rest of the staff, it feels like a place where people like to work. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely LAHVED it! Mariel is an amazing stylist! Her consultation process was fantastic; she listened carefully to my preferences without interrupting. She brilliantly matched my hairstyle to my low-maintenance lifestyle as a working mom. She also ensured that my hairstyle would look great as it grows out. I truly appreciate her expertise and professionalism! She really knows her stuff!

3 words for you: Dakota, Dakota, Dakota! Excellent hair stylist using unique techniques. Great eye for choosing the perfect color tones too. I’m always amazed at how good my thin hair looks when I get it layered by Dakota. Passionate AND talented. It doesn’t get any better than that.

I have gone to Dakota a few times and he always always ALWAYS styles and cuts my hair how I want it. But the best part aside from top notch service he provides is the comfortable and personable experience. He makes anyone feel welcomed without judgement and really gets to know you. He also educates you on how to take care of your hair. 10/10 highly recommend Dakota!

I love this place! The owner is super nice and accommodating. Dakota did my hair & o.m.g. ! He did a beautiful job styling and trimming my hair. I have very thick course curly hair. By the time he was done with my hair… it looked just wow! Cannot stress how pleased I am with how Dakota did my hair. He also cut my friend’s hair and did a beautiful job with her hair as well. If I could rate this salon more than 5 stars, I would. Legit cannot wait to go back again! Highly recommend this salon. 🤍✨

Everyone one was very nice to me, and Lenny spoke to me in kind sentences. He made me feel at ease and safe. I usually get very nervous when I talk to strangers, and my stomach makes funny noises. I was very happy with my haircut. Thank you Lenny and Mr Rizza

I was not going to post a review, but I decided to do so, after all, to relieve my stress. I have been a client here for several years. The stylists are excellent. However, I have had two stressful experiences, both times the stress caused by the stylists's lateness. Both times, my stylist was close to an hour late. One time, I had a child with me, and the second time, I was about to leave town on a business trip. That second time, the lateness of the stylist resulted in a disappointing haircut. I feel that this tardiness demonstrates a lack of respect and professionalism. I will no longer be a client here.

Ilka is a very talented hair stylist - her balayage coloring and cuts are nuanced and provide a lot of dimension. Despite my black hair, lightening it to a light brown required no bleach and minimal damage! She gives the best recommendations in terms of length and color that best suit my face and skin tone. She’s wonderful at explaining the process, and a joy to chat with. She’s detail oriented and my hair comes out perfect. I get so many compliments!

I’ve been to Rizza several times and everyone there is terrific. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for: really great service and experience.

Nice people, but expensive for just a blowout and they left me with a half-done job. They don’t know how to do thicker hair/curlier hair that needs a bit more heat at the roots.
