Robbie did an awesome job. He bent over backwards to make the impossible possible. Great color and haircut. It was lovely to chat with him and his partner as well. Reasonable pricing. Definitely coming back.

This is the best salon in Hampton Roads! Robbie's skill and attention to detail are truly unparalleled! My low maintenance husband said Robbie gave him the best haircut of his life and he’s never going anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Amazing hair cut every time. I have 3 cowlicks that seem to give other hairdressers some difficulty, but Robbie works them out since the very first cut i got from him years ago. Highly recommended! thank you!!!

I have been a client at RL & Co Salon since I moved to Virginia Beach two years ago, and in all my 48 years, I have never been happier with my hair. Robbie is extremely talented with color and style, and he has taken the time to research and guide me on various treatments/suggestions to deal with hair loss from stress. He is also patient and kind with my very picky teenager who is never happy getting a haircut! I highly recommend RL & Co Salon to anyone looking for high quality service in a relaxing, friendly environment!!

I have been going to the magical Robbie for 6 years now, and I will never have another touch my hair besides him! Literally the best in the business for color!! I’m so proud of him for opening his own salon, no one’s deserves it more!! Highly highly recommend!!

Magic hands and clippers. My 65 year old hair has never been healthier. I have loved every cut he has given me. I have even gotten my husband to go to him. Robbie is the bomb!!!!

RL & Co Salon is the absolute best!!!! Robbie has created the most welcoming and beautiful environment for any salon I have ever been to. He somehow manages to work magic on my hair every time I come in, whether it’s just a trim or coloring it with red highlights or blonde highlights!! He has an outstanding eye for the skill behind cutting, coloring and styling hair. Not only do these skills make his salon so awesome, but he is the most genuine and hilarious individual / best friend I have. Even if it’s been a bad day, a trip to the salon can brighten my day in .02 seconds. If you need a good laugh or someone to talk to and in need of walking away with amazing hair, RL & Co Salon is the place for you to go!!!!!

I don’t know what kind of magic Robbie possesses, but my natural hair has never looked better. I used to never want to wear it down unless I styled it with heat first because it never looked very nice without harsh styling. Robbie took the time to ask what I normally do with my hair and how I usually style it (which is ideally air drying and not needing to style much at all), and walked me through as he was cutting my hair what he thought would look nice and be relatively low maintenance. He was 100% correct. My go-to style is now air dried and down with zero heat styling (I thought that was impossible for my kind of hair). It has layers and moves exactly the way I always dreamed of. So far I have only had cuts and blow dries (which I love… I used to stretch out as far as possible between cuts because it seemed like a waste of money when I didn’t love the product, and now I’m checking my calendar waiting for enough time to pass before I can go back but still grow my hair out), but I do plan on letting Robbie work his magic with adding some color/dimension over the summer (something I have never trusted a hair stylist with before). Also, the salon is gorgeous. Soothing atmosphere. Calming colors. Wish my home looked (and smelled) like that. And if that’s not enough, Robbie is a gem and a riot. I feel like I’ve known him my whole life. If you’re looking for a salon (or even if you have one and want to see if you’re getting the best possible experience) make an appointment at RL & Co!

I have been going to see Robbie for about 2 years now and I couldn’t recommend a better colorist! Seriously, he’s a miracle worker; the color is always perfect, styling is incredible, and my cut is always exactly what I ask for.

Robbie has been cutting my hair for the last 2 years and he has given me the best haircuts I’ve had in my entire adult life! The first time he ever cut my hair he explained his technique and how it might look different from the way other stylists have cut my hair. It was at that moment he had a client for life! He always recommends great products and i trust his advice a million percent! He also styles my hair so beautifully after a fresh cut and it lasts a solid 4-5 days! Can’t recommend him enough! The RL & Co salon is also absolutely stunning, clean, and beautifully decorated!

Robbie is THE best! I moved to Virginia Beach and was worried about finding another person to do my hair and was referred to Robbie by a client of his. I have continued to use him for almost 2 years. Robbie is an excellent stylist and colorist. He has a great eye for color and uses treatments that will last in quality. Being a brunette can be difficult as you try to color grays but Robbie is able to give me a great natural color that has depth, softness and shine! Thank you Robbie!

ive been seeing robbie for years after meeting him when he came into my place of work awhile ago. he has always been an honest, caring and hard working stylist as well as the only person i trust (besides myself) to touch my hair! he inspired me to become a stylist myself and has been helpful and gives me advice when i choose to do something to my hair on my own. his work is beautiful and always has me walking out of the shop happy.

He takes his time to make sure his "work" is excellent and that I'm happy with the outcome.
