I had a wonderful experience. Rachel took care of me. I like how thorough she was. She explained each step and the benefits as she performed them. I returned for another recommended procedure and was more than happy with the results I recieved. I will definitely return. Please go treat yourself to a facial. We only live once. Be sure and request Rachel. Love this place

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a talented esthetician named Rachel, and I must say, it was an experience like no other. From the moment I walked into her studio, I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality instantly put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. As someone who struggles with problematic skin, I have visited numerous estheticians in the past, but none have left a lasting impression like Rachel. Not only did she provide me with amazing results, but she also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. One of the things that stood out to me the most about Rachel was her attention to detail. She took the time to thoroughly analyze my skin and ask me about my concerns and goals. This showed me that she truly cared about my skin and wanted to provide me with personalized treatment. Rachel's knowledge and expertise in skincare were evident throughout my entire visit. She used high-quality products and explained the benefits of each one. She also gave me tips on how to maintain healthy skin at home, which I really appreciated. Rachel is the best! Not only is she amazing at her craft, she also offers great conversation (unless you prefer the silence- she’s good at that too). The rest of the staff is super nice & helpful too. I always leave feeling refreshed with glowing skin. Thanks again!

The BioRePeel is rejuvenating! I've struggled with postpartum melasma for some time and it's finally fading after trying this peel from RMI Med Spa. When I leave my house, I now feel confident wearing just the tinted Elta MD sunscreen for a dewy fresh look.

Had the most relaxing facial experience with Melissa! She did an amazing job and left my skin looking glowy, and feeling rejuvenated. Melissa was very personable and sweet as she made sure I was comfortable as a first timer. I highly recommend her. Overall wonderful experience and I will be coming back soon!

I got lip filler with the lovely injector Michelle. It was quick and painless. I love the results and highly recommend seeing Michelle for filler and xeomin! Also, the spa was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful!

This was the best spa I have ever gone to. I had a skin pen microneedling. I couldn’t even feel it. The spa was so clean and pretty. Rachel and Melissa are so friendly. What a wonderful experience! I will be back!

Update on review… it is true the office manager spoke with me, but only after I made a bad review. Apparently she is the ONLY one in the office that can give information about the spa outside of what you see on the website. Her excuse for not responding to voicemails was being ill with C-19 for the past 2 weeks and said that it is best to email her. I said I did that and still no response. Again she said she is the ONLY one that responds to emails. So my rating stands at 1 star. If there is ONLY one person in an office with a few other staff and that one person is the ONLY one that can answer any questions then you might want to find a medispa where everyone is trained enough to explain the spa’s services. I am not sure how this place gets 4 stars….my plan was to go to RMI for lipolean injections. I left 2 voicemails and 1 email wanting to get info on the lipolean and MIC injections that are offered on the website. Never got a call or email back. I called one more time and actually got a person to speak with and she was largely clueless. When I asked what I needed to do to get the lipolean and MIC injections, she said they are the same thing. I asked then why does the website show 2 different types of injections. And she said she wasn’t sure. I also asked what does the weight loss program entail. And she said you see the doctor. Wow so informative…NOT! Don’t waste your time.

I am so happy to have found RMI Med Spa. I had the dermaplanning done by Sheena and couldn’t believe my results. Weeks later and my skin was still glowing and fresh. The staff are very professional, accommodating and sweet. I can’t wait to go back fir another session and try out the eyelash tinting. Highly recommend them.

I had a good experience can't complain😊 I had my 2nd microdermabrasion with Sheena. She was so gentle removed my blackheads and took her time on the areas of my face.My skin never look better. I'm getting a little glow. This place is so amazing Everyone is so friendly. place is keep very clean with the Covid-19. Honestly, Its totally a keeper. Rachel front desk has good customer services. It's very nice to be treated good from the minute you walk in and leave.
