Did not have a great experience with Paul very rough on the nails , not sanitary & lied to me about doing toes when he doesn’t & didn’t tell me until midway through. Not satisfied with my nails at all

First time over at Roadrunner Beauty & Spa, and thanks to my fiancée for convincing me to come. Did the red light therapy. I was skeptical at first, but with the pain I was feeling I was like, “what do I have to lose?!”. Either I was going to feel better or not. I will tell you that with only ONE session in the red light therapy, my back, shoulder and neck pain eased up to almost nothing. I couldn’t believe it!!!! You all at Roadrunner have just gained yourselves a client. I am going to definitely sign up for your yearly membership and take advantage of the full benefits for the Sapphire package. This I know will fit perfectly for me. Thank you so much for being so close to home. I am now a believer.

I signed up for a month of tanning here, and I have been very pleased with my experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Booking appointments is easy using the Booksy app. I will definitely be a returning customer at Roadrunner Beauty & Spa.

Super bummed about this business. I used it a few times last year and wanted to start a membership last month. I went in and got a membership and the lady that sold me the membership told me I got everything I was asking for. I used it twice with no problems and the third time I went in another lady told me my membership didn’t cover what I was trying to use. I told her the lady that sold me the membership said I could certain machines I had asked for in my membership and she said no. Asked her to cancel my membership and if I could get a partial refund. Said the manager would call me to fix the issue and haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks…. Will not give them my service again

Angel gave me one of the best facials I've had. She's professional and very knowledgeable about skin and all the options available to improve your appearance. My skin felt and looked great afterward. I highly recommend her!!!

I went in as I am new to the area and would love to spend time at a spa close. I was completely let down by this location. I went in and no one came out to help me for 10 min and I called out for someone. Finally a young girl came out that looked hungover and rolled out of bed. She couldn’t explain any packages to me and ended up handing me a packet to fill out and wasn’t able to explain anything she wanted me to sign. I went from excited and wanting multiple services to getting a one time tan because I felt bad to just say never mind and leaving. It took the girl 20 min to get my information in the computer and get me in the tanning room. This place has potential but needs better customer service and someone knowledgeable to what you offer. Your front desk person sets the tone and this experience makes me never want to go back.

Booked for a hydro appt and spray tan. The two ladies at the front desk were an absolute mess and unable to even explain how to operate the hyrdropod. Long story short spent 30 minutes wasting my morning to leave in tears and embarrassed with out any services . As a nurse working 60 hours a week I needed the downtime and personal care.

This was my first time at a spa and it was absolutely terrific! I think the gentleman who was there may have been Michael, the owner, and he was just awesome! He made sure I was gonna tan safely and used my voucher to give me a safer tanning experience by changing it up a bit. He was so kind and friendly and funny and made the experience greater than I thought! Definitely worth the visit!

Dad Spa offers many amazing services, and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. Ignore the weird haters below me. Das Spa doesn't even offer the services for which they are reviewing! Honestly though, don't take my word for it. Go in and see for yourself. You can go there for yoga, automatic water massages, weight loss assistance, and much more. I loved this place and it is highly recommend!!!

Das Spa is an innovative and sleek spa design! I’m specifically reviewing one of their tenants who I receive lash extensions from - Monique Nieto. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving various services from Monique for nearly a decade, from facials to Brazilian waxes to lash extensions. I started going to Monique for lashes a couple months ago, about six months after removing my lashes from the last time I wore them from a different technician. This is the first time I’ve worn volume lashes, as I was nervous it might look too much, but I’m happy to say they look wonderful - I get compliments all the time! I’ve had lash applications from many technicians and can say that Monique is one of the top technicians I’ve seen. I’m very pleased with her work, my lashes are always very comfortable and not pokey, and if I should have any issue she is quick to respond and quick to get me in to remedy the issue. Thank you, Das Spa, for allowing Monique to do business with you!

Great spa and great costomer service!!! Been trying to find a good lash tech in town for a couple years. Finally found one I'm comfortable with and trust! The products and services were more than expected. Monique was very professional and did a great job with my lashes.. I'll definitely be going back!

The eyelash tech, Monique is awesome! She gives detailed instructions of after care and is so gentle! I’ll definitely keep her as my go to! Some of the reviews below are insane to me! You sign a waiver in the beginning of the session, which Monique goes through with each client and specifically asks if you have sensitive skin! Like any type of beauty products there are risks that you can have an allergic reaction! I specifically have sensitive skin, and I let Monique know that from the beginning and she went through her products with me to ensure the best care and right product for my skin type! I had no issues and everything was perfect! I love her detailed, thorough, work!! Also, it’s funny to read these other reviews, cuz her license is actually framed and posted in her booth.. I asked Monique about her experience and she has been certified for 15 years! Great work!! I absolutely recommend her, and will send all my friends her way!!

This Salon has a lash tech using glue that will not dissolve with any solution a lash artist uses to remove extensions. If you have a negative experience they will block you and ignore you. We still have not found the license online and she wont share her license info. Honesty and ethics are not found at this business. Buyer Beware,
