I'm putting 2 stars for my 10% discount from the owner. Vicky took off my real nail. By using another fake tip to remove my previous fake nails. It hurt a lot!!! It started bleeding. I told her that hurt! I was offered green liquid to put on it. I asked for a manager, a boss, or assistant manager she said only the receptionist were there. I asked her to stop and call her boss please. I was very worried about my real nail. I took a picture after she used the nail clipper on my ripped real nail still attached to the fake nail. She said sorry to me. Vicky called her boss for me we talked on the phone. That's when she said sorry and offered me 10% off. I told them both, I was worried the new fake plastic tip wouldn't stay on with glue because it was ripped off, were the tip attaches to your real nail. I should of left Vicky offered me to a few times. I showed her my photo I wanted only change would be a coffin shape instead of super pointy. It will be $85 Vicky told me. I have some random design that is matte, the chrome is not the correct color as well, and the jewels are not the same as well. I would love to have the nails, I asked for. I'm very open to go back in tomorrow if possible for someone else to achieve that. I also asked her to take off black polish on my skin. It didn't work I have some my pinky and behind my middle finger. Update on Vicky's nails for a new set they were not even able to stay on an entire 2 weeks how ridiculous! Two broke on Wednesday and lost one completely. All my nail experiences have never been like this. Update: Christine fixed those nails I needed fixed. I recommend you make an appointment with her!

Julie greeted me kindly and showed me around. I was told of the services offered such as red light therapy. Dominique and Crystal were lovely! Paul did my nails and did a great job. He had great energy and good conversation. He was able to take my critiques as well so that I could have the perfect set! All in all my experience was great.

Linh is terrific! She's friendly, professional, and does fabulous nails. Salon is clean but overly crowded with too many stations & techs in too small a space. Not as relaxing an experience as other salons. Way too much space wasted on reception.... should use more of that area for client stations.

Staff was ready when I arrived. The nails are staying on well. Only a few uneven spots. Unfortunately, it’s the kind of salon where the tech is rude, gets upset when you ask for corrections, and speaks non English to staff 90% of the time only giving me 1-3 word statements. Asked her to reduce the length twice and she reacted begrudgingly and didn’t take off any notable length. I’m redoing the paint and length at home because I didn’t like the color but i didn’t want to upset the tech and didn’t want to be openly crap talked about as a paying customer. I feel bad for a nail tech who didn’t seemingly speak the language. She appeared to be left out by the majority of staff who all speak the language 90% of the time. Mean girl vibes. I’d go again based only on the work done but I don’t be going again because of the staff.

Robe was amazing, I took off Acrylics that I have had for 25 plus years in hopes of yet again pretending I can just have my nails and I love them! They haven't broken like they normally do, they dont look weak or anything im so happy I found this place! Usually by now ive already given up and put acrylics back on but my nails are going strong. Not to mention the starr at the front was very very nice! I 100% recommend this place, I got a pedi to which was also very good!

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and the new renovation looks amazing. The new owner is really going above and beyond for her customers her texts are great. They have great quality nails. Vicki did mine today and she did a great job. I left really satisfied and booked my next appointment immediately.

Paul has been my nail tech since 2019 and I have loved every set he has done! It’s hard to find someone who can get the stiletto shape done right and he excels at them! He also has amazing creativity and creates beautiful nail art. Just some of the sets he’s done over the years.

This place amazing, when I walked in receptionist very helpful, owner came out an helped with my nail design, the nail tech Hanna was amazing , patient, kind not once did she get frustrated with me, I kept messing up my nail an she fixed with so much patience, love this place I been looking for a place to go , my nails came out amazing even my pedicure,, thank you guys for the wonderful service

She is still in ABQ and is still doing nails. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a great place for a Pedicure. Dena does amazing nail art! I have consistently been coming here for quite some time. Great quality and very friendly staff. If you have any concerns about your polish speak up, I can Guarantee they will address it.

If I could, I would give 0 stars as a review based off of the professionalism and attitude of Paul, the nail technicians who did my fill today. He was rude and not welcoming at all. As you can see in the pictures, one of my nails is chiped on the side, and some of the nails are crooked. The highlight of the services provided by Paul was after he did my fill, one of my nails broke while I was drying my hands with a paper towel. Paul took the broke nail and proceeded to glue it back on. I was in shock. I immediately asked him why he was doing that versus putting a new nail on. He raised his voice and stated, "Uh...I'm all done!" I explained to him that I have never had a nail technician do a repair like that before. He responded with he was the technician, not me, and he wasn't about to start all over. I told him he was lazy and concluded with there was no need to do the designs I requested. The truth of the matter is, including my pedicure, I paid over $100 in this establishment today, but I won't be returning for any additional services. I will not have someone disrespect me, talk crazy and I pay them with my money. UPDATE: Got the broken nail only repaired on Saturday. Sunday morning 2 more nails broke while I was blow drying my hair. I contacted the nail technician via text to let him know. I have a receipt as expected.
