$375 + $82 tip. No refund. Robert over processed my hair, made it purple (says it was unavoidable, but all he had to do was not use purple) rebleached my entire head to get rid of the purple with no sort of deep conditioning treatment in between. Hair broke off in chunks when he brushed it out, on top of that I am left with three different colors in my hair. K18 treatment was given after, but does not make up for the experience, damage, and the current state of my hair. I asked for a refund because the hair stylist I spoke to, to fix his mistake told me I should not have paid for this.

Met Rob for the first time today he cut my hair and my sons both turned out very well my son was extreamly happy with his cut it looks amazing I'm very pleased with my cut. Rob has a nice style of cutting hair I will be making this my go to for now on.

Rob does NOT disappoint! I took a chance on him today and I DO NOT REGRET IT! We just did a Viking braid today and I'm so pleased! Give this dude a shot! Don't let a couple bad reviews Stop you. Communication is his BIGGEST thing. I love rob! Can't wait to see what happens Thursday for my COLOR!

Highly recommend Rob. He was able to bring me to the blonde (im a redhead) without it looking brassy or copper. Very professional and highly experienced - this was my first time and I will be back!

Rob did an awesome job on my hair color. He explained the color process and made sure I was happy with the color, which I love it😊! The salon is clean, he’s friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Rob, he makes you look and feel beautiful.

Rob is amazing! He did a mobile service cut for my mom who had been injured and was needing a big chop before surgery. He did great on my mom's hair and she loves it!

Rob the Hair Viking made a personal visit to my Grandmother's house while she was in hospice to cut her hair before she passed. It was a wonderful experience. She smiled and laughed and it lightened her spirits when she needed it most. I can't recommend him enough!

Rob never disappoints! You can trust him with your hair. I’ve been getting my hair colored and cut by him for 4 years now, and he is a color genius. Whether I get my hair lighter or darker, it turns out gorgeous every time! My teen daughter also gets Rob to add beautiful, fun colors to her hair. Because of the products he uses, her hair is soft and healthy. With the new shine and depth of color in our hair after Rob’s services, we drive home happy and feeling a little prettier!

I went to Rob yesterday for a haircut and I am simply heartbroken with my hair. I came in with hair past my armpits that was cut straight across. My hair was a huge part of who I am. I came in and asked for an inch and a half off and very light layers. The service started out well, Rob is a very nice man. He started cutting my hair and everything seemed fine until he had me face him and he told me he was cutting "face framing pieces", I was fine with this because i thought i would just get a few pieces a little shorter than the rest to frame my face a little better, i thought even if it wasn't what i asked for, it would be fine. It just continued to get worse after this. He continued to cut a ton of layers, making my hair nothing like what i had asked for. I had no idea how bad it actually was until i saw what my hair looked like. After shaving my head 4 years ago my hair has become such a huge part of who i am, and it is incredibly unfair that Rob did exactly what I didn't want. This isn't to say that Rob is bad at cutting hair, the work he did is good but it is so far off from what i wanted. I don't feel pretty anymore.

Rob is the best! I wish I had a good before picture of my hair but this man did w o n d e r s to my hair. I struggle with anxiety with haircuts and Rob had me fully laughing and at ease the entire experience. Highly suggest!

I have very thick hair, but it isnt a problem for me. I wanted a change and good amount of length taken off with layers. After declining an undercut (something Rob was very persistent about) I recieved what i thought was a very quick standard layered haircut and a nice blowout. He told me he "thinned it out a little" and although I didnt consent to this, I could tell he had done something different in the back, but took a look, and visually, it was fine. I was pretty happy until I came home and realized that the thinning technique Rob had used was very extreme - my hair has several layers where the hair has been cut, basically shaved, from the scalp in strips. I was not consulted on this technique, and if I had been I would have declined. No stylist should ever cut the hair from a woman's scalp without her permission. I'm very disappointed and feel extremely disrespected by this. I only write this review to warn future clients that Rob doesn't care for think hair and may do something extreme to "fix" it even without any permission from you.

As someone who moves often finding a new hairstylist can be nerve racking. I came to Rob on a whim and he did a fantastic job! Been coming to him ever since and have loved every color/cut I’ve gotten!

I found Rob a couple years ago, he was the light at the end of a long dark tunnel..I had my hair abused by stylists for so long I never thought I would find someone who could provide what I dreamed for, but Rob did and continues doing so!! He makes you welcome the minute you meet him, friendly, outgoing, knows his business and how to create magic, and don’t get me started on the head massage 🫶 Please go see him NOW!!
