My wife booked an appointment with Diane for a specific day and time (Dec 30 at 4:15 pm) 6 weeks in advance. The appointment was confirmed and reminder was sent by the hair salon on December 29. On December 30 in the afternoon around 3 pm we received a text from Diane rescheduling the appointment for 3 pm. My wife called and asked if 3:15 pm would be ok, and received confirmation that yes, 3:15 would be fine and also 5 pm would be fine. When she arrived at 3:15 pm, Diane told her that unfortunately she would not be available at all, neither at 3:15 pm nor at 5 pm. We are leaving on an extensive long trip on Dec 31 and the haircut on Dec 30 was important. This salon does not respect original schedule and does not care about the customers. Stay away.

Great service and very friendly staff! I had a consult, wash, cut and style with David. he had great advice, recommended only products he had use and he that would be best for my hair whether they sold it or not. Great experience!!

I recently took my daughter ] for a Princess Pamper Day, and Yazmin, the hair artist, made the experience truly magical. From start to finish, Yazmin was fantastic—she was attentive, creative, and made my daughter feel like a real princess. My daughter had an absolute blast, and the results were stunning. I highly recommend Yazmin and Robert of Philadelphia for anyone looking to give their little one a special treat.

Took my daughter in for the princess package and she absolutely loved every minute of it. Everyone treated her like a princess. I then went back the next week for my half off hair cut. I was then treated like a princess too. Jasmin is amazing and I thank her for her patience, kindness, and wonderful personality.

Dilma is my Lady’s favorite hairdresser Teddy my girl has been going there for years and now after meeting her, I know why she is very professional and she KNOWS HAIR. I am new to the area, from New Jersey. Didn’t think I could find anyone as good as my hair dresser girl in NJ. Stumbled upon Robert of Philadelphia and was lucky enough to get Velouse for my appointment. Velouse was absolutely amazing. Very talented and knowledgeable, as well as professional and very patient with me as I am a little obsessive about my hair lol. Well I felt like a million dollars looking in the mirror seeing how my hair came out! Valouse on a scale of 1-10 is a 15 !!! I received compliments on my hair the rest of the day from strangers, unbelievable!!! I can’t even express what a wonderful experience I had at this salon!!! I also must mention Charlee at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly, bubbly/happy and professional. Just a great experience all the way around and I could not possibly be any more pleased with this salon. Top notch in my book. I feel blessed and lucky to have found someone so good on my first try here in Florida! Velouse at Robert of Philadelphia is my permanent go-to in Florida! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!

I cannot praise this salon enough. The space is beautiful, with tall windows. The salon chairs are extremely comfortable for a short person. The associate staff were friendly and efficient. Most importantly, Brittany did a splendid job of making over what had been a very bad cut and color from elsewhere. She listened carefully, was meticulous in what she did, and I came away with a vastly improved cut and beautiful nuanced color. Will definitely return! Best hair experience in Naples since moving here!!!

This salon is absolutely great! Pascal gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my life (I'm 65, so I've had a lot of haircuts!). My thick hair had gotten way too long. I wanted a medium length cut and an updated look, and that's exactly what I got! My hair has never looked better. Pascal shaped my bangs so they frame my face beautifully, and I completely love the shoulder length style he gave me. I've washed and styled it myself three times and I still love it. I can't recommend this salon enough. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I'm looking forward to going back for a trim in a few months. Thank you Pascal!!
