Great service from Pablo. I walked in asking for a bang trim and he was super nice and fitted me in. I showed him some inspiration of what I would like and he cut my bangs with the style I wanted but also according to how my hair falls naturally. Thanks so much! :)

My first experience here was great. I saw Thea and I was very happy with my cut. This time, I went in for a curtain bang trim and I saw Arlene. It was bad. We started over 20 mins after my appointment time and the appointment after mine was also waiting. I was worried about our session being rushed and I should have listened to my gut and left when I had the chance. My bangs had grown out to my chin and I showed reference photos of what I wanted: just a classic curtain bang. What I ended up getting were wispy, uneven, very short (above my eyebrows), straight across bangs. Not sure what I’ve ever done to Arlene for her to do me dirty like that but I’m currently in the market for hair growth supplements, a cute clip to pull my bangs back, and a new hair salon. Arlene asked, “how do you like it?” And I said “it will grow.” Pablo, the owner, was kind to offer a free follow-up session to fix my bangs but I decided to go somewhere else.

I absolutely love love my haircut from Arlene! She was so sweet, we chatted like we were old friends and my hair has never looked better. It made it so much healthier and curlier! Thank you so much! I will be back!

I had a great experience getting balayage here from Samantha! My hair was super stubborn and we had to tone 3 times to get the right color, but she was incredibly patient and dedicated to making my hair look exactly how I wanted without me having to ask. I also think her pricing is very fair, especially for her level of expertise and attention to detail. Will definitely see her again!

Pablo consistently does incredible work. Each time I go in, he takes time to makes sure he knows the look I want and talks me thru the process. Best cuts and color I’ve ever gotten! Great vibes at the salon too!

Samantha did SUCH an incredible job on my hair! I didn’t come in with any reference photos, but told her I wanted more movement and an overall refresh, and she delivered! Samantha a true professional, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

Marissa is fantastic! After a year of amazing haircuts (her razor cuts are perfect), I went to her for a trim before eloping and walked out with one of the best haircuts I've ever had. She's so personable and lovely to work with, and is an expert at translating a personal vibe and the way that your hair naturally falls, bends, & so forth into something really sharp and inspired. Can't recommend enough.

Leaving a review for Rachel Drallos! She did my blonde "baby lights" in August of 2023 and I am *still* getting regular compliments on her work in April of 2024! When I came into the salon, I wasn't sure what I wanted. I gave her a few different descriptions of options, and she synthesized what we discussed into a style that worked for me and would be low maintenance/cause the least amount of damage to my hair. I have 3C curls, and she was able to give me really even and beautiful blonde baby lights, as well as blowout my hair, without any damage.

Today I took a chance on Rock Paper Salon sight unseen after doing a bunch of googling that led me to guessing/hoping it would be a good fit for the type of cut I was looking for. I AM SO GLAD I DID. Marissa took me seriously, heard and understood exactly what I was hoping for, and gave me the pixie cut of my actual dreams. As of today I am a die hard fan of this salon and of Marissa and will absolutely be back. 1000/10.

Amateur salon. The stylists are not required to have much experience to work here. It seems like they will let anyone rent a space from them. Yet, they still charge high prices for hack work. I now look like a jellyfish. And when I went back to have it fixed, the stylist gave me the same lopsided jellyfish haircut, just shorter. Friendly service, but needs to listen and practice more.

Danny the receptionist (hopefully not owner because that would be the worst look) has 0 customer service skills. Marissa the stylist it's was suppose to let me in after I checked in WHEN I ARRIVED to my appointment by sending a message; and she never did. Instead I get a call from Danny who kept asking where I was, and I kept having to repeat "I'm in front of the salon, waiting to be let in". She puts me on hold, then tells me I have to reschedule because it's 15 minutes past my appointment time..... I WAS 10 MINUTES EARLY AND WAS oPRESENT AT MY START TIME WAITING FOR THE MESSAGE, LIKE THE SYSTEM PROMPTED ME TO. Obviously I'm unhappy, and instead of offering any help to me, Danny almost hangs up on me and says "she doesn't want to be spoken to that way" because I I kept clarifying "I was present and I followed your prompt". Then she has the nerve to tell me it's possible that I'd be charge for the appointment! She had to call the stylist to confirm I would not be charged. WHAT? Is this salon trying to scam people or something? Makes me uncomfortable that they have my card info now. P.s. Danny, a genuine "I'm sorry - what can we do to remedy the situation?" would of sufficed.

Deb’s been cutting my hair 30 years. With all the changes my hair has gone through over the decades she always hits the mark. It’s a cool place in a cool spot and fun to go to. They are super nice and she is a good hostess too!

First time visiting this salon and had a wonderful experience with Ryan. He gave me a clean fade that rivals many barbershops I’ve been to and managed to tame my coarse curls with a nice trim. I’ll definitely be back!

I am in awe!! I was scattering google and yelp looking for a hair salon that could help me fix my faded red box dye hair that had so much dryness and damage and Rock Paper Salon was my heaven sent! I booked an appointment with Gillian who was sooo incredible and honest and open the whole service! She did an amazing bonding treatment before fixing my color and giving me what is undoubtedly the BEST haircut I ever had! I will absolutely be setting any and all future hair appointments with her! I highly recommend the salon and I highlyyyyy recommend Gillian!

Rachel was soooooo amazing!! The absolute best my hair has ever looked and she was so communicative, attentive and so fun to talk to! I just moved here and I couldn’t be happier to have found my new go-to stylist so easily! It’s always nerve racking going to a new place but she exceeded my expectations entirely! ❤️

Marissa was amazing who cut my hair and honestly everyone else who worked there was so so kind annd amazing. She knew exactly what I was talking about when I was explaining the style I wanted and literally gave me what I wanted which was a MOD haircut. To any guy that struggles to get a haircut that’s very specific please come rock paper and get your haircut from Marissa.

Pablo, is my stylist at Rock Paper but he was out of town and I was in desperate need of a color correction. I made an appointment with Courville. Courville did an amazing job. I was overjoyed with the results and now I know yet another extremely talented stylist to maintain my "Hollywood Blonde". Rock Paper has a very high standard.
