My experience at the rock spa was amazing 🤩! From the kind customer care lady that assisted us in making our massage appointment to the female receptionist at check in named Jay to Jennifer and Dani in the back assisting us and just having great conversation to Courtney and Laura giving the best couples massage - they made my birthday!! Will definitely come back!!

Booked for me and my wife’s 10 year anniversary and this place completely ruined it. They called us liars and changed our appointment on us day of but then told us we couldn’t cancel without full charge. They laughed at my wife and didn’t even tell us about a massive dj party that was happening next to the spa. The services were great in the past, but they treated us poorly and even said we were pathetic. I wouldn’t ever want to bring someone to a place that represents such bad culture and customer service.

Fantastic spa! The amenities are amazing and the staff is so kind and professional. Booked for a girls day and will definitely be back! The ability to use the lockers and go out to eat or into the casino and safely store belongings is a huge bonus to the already superb spa! Had a hot stone massage will definitely be booking again soon.

Had a great experience here today! They really effed up my initial booking, tragically, however they “made it right” by basically giving me half off on my reservation. The amenities were nice, the salt heated chairs were top notch, although there were so many ants INSIDE the women’s only area whirpool. It was kind of gross because they were all over my robe when I was soaking in the tub. Dani was extremely exceptional and super pleasant. She gave this review bonus stars as she was very accommodating and professional. The complimentary champagne was also a nice touch!

Today was my 2nd time at the Rock Spa. The massages I’ve received are easily the best I’ve ever had. Their attention to detail for the massage is top notch- robe warmers in the room, heated beds, calming music, reasonably priced add ons, free sorbet and a glass of champagne after the service…. As for the spa area after, it’s very relaxing. The attendants are very attentive. My only suggestion is asking people to whisper in the common areas because it can get loud when it’s crowded.

My husband and I visited the Hard Rock Spa in Tampa, FL for our anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience! The service was phenomenal, and we were thoroughly impressed with the massages and amenities. We especially loved the poolside food, which was delicious and perfectly complemented the breathtaking ambiance. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable . This place is truly a 10/10, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious spa experience.

Super upset. I had previously always raved about the spa here but called this week to book another session for my mother and I and after multiple phone calls back and forth, someone called me back to let me know they would not schedule any services for me since a service was not paid for a year ago. I have no idea what they are referring to as I have always paid for any service. I asked for a manger to call me but I’m sure that will take over a week.

The facility itself is gorgeous. Your staff needs a lesson in soft skills. We’ve been several times over the past year, each time your team seems more suitable to work in a warehouse than dealing with guests. For those price points, it’s disappointing. The masseuse / escort was sub par and borderline rude. Local fast food restaurants have better courtesy and decorum.

Loved this placed. Especially the warming lounge chairs! Spending the day here made me realize that I don’t have to get on a plane to experience paradise, we have it here locally

Today is my birthday and I spent the morning at the spa in HardRock Resort in Tampa, Florida getting all I needed and it was great. Loved it! Definitely will return.

I recently visited the Rock Spa at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa for the 2nd time this year, and both visits we had an absolutely exceptional experience! From the moment my friend and I walked in, we were greeted by a serene and luxurious atmosphere with stunning interior design. Front desk staff as well as spa associates are professional and respectful at all times. They provide you with a robe and slippers - ahhhh! Snacks like fruits and coffee / tea / creamers / water can be found at multiple stations throughout the spa area. Clean towels are constantly replenished. My massage therapist, Jenny, was fantastic. Her skillful techniques left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. After the treatments, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Pool bar & grill (juicy blackened grouper sandwich and deliciously & crispy prepared chicken wings with waffle fries), where the fresh ingredients truly stood out. Every detail of my visit was perfect, making it an unforgettable day of pampering. We actually spent 9 hours there and it felt amazing! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The place is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service was not what I expected. I was celebrating my bachelorette party, and they didn't let us enjoy ourselves. They didn't even allow photos in the public area as a keepsake for my special day. I don't recommend it for celebrating a special occasion. Overrated

I get massages all the time but this was my first real spa experience. The amenities are amazing. Great showers, hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms. And the massage was amazing of course!!!
