I GOT SECOND DEGREE BURNS ALL OVER MY FACE!!!!! I am very scared and honestly can't stop crying. I went in 4/4/24 for a laser hair removal appointment. I have had it done before so I thought I knew what to expect. However once we started there was an intense burning pain. I was assured it was just heat from the hair burning and that it was normal, however the pain was unreal. She applied the gel and left the machine on my face to cool it but that didn't help. Once she was done she apologized and assured me that it was normal to have some burning sensation and that a cool compress would help. So I went home and applied a cool compress. In the morning my skin felt tight and sore and when I looked in the mirror I had second degree burns all over the area that was treated. My face was swollen, black, with char spots and tender to the touch. I called in the very next day and spoke to the woman that did the procedure and she again told me it was normal but I insisted that my face was burned so she asked me to come in to look at it. By this time the initial black char spots went away and now my face was just red and weeping from the missing skin. She looked at it and told me that their doctor could prescribe some cream but that I would have to pay for it out of pocket even though they burned me; and that just over the counter ointment would work. This experience has left me scared mentally and physically but I hope it is not permanent.

i love it here been coming here for 3 months and she’s very nice, very understanding and communicative. She gave me the option to turn up the settings as well as turn them down. She kept me updated and also reached out in regards to make sure i’m okay. i love this business great customer service

Absolutely wonderful experience I highly recommend!! Lisa explained every process she offers, how they work, realistic expectation of expected results and was friendly and very easy to talk to!! Our 30 minute consultation turned into 2 hours and I couldn't believe how time had flown!! No rushing you out the door to get to the next client she is professional and knowledgeable on not only what she provides but also other similar sculpting methods and the factual proven reasons why they aren't a good option. I was surprised to learn so much about services I assumed were safe due to overwhelming adds on social media,, shocking!! There is even a 3D body scanner that gives you precise body measurements in her studio as well as your email so you can look back on them for yourself later. (No tightening the measuring tape altering the scale so NO faking the results here!) Im new to the whole body sculpting experience but am extremely excited to see what happens in the coming sessions. She even has an app that offers affirm financing options that I haven't run across in any of the other similar businesses I've looked into before deciding on Rock Your Body! I think anyone who is ready to try body sculpting of any kind but is wishy washy on it from seeing different reviews online, owes it to themselves to get a consultation at Rock Your Body with Lisa who is guaranteed to answer any questions address any concerns and set your mind at ease with her expertise and ACTUAL certification in the industry unlike many salons and shops who illegally service clients with no proper training whatsoever!?!?!?
