I’ve been going to Ruby at this location for a year. I trusted her with fixing an at home bleach that went south. Since then we’ve been able to completely transform my color and maintain my hair health. She’s also done my keratin treatment which really helped with frizz and overall styling. I’d trust her with my life at this point!

Nikky is the best! She’s always kind and so enjoyable to chat with. I’m pretty easy to please with actual haircuts but when I do decide to make a change she’s so helpful in figuring out what will look best! The salon is cute and everyone there is always kind. I love the products they use but more than anything I love Nikky :)

My hair is damaged from the highlighting service I had with Shyana, her pricing was cheaper on the website but I have a lot of hair so I paid $200, was a bit too much for someone inexperienced and my hair texture is much different now. The blonde was extremely patchy as well, I had to go over my whole head with brunette dye by another salon who had cut my hair before and even before I told her anything of the appointment I had with Rococo she mentioned my hair seemed much more dry and unhealthy.

Yesterday was my 1st time at Rococo Salon and I had the pleasure fo having Karen. Karen cut, and styled my hair. She is amazing, so informative and helpful. This Salon was beautiful, clean and cozy. I highly recommend Rococo Salon and Karen!

Alyssa does my hair and always does a great job with my thick long hair! The price is very reasonable and the salon is always clean, bright, and friendly. They also offer water as a nice little bonus!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I am very disappointed with my hair. I had been considering going lighter for some time and came here at the recommendation of a family member. Michelle was my stylist. Prior to coming here I had been going to the same stylist for 8+ years who cut my hair perfect every time and I thoroughly regret leaving. My hair was virgin brown that went down to just above my butt. I knew I was going to need to cut a couple inches off because I had gone longer than I usually do for a trim. After I showed her my inspo pic she said I would have to cut more off because if it’s too long the ends won’t process properly. I was hesitant but really wanted to go lighter so agreed. She said she would rough cut it first so we weren’t coloring unnecessary hair. She rough cut about 5 inches off. Then she got to coloring. It felt very rushed. Towards the end she was going so quickly that when she was scooping up the coloring and moving to my head, it was flinging on the cape. When I was looking around at the other stylist, their foils were neatly applied to the head in folded squares. Mine she would squeeze together so it looked like I had crinkled foils all over my head. But figured it didn’t matter. She washed my hair and went to style it, but before she started I stopped her and asked if she was going to cut anymore of my hair. She responded with, oh, did you want more length off? And I said no…. I thought you only did the rough cut and then do the actual cut when wet. Michelle said oh no, I actually did the actual cut the first time, no need to redo. When she “cut” my hair, which I thought was the rough cut, she literally just grabbed chunks of my hair and cut them. There was so comparing the sides, making sure they were even, nothing. But I trusted her and let her style it. When she was done she could immediately see I didn’t like it. At first I didn’t like it because of the color. I had selected an ashy tone which washed out my face, but the color choice was my fault. When curled it didn’t look too bad and reassured me the color would fade and we could retone it to a different color in a month. So $400 later I left pretty unhappy but I just thought it was because I didn’t like the color…. That was only the start. That night, I braided my hair into 2 pigtails and immediately noticed the left side was about half to one inch shorter than my right. I thought maybe it was because it was curled. NOPE! When I straightened it, the left side was shorter than the left (pictures attached) and when I parted my hair in half and swept it to the side, there were varying lengths (pictures attached). I immediately called the salon in tears and the stylist who answered was so sweet. she sent a message to the manager who called me. I think her name was Jasmine? She was so kind and listened to my concerns. She let me know they don’t offer refunds but could get me into the stylist who did it so she could fix it. I made it clear I did not want to go back to someone who did such a poor job the first time so she contacted the owner who said she could get me in the next week to fix the cut and retone it. I accepted. She did retone my hair to a more warm color, which did look better on me and cut it. But, when I got home and straightened it, the left side was still shorter than the right. Then as the colors started to fade I started to hate it even more. The left side of my hair is very chunky and almost a completely different color than my right. My right side is blended better but the color is different and doesn’t look anything like the left side. I asked my sister what she thought and she told me it looks like I’m wearing 2 different peoples hair on my head and that she hated how chunky it looks (pictures attached). Since then I literally have worn my hair in a bun because I hate it so much and can’t get into my usual stylist for another month. I gave them 2 star because they are very nice, but I hate everything about my hair. It’s clear they don’t know how to cut long hair and the coloring technique was horrible.

A friend recommended I get a haircut from Karen and I’m so happy I did! Not only was Karen great to talk to but her work is incredible. She’s very skilled and knowledgeable. I loved that she gave me recommendations based on my hair type and face shape. I’ll definitely be back!

My stylist was super sweet and the salon is gorgeous…unfortunately my hair result is pretty bad. I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but I took 8hrs of vacation, drove 4 hours and spent $300. I wanted a lived-in, dimensional balayage. Something that would grow out soft and get rid of that harsh demarcation. My hair did look better when I first left the salon when it was freshly toned, but the toner faded super fast (as toners often can) and that’s when I noticed a lot of the issues. The photos are taken a week after in natural light.

Absolutely awesome place. DeVon is fantastic at what she does. I have no style, and I am horrible at making decisions, but DeVon got me taken care of! I let her do her thing, and it turns out awesome every single time. Also the salon in general feels like such a nice and welcoming place to be in. 11/10

I see Karen and she not only is a joy to talk to but does an incredible job on my haircut. Karen gives the attention to detail on her work that I appreciate so much. Rococo sells my favorite hair line products, and the space is beautiful and clean.

Wonderful experience and finally like my hair since moving to New Mexico. I had three bad experiences prior to finding Rococo. Now my go to salon. I saw Ivy again recently at Rococo and very pleased with my hair. Ivy is a keeper for all my hair needs.

I absolutely adore DeVon, she has been my stylist for roughly a year now. She does an incredible job with caring for my hair when I go in for a trim. She listens and understands my hair goals and anytime I have a question or am looking for a product suggestion she gives me options and explains as to why those products would be most helpful. She is always in a great mood when I go in and I truly enjoy our conversations whether they are serious or goofy, I cannot say enough amazing things about DeVon. The rest of the salon is great as well and all of the stylists are very welcoming when anyone comes in. The energy in there is fun, loving, and overall just awesome. I could not be happier with the services I receive.

I absolutely loved this place for my first time at this salon! All of the ladies there were so sweet and nice. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. My stylist Alyssa was so amazing and so nice. I loved the extra mile she went with my hair. She was very detailed about everything she was doing and I felt like my hair was in the best of care. I will for sure be coming back.

Go see my girl Natalia, I knew what I wanted but had no clue how to explain it. She figured it out with very little direction. She took her time and was really skillful. Also just a little ray of sunshine. I left feeling like I’d made a new bestie :)

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter went for lowlights with her hair being virgin hair. It was super dry after and started getting matted underneath. She asked for help with another salon to help with the dryness. She contacted the manager after all that to complain and was told bc she went somewhere else they messed up her hair. They didn’t offer her any kind of refund, and only offered a treatment for her hair. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the way my daughter’s damaged hair was handled. My daughter had to end up cutting her hair due to the damage. Maybe if management would have been more considerate or accommodating I would have been ok but this is terrible service for an 18 yr old whose hair got messed up. I’m not one to write negative reviews but this was just unacceptable.

The stylist was super friendly and the salon was very appealing. However my hair turned out nowhere near my inspo photo. It was very possible to achieve it because I lifted super light, and I think she just toned me too dark. Also, I asked for a very lived in look with dark roots because I did not want damage to my freshly grown in hair, and she ended up bleaching my hair to the root and just doing a root smudge to cover it. I felt like my service was rushed just so she could meet a time quota. Also, 3 days after the service my toner and root smudge already faded and I’m left with a brassy orange look. Ended up spending $200 for an unhappy result.

My go to favorite place for highlights and hair cuts. Tiffany has curated a beautiful salon experience with Oribe hair products, great music, and a skilled team. I’ve been going here for more than 3 years now, my daughter also is an happy client, and the service and results are consistent! She even did my hair for our wedding 2 years ago and it was perfect! Book in advance because there not lots of openings!

Overall the salon was beautiful and staff was wonderful. I got a haircut and went for big chop, but feel extremely disappointed with the outcome. My stylist, Devon, did not capture the styles from the inspiration photos I showed her. I feel I ended up with a short lob haircut and specifically communicated that I wanted a medium shag style haircut. I feel she took creative liberties and just kept chopping away. Again, the salon itself was beautiful, but I was very disappointed and would not go back.

I came here on a recommendation from a friend to see Karen. I hadn’t had a haircut in a while and was looking for a trim initially. However, she actually showed me how much hair I needed to cut to make my hair healthy again. I really appreciated her honesty and advisement and felt I could trust her with having my hair look its best. My hair has never grown faster after that. She recommended products that she thought would work best for my hair (both offered in and out of the salon) and educated me on techniques to style my hair. I have wavy hair and have never had any hairstylist actually show me how to style it myself. Highly recommend Karen!

I recommend not to go here! they messed up my girlfriend’s hair.. she went with Devon 3 times and spent about $700 on her hair total, for it to look orange! They tried to fix it by doing adjustments by going back another 3 times. They failed to give my girlfriend what she wanted and regrets going with Devon!
