It has been a YEAR since I have gotten my hair done. Roots were grown out at least 5 inches. Gina took her time to bring me back to a beautiful blonde. She explained everything to me and took her time. I left the salon feeling incredible! Thank you, Gina!

I found Rogue House Salon from a deal I bought on "pulsd". Let me just say, I am so impressed with how my hair turned out they have a new customer for life! Alexis was awesome, she did a strand test first before placing my highlights and then did a cut, highlight and blow out. I am a deep brunette and usually when I get highlights my hair turns so brassy, if not that day then a few washes after. Here we are a few weeks later and my color still looks SO GOOD! Alexis is skilled at her craft, takes her time, and really listens (she's also cool!). I am going back next month for a treatment and will continue getting my hair colored by her for the unforeseeable future. So glad I found this awesome salon!

I had an amazing experience with Mari at Rogue House Salon! She truly worked her magic with my balayage and haircut. The color turned out absolutely stunning—natural, vibrant, and perfectly blended, just how I envisioned. Mari’s attention to detail and ability to understand exactly what I wanted made the whole process so enjoyable. The haircut was equally fantastic, giving my hair a fresh, healthy look with just the right amount of style. On top of her incredible talent, Mari was so friendly and professional, making the whole appointment a delight. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Had a great experience with Mari last week. We did blonde balayage and a trim, I'm really pleased with both and was blown away by how efficient Mari is! Salon atmosphere is comfortable and the glass of wine while the bleach and toner did their thing was very appreciated. My only regret is that it rained so hard on NYE - Mari did the BEST blowout I've ever gotten and I wish I'd been able to keep it dry!

Highly recommend this salon! I did highlights, cut and blowout, and loved the entire look on me. The team here are professionals who really know what they’re doing - they can style everything to suit the shape of your face. I will definitely be going back for my touch up in a month.

If you’re looking for a stylist who TRULY cares about your hair, understands your vision, and loves experimenting with cuts and colors, I can’t recc Mari enough She was the first stylist I found when I moved here back in 2021 and I’ve been going to her ever since. She’s incredibly welcoming, super sweet, and loves having great conversations. I’ve been her client since her days at another salon, and she’s only gotten better over time ◡̈ What I rly appreciate most about her is her honesty. She’ll give it to you straight and let you know if the color or style you want is achievable, but she’ll always work with you to find something just as amazing or close to what you had in mind. I always look forward to my appts with Mari because I know I’ll leave the salon in a great mood and absolutely loving tf out of my hair ♡

I absolutely love Paula !! I have very long, thick, textured hair and it’s always hard for people to not get lost in it. I’ve been seeing her for almost a year now and she has never failed to give me exactly the cut and color I was looking for every time. She’s also amazing with coloring- oh my gosh! Even when my hair is grown out, it’s so well blended you can never see where the balayage starts !

I had an appointment scheduled at 10:00 am. They e-mailed me 50 minutes before my appointment requesting to come later saying that they have a glitch on the system so they double-booked. I had to cancel my appointment and woke up early, got ready and made the 1 hour commute for no reason. I told them I could come earlier but they also told me their salon opens at 10 when their Google Maps it says that they open at 9… I was coming from far away and saw the e-mail during my commute… If I did not check my e-mail I was going to be even more disappointed than I am right now. Extremely unprofessional.

Gina did an AMAZING job!!! My natural hair color is a light brown but I’ve been getting it done a ginger color. I decided to switch to a more rich red color and Gina absolutely slayed my hair. She is super nice and really informative when discussing hair care! I had an amazing experience and I will be back! (Before on the left and after on the right!)

Gina is the best!! The only person I trust to dye my hair. She’s fantastic, and very knowledgeable about different hair types (like Asian hair, which can be different). She’s also very patient and meticulous, and able to help you decide what you want if you’re not sure. Thanks so much!!

Once a year I treat myself to a little pampering during my birthday week. I had been thinking of highlighting my hair for a while so when I found this amazing pulsd voucher, I jumped on it. I was super nervous because I have natural 3c/4a curly hair and wanted to make sure to see a stylist who had experience with my texture. I was so lucky to snag an appt with Jinae!! She's fabulous! She took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for, to get to know my hair & explain the process and differences. She made sure I walked out feeling beautiful. I could not be happier and was flipping my hair the whole way home :-) Notes: There was an additional charge for the gloss which is not included in the Pulsd Voucher, I was told this when I made the appt so I was fine with that. I also opted for an additional protective treatment but didn't feel pressured into it. So all in all it was an additional $123 before tip which I calculated using the full value amount noted on the Pulsd voucer.

Paula styled my hair for my civil ceremony wedding and it was lovely! The weather was super windy, humid, and a bit rainy but my hair held up great and I got lots of compliments. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to. I look forward to working with her again soon!

[UPDATE] 08/07/2024: I was contacted by Rogue House more than a week later, despite being told I would be contacted the next day. I ended paying an additional $170 at another salon to fix the color and damage in time for the wedding. Rogue House finally called me and offered me a refund only for what I paid there. They offered me a do-over, but it was 10 days late. Customer service skills are disappointing. Will not be coming back here again. 07/21/2024: Having been to Rogue in previous years, I am disappointed in my experience today. While I do not want to discredit the hard work of small businesses, I do feel obliged to share my visit for others thinking of booking. Fees: I purchased a Pulsd voucher for a full balayage, haircut, blowout, and 20% discount off next visit ($165). I did not ned a haircut and I let the stylist know I would forgo it. I will share that since my color needed a toner (which turned out to be an additional charge--not listed in voucher), she offered to replace that in lieu of haircut. Another hidden fee was the gloss, which was outside of the terms of the voucher and was told it was required, and I was charged at the end of my visit ($55). Costs or need for toner/gloss were neither mentioned in voucher ($100+). With these added costs, this is not really a deal and would have been a regular balayage appointment at many salons in the area. Hair appointment: My appointment felt rushed and did not meet the look I was hoping for. While my stylist seemed kind and professional, she seemed rushed and all over the place. I went to show her reference pictures to get her thoughts, she immediately asked me to pick just one, and did not discuss it further. (I was going for deep chocolate brown to lighten up my dark hair). She also did not seem to be timing the toner right, it was a bit sporadic. When it came to unveil the color, she explained the salon lighting does not help see the tone correctly so she quickly took me outside and said, "What do you think? It's beautiful right! Oh, and just so you know, we don't offer do-overs because of new salon policy so if you like it now that's great." Between the fees, rushing, her comments, all of the above made me feel really pressured and I did not feel I could give her feedback about my look and felt obligated to agree with her (she was also dealing with another client at the time). The color is really more of a redder/orange tone--something I specifically requested I didn't want. Now back in my apartment, the coloring does not match the pictures and we can see some pieces that are blotchy and red/orange and brassy, particularly when I pull my hair back in a ponytail. There is nothing dark chocolate brown or "subtle" about this. Between the fees and coloring (I had virgin hair, by the way, I had been growing it out for four years), I am saddened by this visit. I have a wedding on Saturday and now have to figure out how to fix this in time. I was told I would get a callback, yet never did.

I have not seen my hair this healthy in so long. This hair salon is unlike others we go to. The stylist are very professional and experienced. Paula is my hairstylist and I will definitely be going back to see her. Worth every penny.

This salon is a little gem in the EV! So cute and relaxing and everyone is very kind. Plus, they use Kevin Murphy products so my hair smelled amazing for days. Specifically, Alexis saw my hair vision and exceeded my expectations. She was so skillful and worked with me to figure out my best look!

Gina is amazing!! Always love my hair when i come out of there even when i don’t know what i want! She really cares about nurturing your hair to be the healthiest version. Highly recommend.
