Roman did a fantastic job!! I love the way my hair turned out after my appointment with him!! I have very thick, wavy hair and it was very long, I wanted a change but I was nervous - He added layers and shape and it looks so sleek and refreshed!! I will definitely be back!

I always get my haircut and styled by Bella Sky and it’s phenomenal every time!! She knows how to cut my hair so that it can look fabulous everyday!! Everyone that works here is so nice and accommodating recommending! The absolute best !

I have been to Roman K Salon for several years now and have seen Olivia Lu for this entire time and she’s truly excellent. I have gotten full and half highlights done by her each time and have always left happy. I appreciate that she actually listens to what I want and tries to achieve that each time (even if it’s different each time - she doesn’t get stuck in a rut). She’s also a nice person! I really can’t recommend her or this salon more. The whole staff is professional and great!

Tanya is an amazing colorist for natural-looking organic highlights. I’ve gotten color for years that was damaging and I’ve never had balayage that makes my hair feel healthier. Highly recommend her and this salon!

I visited the Roman K Salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. I had the pleasure of seeing Roman and he did an amazing job on the color (I'm a dark brunette) and blowout - and he was just the nicest person. His entire staff is extremely friendly and were very welcoming. This will now be my go-to salon, and I already booked my next appointment. Can't recommend highly enough!

Amazing highlights with Tanya! It’s also organic, which is incredible. No toxic smell! Tanya was efficient and really skilled. Berta did a great hair wash. Roman himself even greeted me when I came him. Even the woman who checked me out was lovely. Highly recommend!

I accidentally ended up at the this location of the salon and I’m so glad I did. My stylist John Molanov was so friendly about it and offered to cut my hair even though I didn’t have an appointment. I didn’t feel like just another client when I walked in but felt personally catered to in a very welcoming way. John and his stylist Michael are so talented, helpful, kind and very easy to be around. I can’t thank them enough for the top tier service that I received. The service at the salon is worth every penny and I would recommend John over and over again!! You can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. I loved my haircut and I will be coming again. A real gem!

This salon is a hidden gem on the upper east side. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Anna Davidoff has been keeping my hair beautiful for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Her team - Jacob and Berta are amazing and they work so well together.

**EDITING my review. I no longer will be a client at this salon. I have been a loyal client to Bella for over a year but will not support a business or hair stylist that insists on unfair and unreasonable charges on my card. Truly disappointed at their lack of care or appreciation in the value of loyal customers. 👎🏻 will absolutely be fighting the charges as well.

I have been going to Roman K Salon (Madison Ave) for a couple of years now. The staff is very friendly, warm, and always cooperative. The atmosphere at the salon is peaceful and quite serene. They give the highest importance to maintaining hygiene standards. I would like to express my special thanks to Bella Sky who has been doing my hair for many years now. She is very compassionate and has always understood both my desires and concerns about coloring my hair. As a perfectionist myself, I strongly recommend Bella to everyone who wants to get their hair done perfectly and professionally. She is an expert in coloring and hairdressing and knows the latest trends in the industry. Like I’ve mentioned earlier, I have been going to Bella for many years and there is always consistency in her work. My daughter had a Keratin treatment done with Tanya. She took her time to make sure everything goes seamlessly and she was so personable and nice. Everyone at the salon was extremely friendly. From the reception to the hair wash everything was beyond perfect. I also had an organic hair color and highlights done with her and she was amazing and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I have a curly hair, I went to this salon twice for a blow-dry. First time with Tanya, she was amazing and my hair looked gorgeous. Second time with Marsha, she was good, she just couldn’t deal with my curly hair so I paid 80+ dollars and left the salon with very frizzy hair.

I wanted to share my experience with a Roman K Salon. First of all, the salon is very spacious and comfortable. I was offered a coffee by a very friendly administrator. However, the most of gratitude I want to devote to my hairstylist Masha Ianiuk 😍 She is so adorable and caring, she gave me really helpful advice regarding colouring and home hair care. I am very pleased with the result and my hair finally becomes better after years of struggling. I am so happy and highly recommend!!!

She is very attentive, super caring and very knowledgeable about hair color and her techniques are amazing! I cannot recommend her enough!! My first time on Madison Ave location , so different from flatiron . I love how cozy it’s feels . Olivia my colorist who I seeing, always use for me VIP station by big window . This place started as complete gamble for me! And cannot be happier choosing them! Came across them on instagram looking for hair salon on UES. Was hesitated to try first and decided to go with just the haircut. The minute I stepped in my heart & soul were sold to Roman K! Not only they have very relaxing and welcome atmosphere (no matter how busy they are), but what the most important - they are true professionals at everything they do. Simple haircut or “read my mind” kind of coloring by Bella is always top notch! Last visit was a true magic - got exact color I wanted with zero to no discussions. To my saying “I kind of want something a bit different..” Bella responded “yes, I know what you want! Trust me it’s going to be chic, sophisticated and stunning!” And so IT WAS!!! So, if you look for a hair salon - look no further!!

Today I visited Roman K Salon . I was very worried about my hair but in the end I’m very happy!!! Masha Ianiuk who is working there as a hair stylist advised me an air touch technique. She said that this technique is done with a hairdryer and doesn’t damaging your new hair. It’s a very difficult technique and not every hair stylist can successfully complete it. She is a very skillful master and works for a low percent. I’m very happy and recommend her to you, you won’t regret!!!!
