I recently visited this place for eyebrow threading, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had my eyebrows done here, but I ended up with a scratch and two cuts near my eyebrow. They mentioned that I wasn’t holding my eyebrow correctly. The owner was like it never happens with them like this and soon after she saw she couldn't say anything.I’m not satisfied with the service, especially since it was my first visit.

I recommend Romi Indian Beauty Salon to anyone looking for a good budget and professional esthetician services. To give a context, I have been looking for Indian wax place for quite sometime - 3+ years to have a clean fast service without discomfort. And I am happy to share that Romi and her team will not disappoint you. This is a new place opened 2 summers back in 2023 and is next to Indian store in Blossom Hill, very close to 85 exit. There are not many Indian technique estheticians in the area so I am happy to come here instead of going all the way to evergreen. The place is decent, however I would like it to be more clean specially the bedsheets. Overall a good find and I hope they keep up their services as they continue to grow.

I visited Romi Salon today for saree draping, but the saree didn’t stay in place as I walked from the salon to my car. I wouldn’t recommend going there for saree draping.the hair styling is okish and pricey.

Just got hair massage and it reminded me my old times when my mom used to give me one. Very nice lovely lady. I have been coming to her since she started.. very convinient location, I mostly stopped on my way to home after work and get my eyebrows done time to time.

I visited two months ago, and the owner was incredibly rude. Even though I had informed her in advance that I would be 30 minutes late, she was still impolite towards me. To make matters worse, she mentioned my lateness to every customer who walked in. I can't understand how she could behave like that.

I discovered this shop while passing by and had a wonderful experience. When I walked in, there was no wait, and the prices were incredibly affordable. The technician did an excellent job with my eyebrow threading, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. Her customer service was outstanding, and she walked me through each step. I'll definitely be returning. She also gave me a loyalty card, where after a certain number of visits, you get a free eyebrow threading—a nice bonus! Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.

I recently did my Global Hair color with Romis Salon. I was thrilled with the service and It was up to my expectations. The owner is amiable, makes you comfortable, and provides the right suggestions per your requirements. Also, I must she is very affordable for the price. My experience (I don't come here anymore; this is a very overdue review) at Romi Indian Beauty Salon was nothing short of a nightmare. If you value your self-esteem and expect professional service, steer clear of this place. Firstly, the waxing service was horrendous. Not only did they embarrass me with their unprofessional comments, but they also tried to scam me by charging extra for "more hair," which is both unethical and insulting. It's disheartening to see a salon operate with such a lack of respect for their clients' dignity. When it comes to eyebrow services, the owner is a disaster. She works with an alarming lack of precision and care. Her approach is rushed and messy, resulting in eyebrows that are thinned out unnecessarily. Despite expressing my concerns, she was dismissive and uninterested in addressing them. If you value your eyebrows, avoid her at all costs. The other technician is more competent, but that's no excuse for the overall poor quality of service. Customer service is another major issue. Appointments seem meaningless here; you could call ahead, arrive on time, and still find your spot given to someone else. This blatant disregard for scheduling is frustrating and unprofessional. Also commenting under every 1 star review as "fake" or "we tried our best" is hilarious.
