The absolute worse when the main girl is on vacation i wish I can show photos she took off a chunk of my brow then accused me of it being like that when I pulled up a photo of that day what it looked like she proceeded to still argue w me n the girl before me also hated her brows. One thing I dint cheat in my lady I'm extremely particular about my brows. N the main girl went back to her country for 2 months I had no choice. NEVER AGAIN

Totally disappointed in the service with this salon! I went to get my hair and makeup done and came out looking like Kristy the clown from the Simpsons! I am totally upset and sad! I was going to a wedding and had to take the whole thing off and redo it again! I was charged $200 for nothing!

I found this gem again ! My eyebrows look amazing ! The shape and tint are perfect. The girls take their time, are considerate and caring. The threading was gentle (for threading lol) and the tint with the dark brown came out perfect for the eyebrows and black for my lashes. I didn't feel any discomfort and the price for the services are reasonable. I highly recommend this location for threading and tinting :). I

The lady could not even be courteous, also my eyebrow ended up looking like angry bird all squared and no shape at all wth …. Than even after noting it to her to touch up areas where she missed she still missed … just not a good job

First time here and it’s really nice the services also very kind and respectful place really calm and quiet, the price not bad. Very recommended for whose girls who want to get their eyesbrow done she also let you guys choose what type of eyesbrow you want. Will come back again!

I come here for eyebrow threading and the owner does a phenomenal job! She’s gentle and takes her time. I’ve used her for shaping and clean ups, and I always leave very pleased. Adorable salon.

Khadija is such a sweetheart person, I absolutely recommend her services she was very professional , very light handed and did an absolutely excellent job with my eyebrows. She took her time in perfecting my eyebrows. I am absolutely satisfied with her work. I do see myself returning to her store and will definitely be bringing my Daughters with me next time , and will be telling all my friends and family about this place.. Let's start with I'm very picky with my face. I was a waxed person before threading, Actually they were the first to thread me (correctly) and not making me bald and respecting the fact that I barely had hair and craved thick brows, some how some way she made it look as if they were so perfectly matching and it just looked full for some of reason.. don't ask me I don't know the trick lol. Point is I've been coming here for years even before they were at the present location I was with them. This is not favoritism this is honesty. A friendly open or quiet place to get your eyebrows done amongst other things as well; in the way that's comfortable to you.

She rushed to do my eyebrows then said she just fast. I've never had a threading session that took 5 minutes. She made them thin which she even said if i wanted the same shape. At least my eyebrows will grow but she rushed it because she was talking away with another client and then more ppl came in and it was close to closing time. Im not mad just disappointed. Smh. The couch almost swallowed me whole 🤣 ok im done

Such wonderful service! The owner was so nice and did the best eyebrows I’ve ever had! The waxing was clean and barely painful! They put such care into their work. This is the only place I’ll go to for threading and other services. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing!! When I first walked in my eyebrows were a complete disaster. I met Khadijah and now have been seeing her every 2 weeks for the past 3 months. She threads them and then tints them for me. They look absolutely amazing! I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time! People love my shape and tint. Most people don’t even know that I get them tinted, that’s how natural they look. People ask me all the time how do my eyebrows stay so perfect, and my answer is always go to “Roop” on Kings Highway in Brooklyn! I love you guys, and appreciate you keeping my eyebrows perfect! Worst service ... the girls don't even bother about what you want .. they are not trained to multitask.. I did a facial and she did not even bother to remove the blackheads ..not going back .

One of the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I went for a keratin treatment that turned into a nightmare. The product she used was very very aggressive. The lady was friendly but very unprofessional and couldn’t perform a basic blow dry. I have never seen anything like this. I won’t even mention a so called keratin treatment. The place had no hair equipment, everything is very very old and I’m not the fancy salon type but come on now ! She used her own hair clipper to hold my hair, as she couldn’t find anything. Anyway, the whole procedure totally ruined my hair. I am so angry At myself as I trusted an empty and very dirty salon. Indeed I’ll never ever go back there. It is going to take months and months if not a year for my hair to recover from this. And I didn’t receive any sympathy from her and paid the actual price despite my fears, tears and complaints. I felt horrible. Never again.
