Rooted Method Spa and Apothecary has been a wonderful experience for me. I enjoy the 40 minute infrared saunas weekly. All saunas are pre warmed so i can step right in and relax and enjoy the invigorating full spectrum lights.The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They obviously taking pride in customer satisfaction.

One of my favorite business in Virginia Beach!!! I had a sauna membership here for years until I moved to the other side of town. Such a beautiful, peaceful, well-curated, relaxing environment, but even better than that are the owner/ girls who work there. I formed genuine friendships with them when I went there daily and just couldn’t say enough good things about them. LOVE ROOTED METHOD, the saunas transformed my health 🩷

Scam ,don't ever buy a gift card form them ! They make you give your credit card # so they can charge hidden fee. Employees they don't know the there policy is to call the owner and she will decide what's the policy that time. Employees tells you something and the owner take different decisions after that. They will scam you easy be careful please.

So far I’ve had two massages and both were exceptional! The first was acupuncture was with Dr. Marjon and I can’t speak about it enough to everyone around me. The time she took to learn my problem areas and where i hold the most tension physically and emotionally was very needed! the fire cupping that she did was amazing as well and her energy is always so calming and relaxing! The second was with Julie, I’ve never had reflexology done before (I didn’t really know what it was), she explained everything out to me as best as she could. Told me exactly what we would focus on and then also allowed me to tell her if I would like her to focus on anything in specific! I didn’t have anything in particular that I wanted to focus on that day so I let her do whatever she wanted. And when I tell you I’ve never had a more wonderful and sort of out of body experience, I’ve never been more relaxed! I love this place and the people who work here, I would always recommend! 🤍

Words can’t describe how amazing this place is. The owner Nicole, is so passionate about the costumer service and making sure everyone has a great experience. The place is always so clean and smells so good! The staff is so amazing, always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. Had a 90 minute massage with Victoria today and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever received! Elected for a relaxation massage and it was exactly that. Towards the beginning, she calmly and quietly guided me through breathing & relaxation, which was *such* a nice touch and nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I was referred by a friend who also sang their praises. Can’t recommend Rooted Method enough!

Great experience from the second I walked in. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and professional. Got a full tour and rubdown of the place. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I’m visiting for work from out of state and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a sauna, cold plunge, or just great products.

Great spa for massages, infrared sauna, and cold plunge (if you dare - I do not!). I joined the monthly membership after my first great experience and it has been a wonderful self care investment! each therapist I have seen has been lovely. The apothecary offers a great selection of products as well. This place is a gem!

I came across Rooted Method on instagram. Looking through their website I was really overwhelmed with the amount of services and packages they offer. Based on the description I decided to book the Craniosacral Therapy 60 min. Honestly, I did not know what I was booking. I thought it was a head massage but it was not. Although it was not what I expected, it was exactly what I needed. Over this past year, I have been going through a lot mentally and the Craniosacral Therapy really helped me release the stress and negativity I was bottling in. I cried a lot! When I walked out of that room, I felt extremely light as if I left all my stress in that room. Miranda was my therapist, and probably one of the best human beings I have ever met. She read my mind, she knew what I was feeling. She really helped me through my emotions. It was an incredible experience to work on my inner body. The atmosphere is extremely peaceful, beautifully decorated, and smells so good. The staff members are very pleasant. I did not get pushed into any commitment which kept the experience good for me. Looking over their services and packages, they're priced pretty reasonable compared to other local places. I had such a great experience. I will be coming back for more services.

I had a 30 minute massage with Kaitlyn yesterday. It was wonderful. I couldn’t believe it was only 30 minutes when we were done because she was really efficient and thorough at working on my areas of concern. I was so relaxed. What set her apart was that she really seemed to care about my experience and gave me a cup of herbal flavored water at the end. I highly recommend her. Thanks, Kaitlyn.

Rooted Method is such a GREAT local spa that you must visit! They are a very down to earth health spa, which I love. From massages to an infrared sauna, this is your one stop spot. They have a lot of products available for purchase as well, I definitely recommend stopping here. Can't wait to go back soon,

From the minute I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Jasmine and given a tour and explanation of my infrared sauna appt. The experience-incredible! I will definitely be back not only because of the sauna, but how I was treated from start to finish!

The spa is beautiful, clean and inviting. I did the detox and chill package and left feeling incredibly refreshed. Loved having a private sauna. Courtney was my massage therapist and I loved her, will definitely be back.
