I have been a very loyal and long time customer of Katrina's. She is talented and knowledgeable, always knowing what is best for my hair and what will look best on me. I never worry about getting a bad haircut and receive compliments regularly.

Katrina is great with cuts and my blonde! Her salon is relaxing because she only takes one client at a time. I feel calm and not rushed when I'm there. My daughter and her friends like going there too. She is easy to talk with and listens to what we want. I highly recommend!

I always get a great cut and color from Katrina at Roots Salon. Katrina is a really wonderful person and a business owner with integrity. I love her sense of humor, style and personality, and the decor and ambience of the salon. She also gives a shampoo that usually has me sighing and/or moaning in pleasure, and uses a neat little battery-powered tool to give a mini back massage. If you need a solid professional stylist, go see Katrina!

I have been going to Katrina for over 30+ years and cannot even think of going to someone else! She does exactly what you want, no more and no less. Listens to your concerns, gives great advice based on the texture of your hair and the shape of your face. I have never walked out of her salon being unhappy. Not only is she great at doing your hair, she is great to talk to and makes me laugh so hard every time I see her. Try Katrina, you will not regret it.

I have been going to Roots Salon for almost 20 years. Katrina is always on time, the place is spotless, and I always hear compliments about my hair. Katrina doesn’t try to talk me into haircuts that won’t work with my hair. She also highlights my hair using three different colors to make it look very natural. Best of all, Katrina has great people-skills and customer service and her pricing is very reasonable.

I've had my haircut by Katrina for years. I always leave her salon feeling great with a gorgeous haircut. She listens to what you want, discusses it with you and keeps track of previous cuts. She's also easy to talk to, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Katrina is hands down the best stylist I've ever been to. Not only is she extremely talented with her trade, she's easy and fun to be around, punctual, and communicates very well in all aspects regarding your appointment. I've been a client for years and when I've lived out of town I would wait for a trip home to have her do my hair, she's that good! Also, the new studio salon is a very relaxing, clean and open environment.

Roots Salon is the best kept secret in the Valley. I have been going here since the nineties, moved away and then came back to Katrina. I was so happy to find her. I always look forward to my appointment. It truly is "me" time with her. No rushing around while she attends to other clients. Just the two of us. We have enjoyable conversation, and the hair services are outstanding. My color is never off and the cut and style are spot on. People have said that my hair is en pointe!
