I just had a wonderful experience with Stacey yesterday. I am so grateful that I was able to go to her salon, definitely VIP service. I was pampered and made a priority. The wash process was the best. She even massaged my scalp. The ambiance is relaxing and peaceful. She helped me understand the condition of my natural hair and provided suggestions of products to use at home. There is limited parking but you can always call her when you don’t have a space.

Stacey is a breath of fresh air! She specializes in styling hair in its natural state, which is exactly what I was looking for. She's incredibly sweet and really focused on making the entire experience personal and comfortable. Her attention to detail and the way she caters to her clients' needs made my appointment feel special. Not only does she do an amazing job with her styling, but she also provides valuable advice about hair habits and retention, which has been so helpful! I can't wait to book with her again.

Hello Stacey, I have delayed writing this review to ensure its authenticity and relatability. Background: I have experienced numerous hair issues, including brittle hair and an itchy scalp, due to incorrect Loc maintenance and scalp information provided by various hair stylists and locticians over the years. This led me to seek professional help from Stacey. My situation escalated when I had to cancel my previous loc maintenance appointment the night before due to unprofessional demands. I subsequently conducted online searches for a suitable loc technician to prepare for a crucial business meeting in two days. Despite my efforts, I was unable to secure an appointment with any stylist. Fortunately, Stacey responded to my missed call and offered to assist me, albeit with a later appointment due to her absence for the next two days. I explained that the appointment might not be convenient, as I was scheduled to return to the office the following day. However, Stacey agreed to meet me on her day off. From the first appointment, Stacey’s warm and welcoming demeanor created a comfortable atmosphere. Her expertise was evident, and she effectively communicated complex concepts that had previously eluded me. After several sessions, Stacy advised me to cease daily oiling, which had been detrimental to my hair and scalp health. She subsequently developed a treatment plan, and I am pleased to report a significant improvement in my loc journey. My scalp now feels and appears healthy and hydrated, a state I have not experienced for years. This will be my third appointment with Stacey, and I am confident that she has met my needs. I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking professional loc maintenance.

I've been coming to Stacey since August 2024 and my hair has been flourishing. I have several hair issues (dryness, breakage, alopecia areata) and Stacey has been diligent about keeping me updated as to the status of my hair and providing treatments to improve its health. Her mini-twists are superb: juicy, not fuzzy at all, and they remain moisturized for at least 2 weeks without me doing anything to them. She also did boho knotless braids for me, which I got many compliments on and my hair grew significantly and was healthier afterwards (a lot of time braids will make your hair thinner and rip your hair out AND be way too tight). She even saved my sister's hair once after she got braids that were insanely too tight from a different stylist. Highly recommend!

Rootsei has been a wonderful experience ! It is a challenge finding a hair salkn in Atlanta that I want to keep coming back to. My hair leaves feeling healthy and nourished. I also leave feeling relaxed and happy that I made the choice to come here. Stacey is informed and thoughtful with how she approaches your hair and your experience at her salon.

I LOVE Rootsei. Stacey is so personable, sweet, has a relaxing ambience, and very knowledgeable about healthy hair. I couldn’t recommend a better stylist for healthy hair in Atlanta! She is super honest about the state of your hair and knows exactly what to do to give you the results you want. Everytime I’m with Stacey my hair grows and shines like never before. Not to mention that her spa like unit is like a calm retreat from the chaotic world lol Book with Rootsei!

Well I feel like I have gotten enough service now to write a true review. When I first came it was a totally different experience from the typical salons I’m used to. It felt like I was at a actual spa with soft music playing. She looked at my hair && immediately knew what was wrong. I can remember her telling me I had two different hair types lol she said natural up top && relaxer at the bottom. I was being stubborn and didn’t want to let my hair go but she was willing to cut it to Bob level for me. Since then my hair has been doing so much better. I meet so many people that tells me my hair looks healthy now. She’s easy to get along with && works with me when I give her a hard time lol. I can truly say you will enjoy coming to Stacey. The fact that she actually cares is what’s make the experience worth it. I didn’t feel like it was just about the money with her.

Absolutely amazing! Stacey is super kind, thorough and professional! Book her asap! She gives the best shampoos and uses quality products. She will educate you on your hair and how best to take care of it. The salon is a vibe, good energy and a total relaxation experience. My hair turned out just how I wanted it (small two-strand twists, no extensions).

From Beginning to the end the this was the best experience that I’ve had so far with getting my hair done. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The wash was simply amazing especially with the cooling shampoo and to top it off with a scalp massage. I amvery satisfied with my braids as well. Very neat and they don’t feel like they are going to rip my scalp out.

My experience with at Rootsei is always amazing!! Stacey is an incredible stylist and always brings my hairstyle ideas to life! The atmosphere is super relaxing and I really enjoy the 1:1 service time she designates to each of her clients vs. having multiple clients waiting at once. Stacey is very efficient and believes in caring for the health of your hair. I was so impressed with the time it took her to complete a hair hydration treatment and faux locs which was the last braiding style I received. This experience was the best experience I have ever had in my life . It was relaxing mentally and physically. I have been in Atlanta for 13 years and she’s the best stylist I have ever encountered. She so informative about hair she looked at my hair and scalp and new exactly how to treat it . I’m so excited for this journey with Stacey bringing my hair back to life !!
