Called twice and got hung up on both times. I heard people talking in the background and I just got hung up on and ignored while saying “ hello hello “. I also messaged them on Facebook messenger just to get ignored to. I was looking around at places to get my hair done and I came across this salon and wanted to inquire on prices , it’s a shame they have 0 communication. Most salons at least answer you back. This place must not want clients to bad ignoring phone calls and messages. Very disappointing!

I absolutely love the ladies here! They do such a great job on my hair, and I fall in love every time. They are so sweet and make you feel great while there and of course after you leave. They work hard and make sure to provide you with a good service, that's why I drive an hour to see these girls! It's definitely worth it! 🫶🏼 Also, open (free) parking lot, so no need to worry about finding a spot, and the location is so easy to get to!

I stumbled upon Rootz about a year ago or so and it was such a blessing! Kalie has restored my hair from a previous disaster of an experience I had somewhere else. My hair has never felt so healthy, it's now naturally curling like it did when I was a kid! I highly recommend Kalie and Rootz! The staff is friendly, salon is clean and I always have a great experience! I highly recommend!!!

I see Kalie and have been for a couple years now. She always does a great job and listens to what I would like done. The salon is always clean and a very relaxed atmosphere.

I bought a Groupon for Amy. There weren't many reviews and was a bit skeptical but still bought it because of all the services it offered. The name of the business was not updated nor the phone number (it said the old name "The Orchard"). I looked up the phone number in Google and got in contact with Amy. Once I did, everything changed. She was very communicative and made sure I had all my questions answered. I asked my wife what her experience was, and this is what she had to say: "I felt extremely comfortable as soon as I walked in. Amy was very welcoming, and I usually have a lot of anxiety with new hairdressers, but with Amy. I felt like I had known her for a long time. Which made the experience that much more enjoyable for me. I also loved how my hair turned out and will definitely be going back to her!"

Kalie has been taking care of my hair for the last 5 years and she has NEVER let me down. We have gone from brunette, to blonde, to dark brown & now to a purple/brown. She has done long cuts & now short. I can fully trust her with my hair goals (& when I ask, her opinion on different styles!) She’s always made sure I am 100% happy. Score leaving her chair & even checks in a few days later to make sure I am still happy. I recommend her to all of my girl friends & to anyone who asks.

Chantel and Missy have both done my hair. They are experts at doing blonde. Chantel is really talented with the way she incorporates the brown and blonde. I always leave feeling great about my hair. My son gets his haircut by Missy and he won’t let anyone else cut his hair!

Missy is my absolute favorite hairdresser in TX, I never get my hair done anywhere else. The other lovely ladies in there are just as spectacular and I highly reccomend this salon to anyone looking for the perfect place to get their hair done!

Missy is an AMAZING STYLIST. I have extremely course hair and she knows how to tame it down. I've had long styles, short styles, one color, low lights, highlights, & who knows what else but no matter what I ask for she makes it happen. It's like she can read my mind. All of the stylist at ROOTZ HAIR SALON are great and very friendly. Ask for Missy when you go 😊😊
