ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE, UNSANITARY PRODUCTS, RUDE OWNER!!!! the staff is extremely rude/ the lady who runs the place- terrible service, never coming back, and dont recommend to anyone!! The owner who was doing my haircut did whatever she wanted with “consultation” of 1 photo i showed her & gave me a completely different haircut, pulled on my hair multiple times with comb that was dirty & didn’t clean it, and was excessively rude. To top it off, she added a tip and asked me to sign, and i signed and was about to change the tip when she submitted the payment without consent, I’ve never ever seen this behavior and i’m shocked & disgusted by this behavior. She tipped herself 20% for this abysmal service without consent- definitely reporting this place.

This is my new go to spot in Chicago. My brows look amazing. The chair/recliner was the most comfortable that I’ve had ever while getting my eyebrows done. I did the eyebrow shaping and tinting.

••Brow Shaping•• Sharing my eyebrows with someone new always makes me a bit nervous, considering stories from others. However, Zeina was a breath of fresh air. Her threading technique was gentle, and she really took the time to perfect every detail. I left feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely delighted with the experience.

I did my pedicure for the first time here. I had an appointment for manicure and they said that I should try pedicure as well. So I will never regret about it. Gulzina is a professional. It was super relaxing and comfortable. I really like the process and result. Definitely will come back! Thank you for recommendation! :)

Love my ballerina shaped nails! Highly recommend Roque and the lashe spot. My experience was top notch from the moment I walked in I was offered excellent service and the attention to the detail. The cuticle work using e-file was unbelievable. This will be my place for everything involving my beauty routine.

My bff and I came in for the Bogo 50%off deal! Russian gel manicures are totally the way to go! Talk about attention to detail…We also both decided to try their dry Russian dry pedicure and can I tell you that was totally the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! This is a must have! My nails and toes have never looked better. I’m hooked!

My husband and I got our hair done for our wedding by Melinda and Rogina. Melinda paid close attention to the style I was looking for and designed a fabulous updo that I dreamed of. I got so many compliments on my hair! Thank you for making our wedding day extra special!

The woman who did my eyelashes was quick and skilled! I know I bought a Groupon for classic “natural” lashes, but these barely made any difference between my own natural lashes vs. after the extensions. I’ve had classic or natural eyelash extensions before, but this was the only time I felt like I could barely notice a difference. You could argue I should’ve bought the volume set, or not got a Groupon, but in the end $170 for far less of an effect than mascara would give me just feels like a rip off.

I called the salon today for Brazilian blowout appointment and spoke with Milinda who is apparently the owner of the salon. The conversation went well until I mentioned i will be buying a groupn for this treatment. And she was adamant to not buy groupn and rather pay at the salon and they will price match and ... and there can be additional charge which will be discussed upon arrival . Let me tell you I already mentioned i have above shoulder length hair / pixie cut. I did mention that i am more comfortable buying a groupn rather than paying directly at salon and woo she started arguing why won't you pay us directly. Well i said its my preference since and she kept arguing and later mentioned i can get you appointment some other day even when she had a spot open today. But yea I decided not to go to this salon. Anyone out there planning to buy groupn for this salon beware of this behaviour. Additionally if they are not willing to accommodate groupn customers and cannot be respectful towards them why do they advertise their salon over there. This is so unethical.

Got my lashes done here a few months ago and it was a great experience! It was the first time I had ever gotten eyelash extensions, and they looked amazing. They lasted well over a month, much longer than I expected them to. The lashes were also very comfortable and did not feel like I had any extensions on, despite the fact that I went for a more dramatic look. The experience was great as well - the salon is spotless, and the lash tech was eager to explain the process and respond to any questions I had. Treat yourself and get your lashes done here!

I got the mascara lashes done and they were beautiful! I am so happy with the results that I became a member. I highly recommend this salon and the service was great. They were very kind and professional. The salon is kept immaculately clean.

Very nice professional salon, my lash tech Jamilla was amazing! Did the lash lift and tint, my lashes looked amazing as if I put makeup on. Recommend!
