Johana was amazing!!! Colored and cut and did a treatment on my daughters hair she looked absolutely amazing..she took her time showed great care.. Really appreciated the time she took.. had great hair dresser edicate.. gabbed it up made us both feel extremely appreciated....cant wait to have her do my hair as well...best money i have ever spent at a salon.. johana is amazing..true talent.. absolutely stunned and amazed by her service.. deserves 10 stars!!! Hands down best hair dresser in frederick!!!!

Perfect textured layers! Rosa is now retired I think I will miss her n her incredible layer cut. Havent found someone to do layers like her🥺 only a gay guy in Los Angeles ever cut my hair that way 😔 update: Johana is Great too!

I just moved to Frederick Md. I was nerverous about having my hair trimmed , checked reviews and decided to try Rosa's. Wow, !! I have now gone there twice, just a great great haircut. Rosa listens, professional has been doing hair for over 30 years, I am thrilled, I called her "my bright spot" in Frederick, plan to have her color my hair as well in about six weeks. You can't go wrong having your hair done here.

Saw a fb post about having openings, so I thought I’d give Rosa Le’s a try. My daughters don’t really like getting more than a trim but they really wanted to try something different. The wonderful ladies there did such an amazing job and both my daughters left with the biggest smiles. Will be back! Thank you so much!

I thought I had finally found a good place to get my hair done without having to go to Rockville, but I was wrong!! Unfortunately, the owner picks and chooses customers. Nothing wrong with that, I guess, but I had an appointment. When I arrived she was finishing someone's hair for a party, and because they asked if she could do makeup, she decided keep working with them and sent the mother to pick up their makeup, without even acknowledging my presence nor my scheduled appointment. I waited for 30 minutes, when I decided it wasn't worth my time and money. I found a better hair stylist with great appreciation for her customers, just down the street! So, I would NOT recommend this place.

I wanted to like this place :( I figured as Hispanics they would know how to cut my hair which is pretty standard, thick and coarse. At the end of the cut I truly was happy because the blow dry was great it covered the chopped layers. Once I washed it and tried to flat iron it myself I found out that my hair was actually cut very choppy from front to back. The layers are very uneven and not blended at all. See pic. Anyway will definitely not be going back. Claudia was very nice though but not very experienced :(.

She fit me in lady minute. I'm kind of particular with the blunt cut I like and she nailed it. Was honest with me about needing to take a little more off and I appreciate that immensely! Quick work, super friendly, great price, very clean shop! I'll definitely go back!

So here is the thing, when I go to a hair salon I like a good service but to not stay 1 hour per person in there. They have great service! They are kind, they do a good job at cutting hair, BUT they take too long. The establishment is clean, and it’s placed around restaurants, and other stores.

WOW I LOVE MY NEW HAIRCUT!!!! Affordable and wonderful service! My hairstylist listened to what I wanted but also gave her recommendations and we agreed on a style and it came out amazing. Definitely recommend! <3
