I recommended this place for blowout near Las Vegas Strip!

I called this salon specifically to ask and make sure they do rollers set. I was told yes. I drive there and they tell me they don’t do that! When I walked in I said “hello, hola” the older lady with blonde hair in the first chair, just looked and me and continued with her client. SO RUDE! 1. If you don’t do a service, why say yes? 2. I asked in Spanish, very clear, so I’m sure the person that answered the phone understood! 3. Be more polite and less rude, customer service is everything in a business! I will not be going for any other service and I sure do not recommend. Llamé a este salón específicamente para preguntar y asegurarme de que coloquen rodillos. Me dijeron que si. ¡Conduzco hasta allí y me dicen que no hacen eso! Cuando entré dije “hello, hola”, la señora mayor de cabello rubio en la primera silla, solo me miró y continuó con su cliente. ¡TAN GROSERA! 1. Si no haces un servicio, ¿por qué decir que sí? 2. Pregunté en español, muy claro, ¡así que estoy segura de que la persona que contestó el teléfono me entendió! 3. Sea más educado y menos grosero, ¡el servicio al cliente lo es todo en un negocio! No buscaré ningún otro servicio y no lo recomiendo.

I give them 2 stars since their customer service was good and environment was clean, but they completely fried my hair I go a perm to curl my hair. I got it done yesterday usually you can’t shower 3 days after you get the service done but my hair is completely burned I wouldn’t recommend this place I’m glad my hair did not burn off.

A friend and I were in a rush to get our hair done while in Vegas. We came to this place VERY last minute and we were treated super nicely. They were extremely accommodating and did everything to help us as quickly as possible. We ended up looking gorgeous and we left with a fun story to tell. Gracias!!!

All of them are good stylist and pleasant but my favorite is Rosario the owner I was told about the place and I was looking for a new hairstylist that can pretty much create the haircut I wanted! When I showed Rosario a photo of what I desire for a haircut she exactly do whats on a photo! She made me feel heard and she delivers a good haircut and color..I finally found somebody who listen and now I can enjoy the edgy cut and have lots of compliments! Thank U Rosario U are the BEST!

El mejor salón de las Vegas. Rosario siempre es tan amable y muy profesional, aparte que vengo a distraerme y ella es tan buena aconsejando sobre todo. Tengo años de cuidar mi cabello y extensiones con ella y no la cambio por nada del mundo.

The staff at Rosario's is always exceptional. They do a super job with haircuts especially with military style hair cuts , they are as good as any military barber. ROSARIO IS VERY NICE AND A WONDERFUL PERSON. one of the best kept secrets in vegas. Just across from the Blvd mall on Maryland parkway. Great place.

Yo amo a esta señora. Es la mejor de todas super amable y unos precios y trabajo de calidad. Cada vez que voy donde ella siento tanta tranquilidad llegó a desahogarme y ella me atiende de maravilla. Mejor estilista no hay.🙏👌
