The woman who threaded my eyebrows just now made them too thin and uneven, when I explicitly asked for them to be kept thick and cleaned up only. She also kept complaining about how I had come in at closing time (6:05 when they close at 7) and repeatedly asked me to pay with cash when I didn’t have any.

Came here on a wim. Nazia did my eyebrow threading as a walk-in. She was so welcoming and efficient. It's definitely worth the trip and the price. She's so nice I will continue to be visiting this place.

I have been coming here for eyebrow threading for a few years. Saira is the best. She is professional, warm, detailed and overall a beautiful person. It's always nice to connect with her while getting my eyebrows perfectly shaped.

I went to Rose Beauty because my normal threading salon wasn’t open and I needed to get my brows cleaned up before going on vacation. When I arrived there was no one inside which was a little concerning, but the woman at the counter was pleasant and helped me promptly. Normally I get my brows threaded but because I was in a bit of a hurry I opted for a wax. Now, it has been awhile since I’ve waxed any part of my face but I have to admit I was shocked at how irritated and red my skin was for the rest of the day. I still tipped the woman because I like the shape of my brows but I was very concerned at the lack of aftercare offered: at every other salon I’m always offered some cooling aloe to help with any skin irritation but here I was basically just shaped and out the door. It’s a no-frills experience but honestly I’ve paid less at other modest salons and gotten more service. Still, I think the move is to get threading done here and not waxing. I don’t think there is anything wrong with the service but in general if you have sensitive skin be cautious about the waxing. I’ve had my brows waxed and threaded for years and NEVER had a reaction like I did from this salon. Oh well! I’ll stick to threading if I ever return. Polite and fast service.

Rose I think she's the owner or manager she shaped my eyebrows so well. I didn't like that she spoke in hindi and then may have realized I was Indian yet innocuous. Definitely going to go back!

The only place where my skin comes out naturally glowing after a facial (not like other places where they apply so much lotion and oil at the end to make you think your skin is glowing). I absolutely love the products and technique they use here. I feel so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Thank you!

I don't think this place is the best. I went in for the first time on Friday, and I noticed that she did not wash and sanitize her hands when working with each customer. I got my chin waxed and threaded, but a day later I noticed a bump, which really doesn't happen to me. I also did my eyebrows, and they were not even. She didn't really pay attention to the amount of eyebrow hair I had or the shape. She did whatever she felt. I won't be returning.
