I have to say, this was by far, my worst manicure that I have gotten in a year. I am someone who consistently gets my nails done, every 2-3 weeks. I felt completely unheard, and frankly made to feel that the service I wanted was an inconvenience. I wanted dip nails, and to fix one or two of my nails with tips. All of the rest of my nails were long and natural. Instead, the tech decided to cut all of my nails off, and then proceeded to put tips back on to simulate the natural length that I had previously had. The color was not what I wanted-I showed pictures of cats eye in an almond shape. What I received was lumpy, not cured properly, with the tips peeling off. It was almost in a duck bill shape. They were also much too long, and when I asked for them to be shorter, I was dismissed. I was open to trying a new nail salon, since my favorite tech had moved to Mystic. Needless to say this was a massive mistake. I ended up contacting my previous tech, and driving an hour to fix countless mistakes that should not have happened in the first place. Not only was the atmosphere abrasive and off-putting, the service and skill was overall bad. Oh, and they were overpriced, to top it all off. I recommend anyone looking for a nail salon try literally anywhere else. If you're looking in the Colchester area, Classy Nails does a much better service, and for the money, provides a much better experience.

I am beyond thrilled with how my nails came out! Joyce was friendly and walked me through pricing on a gel polish manicure with the addition of flowers. Pricing for myself and my daughter’s regular manicure was very reasonable. It looks better than the inspiration picture I showed her and I can’t stop looking at my nails. The salon was clean and everyone was so nice. Definitely coming back!

There are much better places. Horrible service today. We went in for 2 pedicures. We were never asked what type of service we wanted and it was done in 30 minutes! They actually pointed to the charge slip and said “put tip here” seriously? This place has turned into a factory trying to push through as many people a day as they can in an attempt to maximize profits!

The best mani pedi I have ever had! Hands down the BEST place to go. I called for a mani pedi and the work they put in makes it top notch. Mark did my pedi and I can’t recommend him enough. If I lived closer this easily would be the salon I would go to.

Rose Finch is an excellent nail salon! I've tried all of the ones in town and this is by far my favorite. It's clean, everyone is very nice, and my nails always come out great. I get dip powder with a gel finish. I recently took my girls in to get their nails done before a Disney trip and they did a fabulous job with the designs and treated them like little princesses. 10/10 would recommend Rose Finch Nail Salon to anyone!

This is my favorite local nail salon. In my opinion best place to get a mani/pedi. Scheduling is always flexible. Everyone is kind and the work is impeccable. I recently got a full set of UV Gel with the cat’s eye polish and I am not disappointed.

My nails looked horrible when I went in here. I brought my sister as an early birthday present. They were able to take both of us as walk ins immediately. We opted for gel manicures. This was the quickest manicure I have ever gotten, and it was the best manicure I have received in years. The color selection is quite large, I got a very dark green and she got a tangerine. The price is reasonable at $37 for a standard gel manicure. I will definitely go back here.

Took my daughter in today she is 4 and everyone was super friendly. The tech doing my daughters nails was super attentive and made it the whole experience for her. I've taken her other places and wasnt given half the attention and she was done way earlier than I. They timed it perfect. Super clean and relaxing atmosphere. This will be our got to from now on.

While waxing my eyebrows the person got WAX IN MY HAIR. Then the person waxing me then CUT A CHUNK OUT OF MY HAIR!(my eyes were closed I was unaware until i heard the scissors. I immediately sat up to find large clump of wax i my hair and chunk if hair missing. They didn't help me remove the wax or give me any advice on how to get it out. They didn't even apologize. They yelled at me that it was my problem. This is a place i regularly go and enjoy myself I'm very disheartened to share my experience about this shop that was always clean and friendly. Before this my only problems were the do not take walk ins as advertised and they can't do designs when I ask. Very upset and embarrassed with the bald spot on the side of my head. Sad situation for all

A year ago I got my wedding nails done here and they were amazing! Both my toes and my hands came out exactly how I wanted. I went back today a year later hoping for the same as we are headed out for our wedding anniversary trip but sadly I was disappointed. I wanted a simple sparkle fade on my nails and the nail tech charged me 10 dollars extra even after he forgot that I asked for it and already put on the top coat of polish before the design. Also my nail shape is completely uneven and I can hardly even see the sparkles. I included photos of my wedding nails compared to what I just had done. :(

Great place! Will definitely be going back for all my mani/pedi needs in the future! I got the best, by far, French manicure that I have ever had and basic pedicure that felt anything but basic. Massages, hot towels, lotions, the whole shebang! My daughter got gel set nails as well that turned out beautiful! All are at very reasonable prices too! You can't beat this place in my opinion!

I got my nails done Friday. The people there are very nice and friendly. It’s also clean that was the good part as well as my manicure and pedicure so I would like for peoples to see this, but at the same time my polish has already started to peel. Not even a week, I’m pretty disappointed with my first time coming here.🫤 I’m also right handed, that’s the one that you’d think was peeling.

I had my first pedicure here today and it was AMAZING! I typically go to a competing salon in town, but decided to give this one a shot and I’m so happy I did. It was a tiny bit pricier than others in the area, but so worth it! It was an entire hour long pedicure that included warm towels multiple times, leg and foot massage, hot rocks, etc. and Mike really put a lot of care into my nails. He even stood up to really do a good job on my heels! I will definitely be returning.

I have been going to Rose Finch Nails since it opened and I am never disappointed! It is always clean and everyone makes you feel welcome! Laura and Mimi have been doing my nails and they always come out beautiful. The pedicures are wonderful and makes you feel refreshed!! Laura runs a great full service nail salon! :)

Found my new nail salon. Rose Finch is clean, covid safe and friendly staff. I went for a gel fill and my nails look great. I’ll definitely be back for a pedicure next.
