Went there on a Monday. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. Went back, was told no 1 hour massage, only 30 minutes. Called again today to see if they had time to do a one hour massage. The woman who answered the phone rambled something, and I said I didn’t understand what she was saying so she hung up on me. Very rude, very unprofessional. To hell with this place!

Went in greeted harshly but was seated only to wait 20 mins with no previous warning about wait time. When I called they said card or cash was accepted and then said only cash once I arrived. After waiting for a disgusting amount of time she short changed me with only 18 mins out of the 30 I paid and tipped for. She demanded tip first like I was going to dine and dash. She must hate her job. Take my advice and avoid this business if you have any self respect.

Something someone else commented on happened to me. Got a 1 hour massage. Went back there and she demanded a 60$ tip. Before we ever started. Gave my initial payment back and told me to leave. And iv been there a couple times over the Years. The other times as I'm done she demands a tip a sticks out her hand. I know it's kind to tip. But you think as much as they charge they wouldn't be so pushy

Fantastic massage I did one hour. Shoulders and back were pretty sore. She used a pretty firm pressure and felt 100% after.

I was actually kicked out for asking for a 60min massage, which is on their menu. I wasnt rude or asking for anything vulgar. And i was kicked out, horrible.

Very professional, upscale, but you have to be specific and how soft, medium, or hard you want the massage. I have a lot of back problems and she always makes it her goal to make it easier for me. I would put 10 stars if there were that many.

1. Used to be open later 2.when u walk in, there is supposed to be a calming vibe, there isnt one. 3. I had to push a door bell button & sit outside & wait (cause the doors are locked even though the open sign was on) & have the the other businesses ppl stare @ me. 4.Paid for a half hr with 20% tip $45.00 ahead of time & was doing good to get 15 mins of actuall work cause she would walk out checking on something all the time. 5. EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! I had asked about their time change & she snapped & began throwing things & slamming doors like a 2yr old. I WILL NEVER WAIST MY HARD EARNED DOLLAR THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Had appointment, arrived on time but still had to wait. Then was walked out on repeatedly to answer door, phone etc. lastly extra services were implied -offered. Just pass.
