Rose is absolutely amazing!!! Our son was married the end of July 2024, and Rose did the hair for the bride, 3 bridesmaids and 2 mothers (myself and her own mother) the morning of the wedding at our house, and Rose’s work was pure perfection! All the women’s hair looked absolutely stunning! And everyone’s hair was very diverse (from short to long, thin to thick, curly to straight, age ranges from 20’s to late 60’s)), yet she clearly could make magic happen with any and every type of hair and age!! And our (now) daughter-in-law, the bride, was the show-stopper, and Rose made sure she was the highlight in this whole process!! I took the bride in a couple months before the wedding for a trial run at Rose’s hair studio on Lake Union, so she and Rose together could figure out the best hair style for the wedding. Rose did such an amazing job listening to her, suggesting ideas, and together they up with exactly what the bride loved!! And I also took the bride in to Rose’s hair studio again a few weeks before the wedding to get her hair cut with Rose, and the bride was so happy with the cut!! And Rose’s studio is so cute, so welcoming, right on the water on Lake Union, and she offers tea (really good tea she buys locally!), and she is just so friendly, personable, and professional! I highly recommend Rose for any hair service!!! Wedding, special occasion hair, a hair cut… she can do it all and you will not be disappointed! Her prices are very fair considering the high level of expertise and years of experience you are getting. Thank you, Rose, for making the wedding day so special!

Having a great stylist makes it so easy to take a compliment. Not only do you get great hair but you also get instant ninja-like deflection abilities. “Your hair looks great today! Did you do something differently?” 🥷 “Rose did it.” Almost any other compliment can easily be deflected and the conversation can quickly change into how great Rose is (which is one of my favorite topics because she IS great).

I love and appreciate coming to see Rose in Seattle. It caught my eye that she was a haircut specialist, and her work proved to be true. I have seen her several times now for a variety of cuts and always left beyond satisfied. I recommend her to all my friends and family, she is the only hairstylist I’ve ever truly trusted. She takes time to listen and give her input when needed. She does exactly what you ask for, which is something I respect. Also her place is super cute and she always offers free complimentary drinks. I believe anyone can trust Rose with their hair.

Rose is absolutely wonderful! She’s the only one I see for my haircut! She does very well at listening/communicating and has great attention to detail. Her space has an open feel but also feels very private. It’s also right on the water, which I love. If you’re looking for a hair specialist, I would 100% recommend you see Rose for you haircut or hairstyle needs

Rose is an expert in her craft who pays close attention to detail. She has great haircut ideas inspired by your face shape, life style and what’s current in fashion. She greets me with my coffee and/or tea order for when I walk in the door. Does it get any better?!

I live on San Juan Island, WA, and I will travel to wherever Rose is for my haircut; it was first to downtown Seattle for many years, and now to Bellevue. She absolutely kills a short bob, and she knows how to shape it so that it also looks great growing out. Rose is a treasure. I love the new environment. It is calm, peaceful, and private.
