I recently visited Rose Petal and was blown away by the excellent service! Mike was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. My deep tissue and foot message was great. I also felt comfortable throughout the process. The salon is clean, organized, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I’m so impressed and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great message!

After all my plans were closed due to private events. I decided to walk the mall. Found this massage place. Prices were very reasonable. Place was super clean. Grace was amazing and attentive. One of the best massages I’ve had in a while.

Had an awesome experience. I was walking around and, right when I walked by, I noticed that my ankle was bothering me. I walked in and was seated immediately for a 20 minute foot massage -- which I extended for an extra 10 minutes, and then booked another 10 minutes for my neck and shoulders. Sam took care of me; he was extremely polite, professional, and a great masseuse. He paid special attention to my ankle (and entire leg), even using hot stones. Seriously, I feel like a million bucks.

Had been having upper back pain that was only getting a little bit better through stretching. Decided to book the half an hour deep tissue massage. Wow! Admittedly I've never had one before, but the pain is gone. Well worth the money.

We had a couple's massage scheduled at our hotel, but it got canceled at the last minute, which was disappointing since we were really looking forward to it. We tried booking at a few other places, but they were all fully booked. While walking in the mall, we came across Rose Petal and decided to give it a try for 30 minutes. It turned out to be amazing! We had a great session and walked out feeling relaxed. We will definitely go back again!

About the best massage I’ve had. Sam did an excellent job. I got the 30 minute deep tissue, and ended up extending it to a full hour halfway through. Totally worth it. I love a hard massage and they do not disappoint; lots of point work with elbows and it can get pretty intense but it was exactly what I wanted. He even used hot oil and the stones. They get busy so make sure you make an appointment even for a short session. Just a really great massage and I’m going to be back very soon.

Great value, wonderful honest workers. My friend and I both booked at 45 min deep tissue massage and felt that both of our masseuses put more care into our massages than we would have expected for the price point, and the way we felt leaving was priceless.

The chair massage I had from Sam was worlds better than many of the "high end" spa massages I have had, and cost a little less. Definitely recommended, especially if you like a good amount of pressure.

What scared me the most are a man who keeps approaching people to come to their massages and asking tip kind of forcing. They should set price with tip include so no more harassing about tip. Seem it’s pretty everywhere for the Chinese business here

don’t be misled by the fact that this is in a mall. rose petal massage means BUSINESS. i came in today suffering with intense shoulder and neck pain (likely from hot yoga yesterday) and the man that took care of me fixed me entirely. it’s definitely a very strong deep tissue massage but it was exactly what i needed. they also included hot stones free of charge which really helped loosen me up. i could not be more grateful and you also can’t beat the price! the only downside is of course the fact that it’s in a mall but nonetheless it is efficient!

Updated 3/25/24 I went back the owner apologized for what happened also offer me a discount . I love coming to this place. Sam is a great therapist definitely coming back. Thank you Rose pedal for taking your time to make things right. I be coming to this place for the last 6 months almost every week for 60 minutes Swedish massage . I got confronted by employee asking for more tip 40 dollars…… really I paid almost 80 dollar for the massage plus $40 I though the tip is a courtesy not a requirement. Not sure if I am coming back

1 hour full body with David was amazing. He worked efficently to cover upper and lower body and ensured i was comfortable frequently. I walked away feeling like a brand new person. I will be back for sure.

Great service! I walked in on my lunch break to work out a terrible knot in my neck and shoulder. 20 minute chair massage later and I can move again! Don’t be put off by the fact it’s in the mall! My neck feels great now!

I had one of the best massages of my life here from Peter. I have fibromyalgia and lots of knots in my back. I asked for firm pressure and usually people seem to hold back because I’m pretty petite. But Peter did an incredible job and he was very kind. I will definitely be back.

It's a bit tight in there and there is a lot of extra ambient noise given it's in the basement of the mall not far from the food court. The therapist I had was competent but not 5 star. A pretty basic service.

Made a very last minute appointment for a table massage because my neck and back we’re killing me after getting back from a music festival. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly and chill. I really liked the person who did my massage, felt like a new person after it. Again cannot stress how friendly and nice the staff were. 10/10 going to go there again.

Massage was ok 2.5/5 After payment of $40 for 15 minutes of mediocre massage I was aggressively confronted by the man there who DEMANDED a tip. Demanding and then resorted to begging ??!! I'm very uncomfortable..... Discussed with the audacity

They use a lot of pressure which is hard to find! It’s hard to find a therapist that pushes hard enough. I felt sooo much better after my massage with Sam. Definitely going back

these are the strongest chinese uncles I have ever had the privilege of encountering. they knew where my knots were and work tirelessly to unwind them. I was truly in a daze post massage. definitely worth the visit and the prices are so fair. bring some cash for a tip because these chinese uncles deserve it.

Unbelievable spot to get bi-weekly tune ups not too much not too little and it’s cheaper than a fancy spot for the same service.
