Beware of this place. I was pulled into the same business in Beverly Hills. They told me I was lucky because their special esthetician was there and I could have a free consultation. For the rest of the appointment they tried to sell me on an $1800 laser gadget. I said no, no, no until they got the price down to $400 and still said no. However, I was scammed into buying some expensive under-eye cream. Don’t fall for it!! Check their reviews on the BBB site if you need more.

I got dragged intot the spa and pressured into buying a terrible under eye concealer advertised as an anti-aging super drug for hundreds of dollars. Salesperson was extremely aggressive, this place is a scam selling fake products at robbery prices. I would give it a zero if I could.

My partner and I were pulled in to get a sample for their anniversary sale. The entire time, they were trying to upsell us and mainly focused on me instead of my partner who obviously cares visibly more about skin care than me. They made a big deal about how everything was organic and they were very upbeat and bubbly until we said that we wanted to think about it. Then they got desperate and started to offer us other things, like a voucher for a free consultation for a facial. They used an eye cream on both my partner and myself. They also used an exfoliation cream on the back of one of my hands. My partner has a darker skin tone than I have and 15 minutes later it looks like somebody took a foundation stick that was three or five shades too light for my partner and put it under their eyes. I now have vertical lines under my eyes. You can see in the picture I posted; those lines are not normally there. It feels like somebody took a glue stick to underneath our eyes. When we insisted that we still wanted to think overnight about it and if it was for us we could come back at a later time and pay the full price, the person's personality did a complete 180 and her goal was to get us out as soon as humanly possible. She turned frigid and somewhat mean. She was very rude suddenly. When I said I was going to keep her business card so if I decided I did want it I would have a way to contact her, she very curtly told us "the business card means nothing now, it's not worth it". Looking at other reviews, it seems like this place is extremely predatory.

HORRIBLE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The scammed me into buying an eye cream that I went to return 10 minutes later which surprise, surprise no returns. I was very angry and demanded a refund which the worker Dana had an evil smile on and got a security guard from the bank next door and threatened to call the police on me. An hour later I had to pass the shop to return back to my hotel, and I warned a guy on the street not to fall for their scam. He thanked me and walked away. Then Dana came out of the store and followed me on the sidewalk and said she would finally refund me because “I wasn’t worthy of having their products anyways”… lmao okay. I returned the product and the $300 never was refunded to my debit card. I believe Dana refunded the item for cash and pocketed the money. When I called the store a week later I was told Dana was no longer working there. I FINALLY got the money back after calling over 20x the following month.

They stand outside the store and badger you to take their samples. When you say no thanks, they tell you that you have bags under your eyes. I now walk around the block to avoid these vultures. Does that “sales” tactic actually work, or do you just piss everyone off? Update: they stopped for a while, but are back up to it again. Won’t let you just walk by without interacting, and are pushy as hell. How do I get you to leave me alone? I just want to walk by your smelly shop in peace!!!

Day after day as I wait for the MAX, I see the employees outside dancing trying to shove pamphlets at people. Never been there, will never try. I lived in Vegas, anytime you see dancing and shoving pamphlets in people's faces on the sidewalk, it's a scam.

I'm changing my review! I THINK THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM. My appointment was rescheduled because "something happened" with the spa, and my aesthetician had "an out of town emergency". When I arrived for the appointment, after confirming with TWO reminder texts, the store was completely closed. I texted Loren and the number that sent me the confirmations. No answer. I waited for 20 minutes in the cold and no one came. I've been calling and texting for over a week and have received NO ANSWER. I really expect to see the location empty soon. I hope I'm wrong. I was happy with my first visit, though I thought the products were overly expensive. I believe the reviews where people say they were pressured. The spa is clearly set up as a place to sell their overpriced products. On my first visit I wrote the following, after being told I would be given a bonus treatment if I left a good review: Loren knows the products and services well. I enjoyed the facial she gave me. All employees were friendly. I enjoyed my time there. I have yet to receive the 3rd facial I paid for, let alone any bonus. VERY UNHAPPY.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a spa. They never pick up the phone. I had to reschedule my appointment due to weather- ice and snow, and they didn't pick up the phone. I was told that I needed to prepay for my facials. They finally called me 2 weeks later, rescheduled the appointment, and then, a week later rescheduled again. I have been standing in front of closed Rose Spa salon, for the last 20 minutes. They show open on Google... I had to drive to mu appointment 40 minutes..Replied to automated appointment confirmation twice. It's unheard of. The facials are not worth the money they cost. The facial room is right behind front desk and you feel like you are on the street. They ask you not to take your shoes off. It's not relaxing. I feel like I have been scammed.

Be careful -- the salespeople will pressure you to buy over priced and under valued products that you can get elsewhere cheaper. They will pretend to be your friend but they just want yoyr money.

I was greeted while walking by the store to take a coupon, to which I said no thanks. The employee told me he had something that would clear up the stuff on my face, unprompted. As someone with textured skin who is very aware of it, this comment was hurtful. If I was gonna shop here originally, i definitely wouldn’t now.

I wish I could give ZERO stars, but will be going to better business bureau and elder services and a consumer rights lawyer to fight them back. They scammed my 88 year old Mom out of nearly $3,000, and when she tried to return everything, they gave her such a run around - I have never in my life encountered such bold faced deceit and thievery. They tried to tell me that $3,000 wasn't a lot of money, and that she should be happy with the great deal they gave her! As if. Never go to this terrible, horrible, no good, very bad business. They suck more than words can express.

Scammer’s and bullies, cheat you out of thousands of dollars. Horrible liars, scammed me out of $5,000 worthless products. Lied about what I was signing and overcharging my credit card. Refused to work with me and my credit card company. Currently looking for an attorney to sue them.

These reviews are fake people!! I got lured in by a Facebook ad and thought it was a real spa. You know the people at the mall that aggressively try to give you samples? That’s what this spa is. You go in and it’s the same vibe. Plus there’s loud music and incense burning, stimulation overload. As soon as I got in I knew I made a mistake but had made the drive so decided to go with it even though I knew it would be a hard sales pitch, I figured I could at least get the facial. The “85 minutes treatment” started 30 minutes later and then lasted only 25 minutes. The devices shown in the promo ad were not present in the room. The esthetician was sweet and did an ok job for a basic facial. Once that was done I was handed off to the aggressive sales person (like the ones in the mall) who tried to sell me anything she could, devices (a $1700 under eye light), cream, etc. when I said I wasn’t interested she got annoyed and checked me out. Monumental waste of time. I saw 3 other people go through the same thing as me and leave frustrated, none of these reviews are real. Save your money and time and go to a real spa.
