Best massage I had thus far! Great prices and the masseuse was very firm, accurate, worked every single muscle and I appreciate her so much! The environment was clean 🧼 and she was very nice 👍🏾 What I really liked the most was the hours!!!! No appointment needed and no long drawn out waiver forms! Just strictly service. I enjoyed it and hope to visit again soon ❤️

I had a very nice massage here. They were polite and the price was good. She got to all the parts that ached and I appreciated she didn't want to talk the whole time and just let me relax. I will go back next time I am in Columbia

The massages here never get old. Deep tissue is exactly that. They knock out all of your kinks. They make sure you are doing alright the entire time you are there. At the end, you are given bottle water. Great people and an awesome experience ever time. Well with the money.

I have been going here for about a year. I have lived in a couple of different states, and gotten massages from several different therapists. I have back problems, and the ladies at Rose Spa have given me the most thorough massages. I usually get a 90 min. massage for $90 plus a tip.

I just went last week. I got a 60 min massage and of course had to pay upfront alone with the 3$ card fee, that's fine! I added hot stones... The lady that did my massage was THEE worse... she just rubbed and pulled and slapped and lathered oil ALL over me! when I rolled over she skipped massaging my legs! I TOLD HER 8$ for the tip she got so AGGRESSIVE and snatched my card and demanded more, she lied and said $15 is the minimum, I said no "massage was only ok" she took my card went to the machine called me in the office area and showed me $10 that she had put on the screen and wanted me to pay, I politely back spaced the screen and typed $8 she was so mad, and put my card on the table and didn't even hand it back but that's ok, you weren't going to BULLY me into paying more and it wasn't worth it. Maybe NEXT time she will take her time and do a better massage that's worth a &10 tip.

I’ve been back multiple times and I love it there they are really nice people and very accommodating as well and they seem always happy to see me as I’m happy to see them. I’m planning on going back nxt Friday. I was wondering if I could find out all the prices I can’t remember and if they have 4 hand.

Very disappointed overall. To start, the massage consisted of lightly rubbing the skin, and not affecting any of the muscles. Halfway through I felt like nothing had been done and I instructed the lady to the part that was hurting and asked for harder force but she remained lightly rubbing the skin above the area. Throughout the massage the lady stepped out constantly, several minutes at a time. She also talked more than she actually massaged, giving a plethora of unsolicited life advice in a condescending manner "you are too young to get a massage. You need to get a job instead and come back here when you are rich" (I do more than well for myself). It felt very unprofessional and seems less like a true massage place and more like a "shady dealings" place. She demanded payment up front, but this never bothered me as it's fairly common, but never gave me my card back and rushed me to the table. After finishing the "massage" she demanded I gave her a good tip and withheld my card. To get my card back without conflict I offered a 50% tip, however she looked at me very displeased and demanded more. I refused and after 3 minutes she caved and accepted my 50% tip. The total time was about 50 minutes, but with all the brakes it's definitely much less actual time. The payment was for 60 minutes. Don't waist your time here.

Definitely a great massage but the table was quite uncomfortable like I was at a doctor's office and the rooms atmosphere didn't allow me to fully relax. Massage was 5stars while everything else was 3stars

Horrible experience, was not told until the end of the massage that there was a minimum tip of 20 dollars and I was being asked about tip before services were even performed.

I brought my mom here for her birthday as a gift to enjoy a massage. From the time I tried to pay at the BEGINNING of the session they hassled me for a tip before I knew if they were to do a good job or not. My tip was going to depend on how happy my mom was with the service she received. 90mins later after the massage, as my mom was putting on her clothes they was hassling her for a tip (which should not have been done). I asked my mom if the service she received was good and she replied with a yes, one of the workers had her head out of the door asking for a tip. Moral of my post: yes to the service, no to the hassling customers for tips.

I don't hate this place. I stopped by to get some info on the time of operation & price of different massages. Once I get a massage I will be able to give more information on what I like and didn't like, and if I will or will not go back again. I was forced to give "ONE STAR" in order to leave this message. But at this time as far as I'm concerned the business is okay, but we'll know more after I have my massage OKAAARRRRRY😎☺😋😅😊👌🏽

Massage itself was decent. But the service... They took us straight to the back because appointment was scheduled. Got to back and they asked for tip along with the $120 for couples Massage and requested it be in cash. Advised them that I tip according to service. After massages they show me a tip chart on the wall $10, $20 & $20+. I hand her $20 and she says it's $20 each because she "did real good massage" patting on my pocket. Felt good, but CUSTOMER SERVICE was a ZERO🤦‍♂️

Me and my husband Went in for a massage, bc the sign promotes “walk ins welcome” a worker comes from back and advises us that only one of us would be able to get a massage today . I’ll never try this place or recommend again . Atmosphere is creepy too I’m glad we were denied bc i felt uneasy as soon as i walked through the door

They have no shame in asking for a tip and as a massage therapist I get it but, as a professional you gotta think things through. How it's going to make customer feel. The sign stating we appreciate tips were enough got us looking like we beg for tips out here... not cool!
