Just moved to the outer Charlotte area and spent some time finding a salon near me. I was able to get a full highlight by Taylor and I can say my first experience was great! Beautiful salon, great customer service, and I was happy with my hair after. Will definitely be back and highly recommend Taylor as she was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to!

First appointment was great and the stylist did a nice job on my hair. Tried to schedule another appointment and they never answer the phone. I called for days and could never get in touch with anyone. When I was able to finally schedule an appointment, I called to let them know I would be 10 minutes late. As I pulled into the parking lot (10 minutes late), they called and cancelled my appointment. She said the stylist could choose to cancel if she wanted to. I suppose out of courtesy they could have told me that the first time I called. I could see cancelling after 20 minutes, but 10 minutes? Pretty sure they made me wait at least 10 minutes when I was there for my first appointment. Poor customer service.

Terrible experience. So called senior stylist dyed my hair the wrong color. No consultation, spent an hour under the sink. Then senior stylist put a hot iron straighter on my wet hair. Fried it. I thought one more chance at next appointment. So-called stylist was no longer there. I was late and my credit card was charged 180.00.. they tried to get 280.00. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here.

After many years of cutting and coloring my own hair because of several bad experiences in a salon I can honestly say this was the best experience. Taylor was amazing and knew exactly what I wanted. I love my hair now. Thank you!!! :))

I went to this salon after going to another one for many years!! I’m beyond happy with my experience, should have switched a long time ago. Taylor listed to me and followed through with what I wanted with my hair. She was so personable and felt I knew her forever!! The prices were very reasonable!! Made sure to make my next appointment when I left!! Thanks Taylor 😊

My daughter went there for a Balayage coloring, cut, and style. The hair dresser did an AMAZING job on her hair and was so kind to her. I love the fact that they are vegan friendly hair salon. So all of their products are cruelty free, and it was a great price! I highly recommend this salon. We will definitely be back! *After and before pics for reference*

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new hair salon. I’m glad I found Rosewood Salon. It was an overall good experience. The person at the front desk was very friendly. The salon has a laid back vibe, with nice decor. I was offered a beverage while I waited. The stylist was very kind and paid attention to what I wanted. I told her I was attached to my long hair and I only wanted a trim. She made sure to start slowly and ask me if I wanted her to cut more. I will be coming back to Rosewood Salon!

This has been my hair salon for years. Even when I didn't live close by, I would come here to see Lacee. She is hands down the best hair dresser. She is super friendly and does such a great job at doing exactly what I am looking for. (I change my hair color quite frequently and every time she delivers)

After years of growing my hair out it was finally time for a significant trim. As it is for anyone with very long hair, I was nervous about if the hair dresser would cut too much off or try to convince me to go shorter than I wanted. When I told Brittany how much I wanted to trim she was happy and excited. She never tried to influence me to do something I didn’t want and was very supportive. I asked for 3-4 inches to be trimmed off and am happy to say I got exactly the length I asked for and wanted. I got the botanical hair treatment as well. My hair looks and feels incredible, and so much better than when I went in. I am happy to report that my hair is still very long!

I love my experience at Rosewood, from walking in the door to leaving the premises. Lacee does my hair and it always looks great! Awesome Aveda products...and very friendly and experienced staff. Beautiful Salon!

What a fabulous salon!! My very first visit last night.I was looking for a Keratin treatment. I called with a very tight appointment window and I spoke with Sheila and was so lucky to have met Sheila. She was so welcoming, helpful and accommodating. She referred me to My Stylist Lacee. B. and Lacee is BRILLIANT. The Express Keritan treatment is fabulous. Lacee is a Professional, highly efficient and very warm lovely person whom I felt very comfortable with. I referred to Lacee as “my stylist” as I will be back for highlights etc moving forward. THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES!!!

Great experience! I went during Covid and I felt very safe, everything was very clean, they took my temperature, everyone wears a mask, etc. The staff was super nice. Lisa cut my hair and she did a great job!! I’ll be back :)

I love rosewood!! My stylist is Lisa and she gives me the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. So precise, never rushes, and gives me exactly what I ask for. The salon is extremely clean and rigorously adhere to social distancing and covid safety measures. It’s never crowded and I love having a great hair cut place all the way out in mint hill! I always leave in love with my cut ☺️

This was my first experience at Rosewood Salon. The decor is inviting with feminine flair but not so much to turn away male clients. Their COVID sanitization practices are posted and were evident during my experience. Kayla saved my hair from the sad, dry, brittle condition I came in with. She is joyful and immediately makes you feel comfortable with her, like a good friend. Kayla listens to what you need and want but also will be honest if your hair won't look good that way. She talks through her process with you too. I'm hooked! I'll be back next week for color with Kayla.
