Came here for the first time last week and had a horrible experience. I have never left a bad review anywhere. The interior is beautiful, but the nail work was horrible. I have never had such a poor French tip done out of all the nail salons I’ve visited. The next day after I got my nails done, multiple nails started chipping. Not to mention, the lines were not done well and some of my gel was left super thick. I also asked for regular polish on my toes and they gave me gel, and charged me for it. I repeated regular polish multiple times and it was still done as gel. I called to see if I could come in and get my nails re done, one single color as it seems the French tip is poor quality so even if I got the tips re done, the rest will keep chipping. But they refused to change to a single color, and said they would only fix the French tip within a week. So I’m supposed to come back everytime a single nail chips, and I’m sure they will continue to chip after the week. Such a waste of $120 and bad customer service. Choose another salon.

I tried this place three times and each visit was literally two weeks apart. 1. cut n fill 2. cut n fill 3. cut n fill Each visit was a different total $$. #2 visit was more because she used two different cat eyes shape 😳 #3 visit cost the most because "the shape cost extra." A regular coffin shape. He told me the last fill was done horribly. I had it done in THERE two weeks before. They are nickle n diming for the most ridiculous reasons. Steer clear of here. I WILL NOT be utilizing their services again.

Big and bright space, modern interior, nice music, complimentary drinks and madeleines. Always friendly staff, I truly suggest this business! This time I went for a more natural look and Lucy did a great job! Have done acrylic nails with here with ombré and it looked very beautiful but my own nails were filed down a lot - not sure if it’s a requirement when doing fake nails. Just make sure to ask not to file a lot if you didn’t want it. I do my eyelashes extensions with Myy here, she is very sweet! Pedicure (gel) done by Kevin lasted me over a month, he does a wonderful job! Bring your besties and pamper yourself. They even offer champagne or mimosas ;)

I didn’t get the full experience of scrubbing my dead skin off it was just a quick rub and then I got gel tips for my toe nails to be longer and it costed $110 and I called around people price is like 60 50$ so not cool I feel I was being taking advantage!! And it’s not even smooth and a toe is crooked!!

EDITED TO REMOVE MORE STARS While the nail job looked fine (despite all the times he made me bleed), it did not even last a week!! It started chipping so fast. Definitely not coming back here. Original review: It's pretty annoying when a nail job that looks good is ruined by the amount of scabs that I have on my cuticles because of how rough and not careful the nail guy was when doing the manicure. Look at how many times he made me bleed! This is ridiculous. Probably won't be going back

While the salon itself was lovely, it was THE worst pedicure I have ever had. Nails were poorly clipped and left unfiled. The manicure was no different. I had to ask her to clean under my nails after she said she was finished, and also had to point out a very obvious hang nail that needed snipping. When I got home and took a closer look, I was appalled! I went back for a refund, which I was ultimately given, but not without some pushback.

They do offer a lot of unique and cute colors. Enjoyed the technician who did my pedicure, however, the nail technician seemed to rush through to take another walk-in client. My nails were starting to fall off despite it was gel.

This is my second visit and I have enjoyed both occasions. Susan did a wonderful job with my pedicure. I would recommend to anyone in the area and be back soon!

Cons: Avoid Anna at all cost. She tried to talk me out of a French manicure, which I thought was weird. After doing a poor job on my French manicure, I politely asked her to clean the jagged lines. She worked on them a little more, but they were still uneven so I asked if we could get a second opinion from her colleagues. She jumped up asking someone else to do my nails and said some unkind things about me in Vietnamese, thinking I wouldn’t understand her. When I confronted her, she was embarrassed and just walked away. No apology, no accountability - just rudeness. Pros: Rachel ended up fixing my nails and did a great job with what Anna left her. Ly, who did my pedicure, was fantastic - she was very thorough. Andy did my cousin’s nails and he was also very detailed! The person who took payment did apologize and take accountability for the poor experience so I appreciated that. They are also new and had a beautiful, clean facility. All in all, I would recommend Rosie Nails Spa, but stay far away from Anna.

Didn't have anyone available, even though I had an appointment made. They made someone hop on to wax my face. She rushed, did little prep and after care. Then after a few hours, my face shows scarring. Unprofessional, and my face is scarred before my trip with my partner for valentines day. 🙄

Gel Polish: Gel polish change costed $15. I chose a basic color for me. It lasted only 1.5 weeks for me. Spa pedicure: Pedicure service was decent. Pros: Regular polish on my toe nails lasted for two weeks, could last longer but I was on a beach vacation for a week. Got rid of my extra skin very well. Free mimosa was a nice treat 😉 Cons: A Pedicure should include scrubbing of the feet to remove dead skin. I opted for spa pedicure and there was only scrub exfoliation. Since the pedicure and gel polish on my hand was done simultaneously it was extremely uncomfortable and did not feel relaxing. Service was 3/5

My friend recently went in there and paid $90 for an acrylic set with design and I'm sorry but what she came out with is not a $90 set. The lines in the design are not even aligned and the hearts are not helping. My 11 year old can probably do a better job. Tried speaking to a manager and there wasn't anyone available.

My manicure appointment was 10:15. I waited till 10:35, finally the front desk said that they are ready and took me to the desk, I sat there for another 5 mins and no one comes. I’m okay if the appointment got delayed for 5-10 mins, but 25 mins is not acceptable. Please avoid this place if you think your time is worthy

My stars go to Lena. She is very meticulous when doing my mani and my nails look great. Very friendly, and she cares for the health of your nails. RNS is very clean and spacious inside. They offer water and drinks and offer lash and facial services. The services are a bit pricey as to be expected in a newer and upscale establishment.

New Nail Spa recently opened . My daughter was looking for a place to have a pedicure. Her normal go to place was closed today so we decided to come to Rosie Nail Spa. The owner is very sweet & offered me the massage chair to use while I waited for my daughter. Awesome right? Sipping on a Mimosa I felt like a queen. My daughter got the Spa Pedicure done by Helen who did an amazing job! Rosie Nail Spa is recently New & very clean. I recommend 100% It’s relaxing & everyone is friendly!

To start this place offers different nail polish colors that a lot of salons don’t have including jelly shades and crystal colors. I chose Susan based off her reviews here and she was so patient and kind when letting me try on different colors. She paid attention to detail when cleaning up my nails as well. I’ll definitely be coming back :)
