Rosie is a true professional. She has over 16 years of experience and it shows. I travel all over North America and have had my brows done in dozens of cities big and small. Often they are rushed and are just trying to get to the next person. Rosie took her time and even plucked out the ingrowns. Her studio is a lovely place to be and the chairs are much more comfy than most. I got full face threading and brows. I would come back here again.

What a wonderful place to go and get my eyebrows done. I called early in the morning for an afternoon appointment, and showed up on time. Once I arrived, she was finishing up her last appointment and promptly helped me. She also used witch hazel instead of aloe Vera at the end which a nice switch up. Lastly, when she asked me how it looks and I responded with a request for a trim on one last hair she graciously did so. It means a lot to me since I go to different places around the city due to work and feel some people get angry or give off a particular type of energy. She is a kind, warm, person who serviced me like I was a regular client with the upmost respect and service. Will come back. Keep driving past the Marshalls but if you hit the UFCFit you drove too far. 😆

They turned me away due to being a walk in client despite being a frequent client who has never made an appointment with them. They have always encouraged me to walk in and they even say "walk in" are ok. There is a huge sign literally in front of the business encouraging walk ins as most eyebrow places are walk ins. Today when I walked in, I was met with rudeness as if I was a burden for walking in. I was more than willing to wait. My eyebrow clean up takes 10 minutes at best and there was only 1 client in the shop. I will not be returning. They lost a regular client. If you want appointments, please take off the walk in sign and encourage clients to make appointments. Update to owner response; Once again, if you are not going to accommodate walk in clients, then encourage clients to make an appointments. You cannot have it both ways. You need to update your sign to reflect that appointments are encouraged and walk ins may or may not be accommodated. I have been to this place many times and never has this place encouraged me to make an appointment. You can't have it both ways as a business. This just tells me you do not appreciate your clients even more.

Thank you Rosie never fails. I’ve been to many other who have thin my eyebrows with in time and with in a couple of visits she has been able to accomplish better thickness and shape of my eyebrows.
