It a nice little place busy and friendly but I won't be back I went to get my nails done a whole set not even a week later they started falling off one by one so I will just find somewhere else to go to get my nails done if I'm going to be paying the price is reasonably priced but you want your nails to stay on longer than less than a week usually they stay on for at least 2 weeks before you need to get a fill but I literally had them on for 5 days and they started falling off and when I usually get my nails done at least 2 weeks they start falling off after that not 3/4 days after and I even tipped the nail person it was like she really didn't want to do them in that case you should of just said no appointment today and I would of went somewhere else but instead waited 20 minutes to get nails that fell off less then a week literally 4 days later they started falling off so I just took them off.

Friendly establishment with great rates for haircuts and more. I paid $12.00 for a haircut today (March 8, 2024), and it was one of the best I've ever had. Barber was very detail oriented, thorough and listened to what I wanted. This place gives you the biggest bang for your 💲 around.

My son trated me to a hair day w no price tag Tracy cut 4 inches off my beautiful long hair I then got a perm I showed her the picture she insisted she can only do serial I did not want just beautiful bigger curls not kinky after pulling our the rods she noticed it wasn't taking then blamed medication people take at that point there should of been test strand done I found out after I called went in 2 days later my hair in almost all spots was straight she wanted to te perm it I was told by a family member who owns shop in California to absently do not let her re perm your hair it's to many chemicals and will fry your hair I couldn't believe after my son paid 145.00 to me coming home he said omg mom what happened to your hair I don't know if I can post pictures to you all I'm 56 years old and my hair is ruined w absolutely no computation for the damage she was very difficult to speak to I asked for the owner and was told owner will tell me no money back just do perm now I told her I'm recording this whole conversation to protect my self and I will be calling bbb as the board of cosmetology will be contacted I don't know if I can get an attorney but I'm sure going to look into it my medical driver this moring is Aferican American he walked in and was told she can not cut his to long and didn't know how I will be helping him w a complaint as well he to said omg your hair was so long too If you or a friend can tell a friend Rosie's does not admit to any mistakes made thank you Rosie's /Tracey for a really really bad experience and the difficulty talking to you

Don’t waste your time going here, went here 4 time calling ahead scheduling appointment going at my appointment time and ending up waiting an hour or more just for them to cancel. No communication with the customers at all. Even if you have an appointment they still take the walk ins before you so no point of scheduling an appointment. Still ended up waiting for an hour to cut my sons hair and when it was his turn I was told I still have to wait another 30 minutes. Unacceptable, this is not how you run a business.

I took my daughter here to get her hair trimmed before school starts this week. When we got here there was a couple people before us. So we were told to sit down and wait. There were two stylists. We’ve been waiting for over an hour and one of the workers leaves. Now the remaining worker is cutting her own kids hair it appears. I saw the kids sitting in the back watching tv. So apparently nobody is going to help us. Even though we’ve been waiting more than an hour. Nobody will answer me when I’m trying to ask. It’s insanely sure. I have been coming here for a long time ti get my nails done but I won’t be returning. You guys lost a long time loyal customer today. A guy just came in and asked for the other worker and apparently he is here and just has been in the back while we’ve been waiting for an hour and the guy who just walked in is getting helped nor after being here less than 1 min. We’re still waiting. Now the lady cutting her hair finally is on the phone while cutting her hair! Like holding a house phone with one hand and then her shoulder when she needs her hand. And the guy cutting the person that walked in after us is Literally watching tv while he’s cutting the guys hair! Using clippers but his eyes are on the tv half the time. This place is like the twilight zone!

I understand they take walk-ins and they get pretty busy. But they have to be transparent with time and appointments. They make you wait hours until they let you know the availability. Not fair for other customers. Last time coming to this business.

The only place I get my haircuts. Very reasonably priced compared to great clips, super cuts etc...Never know what I want to do with my hair so I let them freelance it. NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.
