Beyond disappointing and disrespectful. I had an appointment, explained I was having photos taken with my mother for Christmas. I showed up on time for my appointments, a woman sat in the chair having a leisurely treatment while talking about her grandson took a gun to third grade. There was a lot of head shaking and tsk tsk. It was a 45-minute drive to my mother's house and 60 minutes to the photographer appointment. And I still wasn't in the chair. I asked Rosie if I would be seen today, she turned and snarled at me Don't rush me... This is my second appointment with her; the first appointment I tipped her $25 because she was amusing and I wanted to establish a relationship in my new neighborhood. The second appointment ended when I jumped out of my chair and said I had to leave so I didn't miss my mother. Rosie turned around and said but you'll be back later right? Great big fail. Never again.

Hands down one of the best in the US. Miss Rosie the personality the honesty something about supporting your local business and wanting them to thrive that always drew me to establishment like this. So much personality and positive vibes. So much respect for her and her dedication to the community. Thank you for giving me a fab haircut and just chatting so much wisdom. Highly recommended

Rosie saved the day ! On my wedding day my dresser bailed on me, Rosie not only fixed my hair she made it look beautiful . We were running against the clock and she did everything she could to get my hair looking great. I will never use another hair dresser, she will be my lady for now on.

Best haircut I've had! Rosie knows her craft for sure...it was so good, I brought my son back for his cut the following day! Absolutely love Rosie & her genuine heart. Hard worker, very friendly & down to earth!

Rosie is amazing, she really knows her craft! She is sunshine in a person. Couldnt be happier with my cut and it was hard work on Rosie's part, and she wants even mad when my hair turned her hands pink !! Def going back and I'll tell anyone to see her if they need a cut

I have had my hair cut by Rosie 3 times. She cut my hair specifically to what I wanted. Don't be discouraged that the salon is older and in a strip mall, you will get professional service that is affordable. She cuts all textures of hair, also does braiding & weaves.
