I remember going here a few years back for a job and felt very discriminated against because I was half black and mexican owner wasn't very friendly but that's ok I have fixed so many of their messups through out the years at salon I have been at for sometime now so thanks you did me a favor I won't be associated with a second class house salon and thanks for the customers 🤭😏

They took my girls as walk-ins today and they both left very happy with their hair. It was my youngest’s first trim and salon visit and I’ll definitely be bringing them both back. Thank you ladies!

I’ve been going here for years on and off and have had great experiences in the past, went in for a haircut and asked for curtain bangs. I have stick straight hair and have gotten curtain bangs that worked for my hair style before the lady grabbed a large portion of hair and cut my bangs blunt and straight across and said she was done. ( looked like half a bowl cut when they laid normally) When I explained that I don’t curl my hair often and was looking for what I had gotten before she seemed upset and just said that’s how curtain bangs are cut and I just need to curl my hair or train my hair to go back instead of how it naturally lays. she had the owner come over after I was still unhappy and they were thinned a bit. I left without fuss just so they wouldn’t cut more of my hair but I’ve become discouraged and disappointed the more I return. Sad to say but I won’t be going back.

So I really tried to give this place another try after a stylist I liked did my hair the perfect scene hair. I went again and my hair was cut too short by another lady so I stopped cutting my hair waiting for it to grow for two years and eventually went into extensions. Went again for the exact scene haircut now that my hair is grown and again it was cut way shorter than I expected and again was turned into a “ shag” that I didn’t want. I stated multiple times before the haircut of what I wanted because I felt last time I wasn’t clear and it was my fault. My bangs weren’t even cut sideways the way I wanted and my hair is now blunt cutted at the bottom and it won’t even blend into my extensions anymore this is not even close to the “ scene “ “wolf cut” I wanted they just always tell me it’s a shag and then go way shorter than what I wanted I now feel like Joan Jett even tho I wanted a modernized layered cut without any bluntness :,) I will now be growing out my hair again and just cutting it myself if it means I don’t have to cry waiting for it to grow :,) no hate just really wanted my hair to come out the way I hope it would

I went in with a pic of what I wanted and Tiffany did not disappoint. She went above and beyond to make sure I got a color/highlight as close to the pic I had shown her. Although the process from beginning to end was lengthy….it was all worth it in the end. Amazing ladies that work in that particular establishment and they help each other out which says a lot.

Called week of for an appointment for my mom. Was accommodated and given an appointment with Bianca who did an amazing job with her hair. Everyone was so nice and appreciated the appointment in such a short notice. I would definitely recommend Bianca to everyone!

My stylist was the owner. She was generally friendly with a few off the wall comments. She suggested face framing pieces and curtain bangs which I have seen on others but never on myself and I hated them. I almost cried right then and there and she told me it’d look better when I washed my hair at home and to try over the weekend to get used to them and if I still didn’t like them she’d fix them. The curtain bangs had absolutely no blending into the rest of my hair and were straight across and blunt. The face framing pieces were also just a chunk on each side cut slightly shorter than the rest of my hair. I asked to have them blended better or angled or literally anything to help so she had my come back. She commented saying my hair was greasy which was rude and unprofessional and it had been washed the day before so okay… so she washed it and then got to the cut. I don’t know what she actually did to “fix it” because I asked to just angle the bangs and cut the rest of my hair to one length to eliminate the weird chunks of face framing pieces. She spent the entire time talking to someone else about her ex and whatever drama they had going on and by the end of the cut I still had different lengths and the bangs were still not angled or blended in any way. So basically I paid to be insulted and ignored and to get a hair cut that I do not like what so ever. Unfortunately I can not recommend this salon to anyone based off of my 2 experiences, though I cannot speak of the other stylists.

Ross never seems to disappoint me. They kill it every time. I went in as a walk in, the owner Eva greeted me. I explained to her all the wasted money and let downs I've had in a week. Bella was incredible she took her time and color corrected my hair. I was so happy I almost started crying. Finally I found my stylist.

I took my daughter to get her tips cut and some lady name Aurora charge me $30 just for cutting the tips that was way to expensive she didn't even style it I wont be going back

They took care of me promptly, as a walk-in, and got me out quickly too. The woman who cut my hair was very sweet. Reasonable price. I’d definitely go back if I was in the area and needed a haircut again!

Very nice, friendly & accommodating. Took both my sons here for haircuts after 6pm when most other salons were closed & they worked us right in. It was very clean and has been aesthetically designed beautifully. 🙂
